I have been appointment for an interview on 9th May 2023 at 2pm at the Ghansoli. After waiting for almost an hour a person came and took a round of interview which was took around 45mins and post completing he requested me to wait and he will complete some formalities and after 15-20mins i was called for another round of interview and post the second round they again requested to wait and after 15 mins it was informed me that they can not move ahead with me and the reason was so lame that " We need some one from an well organised company and from a startup " My question to Hexaware HR is that you called and said to understand about our company n all and the JD was shared and being an HR you didn't read my resume and after all 3 round it was informed that you need an employee with well organised company not a start up. Before taking the interview you have reviewed my resume at that moment weren't you aware that my experience is with startup. It's totally waste of time as i travelled from South Mumbai to Navi mumbai which took around 1.5hrs and even my whole day has been wasted. Anyone if you get a call please clear everything and then go for an interview as they do not mention anything in JD and give lame reasons for rejections

Worst company... Today was my interview.... I have given the interview properly... 1st round was like she ask me .. tell me about yourself... I have given proper introduction.. then she told me to wait outside ... After 5 mins one ma'am came to me ... And i thought it is me 2nd round .... Then she told me no this your 1st round .. she was TL of sales process... Then she again ask me ... Tell me about yourself and then she told me i have vacancy only for sales process ... But i was gone for customer service then she tried to convince me ... Go for sales process ... Then after she told me to wait outside then again another ma'am came to me she said we will let you know we will call you bas time waste company hai rejection ka answer bhi nahi diya ... .. galti se bhi mat jana time waste hai bas

Worst interview and hiring process. My round of interviews were done on 22nd May' 2022 and was informed that I was selected the next day. However, I was not happy with the salary offered as I got to know that company doesn't provide cabs for graveyard shifts and requested for hike which they kept me waiting for their approval. On the other hand, their joining date is not yet confirmed till today which is 21st June' 2022. They have wasted a candidates time and money.

Its basically the BPO hub. It provides job opportunity in Customer Service, IT and Sales related fields. Good place to work. A little more infrastructural modifications to be done along with a little more people management, rest all things are good.

Worst........it was my first job here after graduation the way they treated me pathetic it will be in my mind till rest of my life..... no indian holidays working hours 9.5 to 10 hrs and.... extreme restrictions. Don't go for money go for good company with good exposure and experience

They don't give any pickup drop service no Allowance of traveling then also they don't take Badlapur kar just because it's not in boundary 😶

They told i got selected & i have to join after 6 days, after 4 days they are telling me you are rejected in background verification such a pathetic organization & saying that it is mnc so never joined this organization because you're whole day will be wasted for interview then documentation for another day.

Third class company they don't approve the day which you have worked as well so they can get a negative figure in the fnf so you need to pay instead they paying you however its the worst company to work with no job guarantee and they will make you work like slaves

One of the best company i worked with .As hexaware was my first organisation to step in ,where i got lots of love from colleague ,my seniors, and everyone .In addition, there are lots of facilities the company used to provide,to achieve that we have to be the best performer.I didnt got a chance to say thank you because of covid but now i m very thankful to hexaware who help me to reach at some position.Thank You!!

I went there for interview. I had to wait for 4 hours there but no one came from. Hr team to take my first round. Bcz of them, I missed my other interview aligned to other company on the same day.

I was contacted for a Senior TL position and above. Hr SPOC Nidhi very well aligned the interview Nevertheless when I was told timings between 1.00 to 5.00pm.TAT WOULD BE 2 HOURS. I accepted and came in for an interview at around 2.17 I WAS TOLD PANEL IS BUSY AND INTERVIEW WOD BE AROUND 3.30 I ACCEPTED TO WAIT FOR THAT LONG POST THAT I HAD TO CALL HR NIDHI INFORMING ITS LATE AS DISCUSSED I NEED TO BE AT 5 SOMEWHERE IMPORTANT SHE SAID IS OK PLEASE WAIT FOR ANOTHER 30 MINS I SAID OK FEELING NOT ATTENDED I CALLED HER BACK TO HAVE NO RESPONSE LATER WHEN I LEFT ATTENDED AROUND 4.30PM SHE CALLED BE BACK I SAID I HAVE LEFT THE PREMISES AS ASSURED SHE CROSSED QUESTIONS ME HOW DO I DO THAT I REPLIED HUMBY AS DISCUSSED SHE THEN GETS RUDE AND SAYS MY PANEL IS WAITING YOU JUST CAN'T LEAVE LIKE THIS WAITING FOR 2 HOURS IS NOT A GREAT THINGS ITS A VERY HUMBLE REQUEST TO HEXAWARE PLEASE CONSIDER THIS AS A VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE AND FEEDBACK MOREOVER I ALSO SEE GUYS WAITING FOR LIKE 3 TO 4 HRS FOR GENERAL ADVISOR RECURRING
