This place looks fancy but there's definitely something wrong. The reception staff was rude. Forget warm or even just courteous, they're just totally indifferent to any requests. It's like they're deliberately being unhelpful, cooperative and judgmental. We asked for a room with a different view but they didn't really even listen to us. Chalo that's okay. Then they insisted that we pay literally every time we order something on the spot, instead of paying at checkout like a normal person. The room was sort of bare, and we had to ask for extra towels, hand towels and cushions. The blanket was completely useless, not even long enough to cover one adult human being lengthwise. Who keeps such short blankets? My feet are supposed to freeze in the air-conditioning? The vibe is just very off in general. A hotel is supposed to be warm and welcoming, even if it is no frills. This place thinks it is fancy but can't even fulfill that basic requirement. Good points: Service is prompt. Food is not bad. Hotel is generally clean. Not at all worth the price.

Room was decent but AC was of old model so you would need to manually set or change the temperature. Dinner was of good quantity but quite expensive considering it's quality. I stayed here for 6 days and i loved the place, the ambience, the staffs and their hospitality & especially the breakfast buffet. The staffs were really courteous and were always available to help out their customers. They were ready to accept any mistake on their part & took immediate action to rectify it. Overall i had an amazing stay here.

Worst manager ever. Doesn't know how to treat Guests, especially ladies n family. Hospitality is shown only to the man who pays them. Bathroom becomes Gutter after bath, no proper drainage system. The security guy was much better than the hotel staff.

Not good for weddings and events! We had booked it in 2019 in November for wedding reception event. The per plate price was not worth what was offered. The service also was not good. Many of the guests could not get starters who came a little later but within the stipulated time for serving the starter. Only some of the items were good. Myself, the groom also was not attended properly and had to ask several times to send some food. The lighting was very poor on the stage. They said we need to have additional lighting by giving a separate contract to someone. Tasting was provided only 2 times with limited items on request. The food quality of some items and sweets was not upto the mark of this Hotel's reputation. All these points were informed to the Hotel after the event but no action or compensation. Keep in mind that this is not even a 4 star Hotel anymore. Service is similar to a 3 star. Hotel management doesn't care and its just running on its former reputation.

Worst service at breakfast....the attendents are least bothered about you. No one pays attention to guests, and are busy in chitchatting with each other. Same situation at the reception while checking in. Reception / front desk people need training and proper grooming. Their tone is not suitable. It was not a great experience at all. No wonders why other hotels in vicinity are operating at higher capacity, while Tunga is struggling. Food is very good at all restaurants, hence 3 stars.

I just stayed for 1 night but still it is the best hotel I have ever stayed in my life. The room was great. Food buffet was awesome!! I really loved breakfast. I loved at is was the best you can have under ₹5000.

Checkin was smooth and quick. Room was okayish, lighting seemed dull. The switches to access the lights are usually at arm's length but surprisingly I found switches inside of the cabinet cupboard of the bed, it was annoying🙄 plus banged my foot to the cabinet door which was kept open for access to land-line. The chocolates in the room were delicious, really lovely gesture which we rarely get to see these days, along with few cookies and two apples😇. Apples really helped with getting back to self after a long journey, I really appreciate it. Restroom was good and clean but bath tub had few black stains probably water marks, please look into it. Bed was good and comfy, comfortable for one who has back ache issue, I could rest well. We asked for drinking water which arrived half an hour of our second reminder call. Breakfast could have been better. I'm giving four stars for service location and rooms because there was a constant feeling of something is missing and it could have been better. 312#

A perfect place to have buisness meetings or power meetings and impress your clients. The ambience is classy yet chic. They offer a wide range of liquor to select from and the food is excellent. The staff is cordial and non intrusive. They also have a smoke room for those who need to take those quick breaks. All in all an excellent place. #hammeredtimes

One too Many is a nice dining place located just off the highway and near Vashi railway station. The Ambience is nice and sitting well spread. It also offers a bar counter with chairs. The music was nice, optimum and very smooth not disturbing at all even if you want to talk. The food was ok not that great and a bit of more sugar in everything. The drink is fairly priced comparing to other such restaurants.

Stayed here for more than a week. This is an old hotel but they have maintained it well. After entering the room you will feel the aged rooms but they have maintained it. The AC was running at 10°. Temperature cannot be adjusted, either you keep it running at 10° or turn it off. The breakfast buffet was good, they have different menus everyday. The Cafe vihar on the ground floor serves pure veg food and the taste is really good. They have multiple restaurants, but with the crowd they sometimes forget your orders. The staff was polite.

Stayed for a night not worth the price. The POP of the wall was falling off , the door of the washroom was not getting locked. The walls looked old. They need to maintain if they are charging that so. Also the worst part is we had food and chocolate brownie and for a single spot of chocolate on the sheets they charged us 3.6k for this. The stain was washable and they shouldn’t charge that much. After paying the charges they were validating the stains whether they are removable or not and asked us to wait. After we payed the charges they were checking the stains . What stupidity it is. NOT WORTH AT ALL.

It is located in Vashi . Good place to visit after evening , Not very large space but ambience is great . Music is loud at times , they also have projector to screen big matches. The service is a lil bit slow but it might be due to crowd. They have a good bar , the prices are also not too high. The food is tasty , we tried paneer chilly , pizzas , pasta and rice . We availed a catering service from the Tunga Team for our wedding at Vashi CIDCO venue. Rakshit was leading our requirements end to end and I was pleasantly very happy with his suggestions and participation from helping us choose the right menu for our guests to the entire setup and delivery. We got a great pricing deal as well. Their food quality and service is top notch and I would high recommend them if you need any catering service. They should be on the top of your list.

There was a problem initially with the rooms that were allocate to us but later hotel management helped us a lot and resolved our issue. They didnt even charge us extra. House keeping, room service is really good. Internet works really well as well. Not like other hotels where it says thry have wifi but never works. The best part of this hotel is their restaurants. Each one of them have excellent food. Breakfast buffet is awesome. Their weekend buffet have excellent selection of food both for vegeterian amd non vegeterian. Recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located next to the highway, the old centre one mall and the inorbit mall. There are multiple restaurants in Tunga such as Something's fishy, cafe vihar, and one too many. The food options are north indian, continental and chinese. The food is delicious, the quantity is great and I would say it is value for money. Ordered mushroom soup, tandoori broccoli, appam and stew. All items were above expectations. Strongly recommend.

Agoda double charged me and booked two rooms even though I wanted one; and the hotel staff refused to provide any cancellation for the extra room or even change the date for it. Poor service considering the quality of the establishment Edit: the actual service & quality of rooms were outstanding. Even breakfast was amazing. I gave the extra room to my friend & his wife, they also loved the experience. Just wish the policies weren’t so restrictive

Nice place for a fine dine. Very courteous staff, but the service is a bit slow. Ambience is esthetic. There is a dedicated smoking room too so no issues for non smokers. Food is pretty decent, about 3.8/5. With alcohol for 2 people around 1200. Important to note weekends theres no corporate off so better keep that in mind before ordering.

Located in the tunga hotels. So location is quite decent. Normally one could barely walk from the Vashi station. Fifa world cup screening as well. So, you can have a sip of drink with some starter alongside live screening. Excellent scenes! I have to mention its desserts. Oh god it's chocolate heaven pastry is out of the world. Too yummy!

It's very near to Vashi station. Ambiance was very good. It was very comfortable and cozy place. Ideal for dates and hanging out with friends. The music was amazing. Talking about the drinks and food, we had ordered Bali Beach and Pina Colada non alcoholic cocktails. Bali Beach was very refreshing but Pina Colada wasn't that good. In starters, we had ordered Kurkurit kebabs, Crunchy basket and Vegetable nuggets. Kurkurit kebab wasn't that good. Taste was like dal wada. Crunchy basket and nuggets were simply amazing. We order Paneer Tikka Pizza and it was the biggest turn off of this place. The base wasn't baked properly and crust was so thin that all the toppings was falling off. The waiter was rude and unreasonable when we told him about the pizza. Lastly, we had Oriental Vegetable Noodles and Mixed Vegetable and Tofu. We liked it. I would rate this place 3.5/5. The service needs to improve.

Amazing property, amazing ambience but sometimes when reception staff change you never know how would that turn out. That exactly happened when we checked in last time. The lady at the reception was pretty rude to my female friend. Otherwise we have had amazing staff behaving very well. Other than that great place to stay.

Very bad experience. Visited first time with my colleague's as per rating for Corporate Lunch. We order starter and found hair in two dishes. Next we had order main course jain unlikely we had eaten one bite of it and later we found it non-jain.

The property is located in the sector 30 of Navi Mumbai has been maintained well though the rooms are little old fashioned compared to the other nearby options. The hotel is build above a restaurant. I was staying in room 401, as this was the corner most room, to compensate for lack of scape the room is build skewed, it had 6 corners, some of the space is totally useless as you cannot even stand in it. There are no facilities like master switch beside bed or AC remote or TV remote in room( just dishtv remote secondly most of the paid channels were not subscribed.) It does not have seperate shower, you have to stand in bathtub to have a bath. The food is GOOD. But the room does not justify the money they charge (maybe 60% of it)

Had conducted my new born child's party here, at the Ebony banquets of Tunga Hotel and I must say, it was fabulous! All the arrangements were up to the mark and food here was par excellence. The ambience is top notch with beautiful chandeliers spread across the hall's roof. Rates are a bit at the higher end to throw parties, but feels worth after numerous compliments from the guests. Special mention to Mr. Kadar Sayyed for the impeccable co ordination which helped us pull off an amazing event. Kudos to his efforts! Would definitely recommend this banquet for all events.

The hotel Regenza by Tunga is at a good location in vashi. It is walking distance from the Inorbit mall. They have a back gate through which you can enter the road to Inorbit mall. The front gate from where you can bring your vehicle is on the other side and you have to come around the street corner to enter here. The building looks a bit old from the outside, but rest assured it is not old from the inside. Everything was great. I was given a room earlier which was stinking a lot, but on request they moved me to a much better room. Their restaurant is really great. Although the breakfast spread is not as vast as you get in good quality hotels, the quality is comparable. They serve incredibly tasty sea food, which makes up for everything. In front of the hotel that have a lot of parking space. Getting to the lobby from the main road is a steep climb for car, but it gets there.

We had a conference there. The lunch arrangements was not up to the mark. Some items on the menu went off the banquet table immediately. The starters service was not at all professional. One senior staff was very grumpy and almost chased away some guests from food table as though he is dealing with customers at a roadside eatery. Bad experience.

Pleasant stay. The room was quite compact and the view wasn't much. But location is very convenient with adjacent hotels and a Mall right behind!

I booked this hotel in July 2022 and stayed there purely on the basis of previous feedbacks.It was worst at the first instance. The water in the shower was disgusting, there were hair on the bed and pillow from the previous stay. If you have to stay in this hotel then first of all check the water in the washroom/shower/taps and please ensure to ask the hotel service to provide you the mosquito repellent as there are too much mosquitos. And top of that the internet speed is too slow so please carry any portable internet dongle with you if you are wish to use better connectivity. The main entrance if the hotel is at the backside which is just opposite to some truck/bus stand facing the highway. Don't even think if using the so called pool as the depth of the pool is only 4feet.
