My Wife suffered from cardiac arrest after delivering a baby girl. In 24hrs we changed 3 hospitals locally and No signs of improvement. Finally made a difficult decision to shift her mumbai for better treatment, and decided to shift her at Reliance Hospital. 15 Days in Reliance Hospital and I am so Thankful to all the doctors especially Dr. Bandita Sinha (Obstetrician-gynecologist), Dr. G.R Kane (Cardiologist) and there Team for saving her life. From security, nurses to housekeeping staff. Everyone is so professional and helpful. I would really also like to appreciate the housekeeping staff who took care of my wife 24/7. Thank you Reliance Hospital

Everything excellent including Nursing staff and Doctors except billing dept. Reason#1: My discharge was scheduled for Morning 10 Am which was planned two days back by Doctor, but still discharge is delayed and done around night 11:30PM even after Nurses have completed all their formalities in the morning itself, the actual delay reason is billing dept sent the final documents to insurance company at 8 PM, after asking the delay reason it has been told Nursing dept not sent few bills to them on time where as all are sitting in same building. Reason #2: They keep 5% of total billed amount as a security deposit on discharge day not sure why, and it has been told that it will be paid within 45 days, but not received the amount back even after 50 days and their is no communication on this to me, and no reply to my mail also. After discussion over phone i got to know that Hospital received the insurance money but waiting for settlement copy from insurance company which has nothing to do to block my money, then i got the settlement copy immediately from insurance company and sent to Hospital but still no reply from Hospital even after multiple mails...not sure when i will get.

Experience is really Worst in Reliance Hospital. Amenities is good , but and abuse it should be basically they are taking equivalent amount for the same. But they are not taking proper care of Patience, My Mom was admitted for COVID Treatment. But really experience was very irritating. I want to high light some of the worst experience with reliance. 1. During Admission reception guys are calling at 1.00 AM during night also , but if we are calling them for any inquiry they are not entertaining. And worst part is no Body is picking the call at reception , if we are calling them 2 or 3 time they block our number. My Mom was admitted and due to covid I was not able to enter the hospital , so during that time I have call around 50 time for 1 update. Sister at the ward and receptionist also care less. They don’t care what ever is happening. 2. For payment Receptionist/Account guys calls you every 10 min for payment , but now I want to take my Security deposit back. I have being trying to contact them from last 15 days , but all are careless no one is picking the call. This is how this guy serve there customer. To take money they talk very calmly but if it comes to us to take money back, this people are not taking anything seriously. In future I would not suggest any body to prefer this Hospital. I stay 30 Km away from the hospital , how can travel in COVID Situation.

The experience was not really good enough. Even after calling nurse they usually came after 10-15 minutes. In all cases of drips given to me have been stopped by me after they are over since none of nurse came on time. Even drinking water is not provided during my hospitalisation citing problem of short supply. Food quality was also not up to mark. Now when tried to connect with accounts team for the deduction made by them from my bill still after 8 working days I am yet to receive those details. However I appreciate cooperation by manager Rahul Shukla and also hospital for maintaining very good Hygiene level.

Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Navi Mumbai (formerly Reliance Hospital) it’s located on the main Belapur high way just opposite to kopar khairane railway station. I had very good experience with doctors,nurses ,staff & security. Doctors ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. G.R. Kane is one of the best cardiologists he makes patients feel comfortable first and say it’s just momentary and you go fit and fine from this Hospital. Dr Pallavi Patekar she listen to patients very attentive and explain best to her knowledge to make patients aware of the problems and also get into confidence that everything will be fine. Nurse ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very professional and skilled quite busy in their ward but still attentive and responsive Hospital ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s modern hospital equipped with latest technology equipment almost all type of test are done here. Very highly hygienically well maintained,ambience inside area is very peaceful and wall has beautiful paintings with a message. Security ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have personally felt security are very friendly and very helpful once you stay in this hospital for some time security person recognize you and greet you and asking for healthcare. Canteen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food little expensive but it’s like satvik food no extra salt,masala and spicy less oil you have limited variety but food is very healthy. Admission Team⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s was not like other hospitals where things taken for granted here staff are very knowledgeable and team members are very patience admission process is very smoothly handled.

I had a good experience. Multi-speciality hospital with all facilities and amenities. The admission process took a longer time.

Hospital is money minded. They ensure that patient is not leaving hospital wihtout making 6 digit bill. Hospital has policy of taking 5% deposit while discharge if you have taken cashless facilities,, which they are supposed to refund in 45 days. I am yet to receive refund even after 90 days are passed. 40k is stuck with hospital and they are using it intrest free money. Such a cheap behavior. No one picks up phone when called multiple times. Billing Dept dont even allow to talk to their manager ....forget about escaltion. Hospital do not share email id where we can write mail to. Full monopoly. Such hospitals n managment should be taken into court and revoked permissions.

Treatment and Facilities are good but the problem i faced is that no one picks up the phone, specially even if they pick up and transfer to accounts department, they will also not pickup the call. My wife has been there for treatment and we claimed for mediclaim and for refunds i am trying them for atleast 4 days and no one replies or answers the phone. For deposit of money the person from there staff was calling after every 10 min to make the payment fast but for refunds no one will pick ur call. I stay 30km far away from the hospital and in this COVID situation so i tried to call for 4 days but no response. I also dropped a mail but no response.

Worst experience i went for covid vaccination i stood in the line for literally 1 hr...the person on the desk was roaming like he is at home...very rude behaviour of the staff...All the staff of covid section where very rude except the nurses...

The most professional hospital I have ever been admitted to. Right from the main security, to the doctors to th nurses and ward boys, each and every person has a very humane and professional approach towards your health. Doctors take time to walk you through their diagnosis patiently answering each and every question, the nurses are super polite, always smiling and make your admission as painless as possible, and the services are top notch. Special mention of the nursing staff. They go over and beyond to take of you! Also the patient food is as non hospital food as you can imagine. Giving Reliance Hospital a thumbs up for taking care of my health I highly recommend it for your health needs

The staff here is very nice. The hospital is also very nice. Specially the housekeeping staff is very nice. They help always. They look out for you whenever you call them. 0 star if possible I visited hospital 3 months ago as i was covid positive... It is a surely not good for covid patients they provide cold water and even the food is not good. Nurses don't answer on time doctor never visit.. seems like they only care for money! Prefer NMMC for covid..

Some of staff is Completely unprofessional and rude by nature, they don't care abt ur call ur health they are here only for making money, In current situation hospital shuld try to release the patient ASAP but they are doing completely opposite. Right now in hospital only and i found this hospital don't deserve for one star, better tho go in government hospital, Guys don't come this hospital until unless don't have any other option. Very Poor Service. Even after claim settlement they are taking extra % amount. Also no one is answering the call were earlier when patience was admitted they were answering the call. No update on Original Bills as same we need to submit for claim settlement but no help from Reliance Hospital. Horrible experience checking out my wife , she was removed from her room at 12 and waiting in the lounge for 5 hours with no one giving her her summary and no reply whatsoever for why the delay . No phone numbers also can be reached , very pathetic approach to patient and the most lousy communication amongst, in the end they leave you hanging , super unprofessional attitude , will next time never go or even recommend to anyone

Hospital with great facilities well maintained. Full of talented doctor and support staff. Area arround hospital is covered with plants and trees. Located exactly opposite to the railway station of koperkharne.

Overall hospital is good. Service is great. Few staff are not up to the reliance standard…have sent details in feed back form today. Would like to thank to Mr. Jayantilal Mama for outstanding service. Very sincere and delegated. Did not require to tell him to do anything. He knows his job at best. God bless him.

Kokilaben is not only a hospital but it's a second home for the patient and their attendant. It's a saviour for the patient. My mother was brought in critical condition but this place has given her the second birth. I must thank Doctor Jaspreet(saviour of my mother) and the staffs who ever was the part of it. Doctor Jaspreet, a highly experienced and much needed his soothing and amazing behaviour (Jo sabko apna bana le) is the personality in this hospital who carries an extraordinary place in everybody's heart. God bless him always and now he is my mom's son just for the love and affection he has given to her. Hospital has all the respective facilities so hygienic and the prompt action of all the staffs is the unique thing of this place. The smile which all the doctors and the staffs carry spreads a great positivity in front of the patient and the attendent. Extremely pathetic management of affairs. Even after spending huge, the patience are left in lurch fending for themselves over every trivial matter. They share only common landline phones which take hours to reach someone human.

It's a good hospital for treatment. The location is superb. it's just opposite of Kopar Khairane station, next to Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City, Navi Mumbai. Staff's are very helpful and cooperative.

Very bad and painful experience. I and my family got admitted on a Saturday due to Covid. My daughter of 1 year also was admitted. They still charged room rent for her as we were in one suite room. Service was really bad especially for the first 2 days. Baby's food was poor and never on time but in fact 30 mins after we got our meals. We were charged even for water and 3 bottles per day and worst it was applicable for a one year old too. Doctor consultation was also unnecessary charged even though no doctors were visiting for baby consultation but after several calls they did reverse for four consultations for baby. Sadly they charge for masks, gloves, kits, bio waste from patients and even for a baby which adds to one's misery which will be thousands of rupees. Worst part is their admission and billing team who we were constantly chasing for bill breakup but they rarely respond after umpteen calls. For payment, they will keep calling us but when we need their help there is no concern. I will never get admitted or even recommend after this bad experience. Hope someone reads this and understands our concerns as a good gesture.

This is luxurious hospital. Based on there service their charges are depends. Chrges are quite high but they provides the service as per there charges. In this pandemic situation they have really done good job. Now also they have taken very good precaution and separated covid area and restricted that are by locking the door and kept these area separated. And servings other patients in other side. Which is safe from covid. Hospital nurse, doctors and other staff is really nice and very co operative but OPD RECEPTION staff I personally fill they are not much co-operative and rude.

Worst experience with respect to administrative staffs in matters of money handling. They have no conscience and treat it as a business platform to solely earn money. I never expected such a cheap behaviour from such a reputed Institute. We had to sit and screen through our bills with a fine comb to realise their morally corrupted and degarding behaviour. They had charged amounts unnecessarily for tests that they promised was included in pregnancy package. Like they deliberately listed those tests and charged again and don't even get me started on the unreasonable doctor's consultation charges. We had to wait for more than 6 hours for the refund and when we pointed out mistakes in the bill, it dragged on forever. My sister had no time to look after her newborn and kept arguing with them for a whole day. It was mentally draining for her given she just had her C-section. Given nobody bothered reading through their bills, imagine the amount of money they might be laundering from innocent people. Their basic moral values are compromised and if I had the means I won't hesitate to report them for their discrepancies and misdemeanor.

The nursing staff were incredibly kind, caring and attentive throughout my stay, and really went above and beyond to try to make me feel as comfortable as possible, especially knowing the complexity of my procedure and how far away I am from home. They have all been nothing but kind and helpful. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the food and beverage staff, who catered perfectly to my doctor-ordered liquid diet and provided exceptional, friendly service, serving me delicious cappuccinos and teas, fruit juices and soups over the course of my time here, always with a smile on their face and a kind word for me. My procedure itself has been a complete success, and I will be eternally grateful to the world-class team of tremendously talented surgeons, by whom I had the honor and blessing of performing my surgery. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank everyone here for treating me like a member of their own families, and helping me to get through my procedure successfully.

This hospital is opposite to Kopar Khairane Railway Station. So its only at a walking distance of 5 minutes from this station. This place is situated on the main road so it can be easily located. I went to this hospital to visit my relative who was admitted here. The hospital and rooms were very clean.

Hello All My daughter 7yrs old got fracture on hand and we need to do surgery to remove implant. We consulted Dr Rajesh Badiyani orthopedic. He is very soft-spoken and explained us very well. We did admission in Reliance hospital. Overall experience was very good. Food/nursing staff is very corporative. Special thanks to Dr Rajesh who came on Sunday post surgery. This hospital is a money laundering machine. It's been a month now, they have not refunded the balance amount of the patient. I am writing this review on behalf of the mother of the patient Mr. Amay Amin who is way below the poverty line and she is not educated enough to speak or write English. Mr. Amay Amin had a met with a terrible accident due to which he was in coma and had to undergo various surgeries. The funds for the same were arranged by selling her valuables, by crowd funding and also on interest from local money lenders. As she could no longer afford the cost of the treatment, it was decided to move her son to Fortis Hospital under the quota for the underprivileged. The agony starts now, at the time of shifting a sum of Rs.60,000/- was to be refunded by the hospital, it has been more than a month now the hospital has still not refunded the balance amount and frivolous reasons were given for the same. We were humiliated and even our written complaints in Marathi were not accepted at first and later the same was accepted with a remark “ Refund Delayed due to declaration form not filled by relative on discharge as it was sent on cashier mobile no which was not accepted”. Is this acceptable? The poor lady is still waiting for a refund.

Reliva is a good place for Physiotherapy. I was treated by Dr. Shruti who is a pleasure to be with. I was treated for neck, knee and ankle pain. The treatment was very effective for my neck pain and helped in relieving the pain in my knee. ' There is absolutely no hassle in booking appointments or wastage of time at Reliva. Overall a great place for treatment!

The hospital management is not good, my father got discharged after multiply follow-ups with their team. I have been trying to reach their doctor for the online consultation after discharged but no one is responding. They dnt have proper management in place. Also the rates are exorbitantly high

Dr. Sumit Mehta is incredible... It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming his patient. He understood patiently all the problems he had and then very patiently explained all treatment options. He kept us informed every step of the way and ensured we understand the recommended course of action. He has a very subtle way of communication which puts all worries of the patients at ease. He is highly knowledgeable in his area of expertise. I will surely recommend him to anyone in need of a urologist.

Dr. Treatments are good but they take 60+ days to refund your amount after several follow-ups which is really not acceptable with such big brands. they sit ideally 20+ days if insurance company settled the amount & didn't bother about to refund the amounts. disappointed with their services.

The security management on the ICU floor is severely lacking. The security personnel exhibit an authoritarian attitude and behave as if they are granting favors. There is a complete absence of effective communication, and they mistreat the relatives of patients. Overall, the hospital lacks proper management, and the guards consistently create an impression that they are providing favors with an expectation of reciprocity.

My relatives have undergone knee replacement surgery ,Dr Rajesh badiyani and his team at Reliance hospital have performed surgery, recovery is very satisfactory and staff and doctors were very helpful and cooperative I would recommend Dr Rajesh badiyani for all orthopedic related problems He is very knowledgeable and explained so nicely Result post surgery and recovery is very fast

The worstest hospital I have ever experienced. .Very irresponsible staff n duty doctors(least bothered about the patient ) The service is pathetic ,Its Juz namesake .My mother was given tablets at around 11.45 pm inspite of calling the staff for more then 8 times since 9 pm ,Fedup thoroughout my hospital stay. The only 1 good thing I found is specialist doctors .

Service given by staff is pathetic, no proper follow ups. Should think twice before choosing this. A lot of scams in the bill. There is even no use complaining to the supervisors as you will get ignored and no improvement will be done. Its only focus is on getting as much money they can get from the patient. I was hospitalized since I was getting fever but doctor couldn't diagnose even on the discharge letter it was mentioned fever from unknown organ & they treated with typhoid medication. Post discharge I am facing severe hair fall issues

I hv admit my mrs pramila masavkar due to breast cancer on 21/6/2019 is operated nd 6 cycle chemo was done upto october 2019 but i hv bad experience due to 5% deposit amount not yet received from hospital till date i hv enquire many time above treatment is cashless from insurance co.

I tried for online consultation but two time my money was deducted and appointment still in pending state ,and the worst part is customer care is not available .fake services and facilities.

The hospitals services are great but some of them do lacks here and there as per the cost and hospitality. Food services which is not at all good for patient as well as for relative. Rest all the services where good but due to covid 19 they are bit slow and nurse and other staff is really good and loving they takes good care.

While the senior doctors are all good..nurses and on duty doctors are pathetic. To summarize, they are highly inexperienced and just in their learning phase. Otherwise the infrastructure and everything is good. If they improve quality of their ground staff, the hospital will be much better and match the standards of the cost incurred.

5 star hospital with all modern amenities. Various rooms available as per budget for hospitalization. Canteen for people is highly priced so better look for alternative. A tea cost Rs. 50 and all basic food item are 100.ambience is fantastic.

Overall hospital is good but the service of dietician Mrs Vaishali is worst. She doesn't knows how to speak to the patients. The most mannerless and indiscipline women in the hospital. For single day they charge 50k amt n cheating patients with paying them deposit amount as well as security deposit for 3 months and putting them on stress as well as their family members.Charging exorbitant and the worst billing department.Not told anything at time of admission and at time of discharge demanding for 5 percent security deposit which is refundable after 3 months.. Which is not acceptable at all..We want our refund immediately.It will be updated on social media...very pathetic

This hospital is like money laundering for 7 days they made a bill of 2.5 Lacs and my mom was not a corona patient she is suffering from cancer and these doctors make her corona positive and after 7 days they discharge her witout informing us and made a bill of 2.5 Lacs. Here i would like to tell abt one doctor name is Donald he is the 1st doctor who consult my mom and when we met him after 3 years in Reliance Hospital he saw my mom and said "are you still alive?" Now tell me one side we say doctors are god and another side it seems he had made plan to kill patients. Does these words suit to him when he is a reputed doctor. You can admit you patient in Reliance Hospital when you have lots of money and you dont know where to spend you can spend in this hospital. Else as other hospitals this is clean and clear. Hospital is Nice , even TPA process is very smooth no need to worry about any thing if we have insurance. Specious and good ambience but some what costly. Relative can't take food inside of hospital. Overall good doctors and nurses are very helpful and supportive. Just one issue TPA should be available 24/7 in hospital and hospital should give time to the relatives for money as they have a clause to fill 80% of the total amount. A person need some time to arrange the amount. So request to management to wait for some time then ask for amount. Initially we have to deposit 30 k and incase of emergency 50 k we have to pay.

Good Hospital But patient need to cross over the skywalk since it is right on highway , we can't cross roads. It's opposite to sation, but one has to take drive of a one km to go under bridge n come back u turn. Rest inside is fine. It feels like a corporate office. Unlike other hospitals with lot of patients n doctors, this hospital was calm n pretty less patients

I was admitted to your hospital for 5 days. The treatment provided by the hospital was worst. Nurse attention was poor. After pressing the nurse press button they was coming after 10 minutes. We complained many times but there was not any changes. We was not financial strong and then too admitted on the medical insurance basis. We told the tpa dept to process our file for approval of insurance but they sent approval after 2 days. The claim was rejected and i need to pay the amount in cash, the online reason was unexperience staff and service. They gives only one reason that staff is less. Only they know how to make bills.

The doctors are good and professional but the service provided by staff is very bad. No process of noting any request. Everytime a nurse comes she is in haste to go away without listening the request. It takes hours literally hours to order any medicine and simple ORS. The food quality and service can be described through one word ‘PATHETIC’. They are shameless and deny special request non spicy food for pregnant ladies also. They would not allow home food unless specific permission obtained which also takes hours to come. They take literally hours to send even fruits and juices. The curd they serve is not just sour but stale The only reason I had choses this hospital was it’s location and proximity from my house. I would rather go to some other hospital next time if need be. Worst hospital. Toilets were not clean when we took admission. At the time discharge they add 3 doctor visit where doctor visit done only once. At the time of discharge they took full day where tpa approval come in 1 hour

Only reason I would not give a 4 or 5 is due to inexperienced nursing staff. To start a IV drip nurse was struggling. According to her she had not done this in d last 6 months n had gathered 5 nurses around. Few others standing besides were joking if they should also join. Entire floor has only 1 maushi who is often sent downstairs n not available to give a tray for vomiting/toilet n patient has to wait for several mins. Please improve on expediting billing process as well which is another pain area. No one is bothered to keep relatives informed & they expect them to keep following up

We were there for stomach pain and there was stone on left side . Doc told us to do test which is of no need. Even done ct scan and also want us to do X - ray. The simple way was to do sonography and tell us whether there is stone or not. There was no need of Ct scan.They just charge very high and done test which was of no need.Very bad and no professionalism. Just they are running business.

OPD staff requires a training for how to behave and speak to patient. OPD reception staff is very rude and they behave like they are too busy and we are disturbing them. If Patients asked a question then they gives the reply like we have done a mistake and raising your query to wrong person. Infact it's there duty to give an information to customer in very politely but Instead of that they raise their voice and show their anger. It's not I have been gone through this. Each patient they treat the same. And once they done their work they called and gives the information. They can make system to inform patient to sit on chair with number and they will call with token numbers. Instead of insulting customers.

Worst experience of my life for health check up. I do a annual health check-up for monitoring my health and in a moment of insanity decided to do so in a nearby hospital than my regular place. They charged me 12.5K for a comprehensive heart health check-up. Infra, amenities and waiting time was ok at the time of testing but what followed was a nightmare. The package included a couple of consultation with specialist but they were not available at that time and the test reports were also delayed as there were some staffing issue. I was told I would be called to set appointment with the specialist and for report collection. And I am still waiting for it after 9 months. What good those reports would be now? On calling the board line or reception no one picks the call. Haven't recieved a single call about the pending reports or consultation. Not received any reports over mail. Visit this hospital for check-up if you want to waste your hard earned money!!!

I have claustrophobia and wanted to get MRI done for the spine. The staff was so supportive. I was sedated and the entire process was conducted under the supervision of the staff. Specially Santosh and Dr. Kavitha's team helped me through the entire process.

My wife underwent a surgery at this hospital recently. The entire nursing staff, Doctors, housekeeping staff and Cafeteria staff were all very well behaved and polite throughout our stay. The hospital is very neat and clean and our room was excellent. Our special thanks to Dr Girish Bakshi, who performed the surgery so skilfully , Dr Sandeep Sonawane who referred us there and Dr Nambi Raj (Anaesthesist) who was so good and kind. We have put the surgery behind us and moved on in life since then, but we will always remember the hospital and specially Dr Bakshi, Dr Sonawane and Dr Nambi Raj for their kind and friendly care. My father was diagnosed with early symptoms of parkisons and had trouble balancing, specially while walking. Dr.Avinash Singh was the physio for my father. This was the first time I tried physiotherapy for my chronic neck pain and it really worked well for me. Last month the pain persisted for more an a week inspite of me trying medications and balms, it hadn't subsided. But a continuous 4 days session here helped me well. The doctor is very helpful and gives time for each patient. I'm also now regular on the exercises he's thought.

Dr. Suranjana Basak is the best physician and endocrinologist in Navi Mumbai. Her diabetes and thyroid management is excellent. Very knowledgable doctor. She gives a lot of time in addressing patient issues and guides the patient with diet, lifestyle management and overall changes required. I visited Reliance Hospital because of her and I must say it is a very well equipped hospital. All services are under one roof. We used to go to Mulund from Airoli previously but now after visiting Reliance because of madam, I would recommend the hospital as well.

My son was admitted here for 2 days. I got the utmost attention from the staff (nursing and otherwise). My son who is just 10 was specially happy with the F&B Service as he got what he wanted and food was tasty. You don't expect that normally in a hospital setting. Very good hospital and facilities. Really happy with Dr. Suranjana Basak. She introduced us to Reliance Hospital. We were consulting with her at Airoli previously. My parents are her patients for Diabetes, BP, Thyroid issues and they would keep praising her and refused to go to any other doctor come what may. Even Dr. Vaishali Nutrionist that Dr. Basak recommended is very sweet and polite. The services at the hospital are very nice. It’s clean and so much more reasonable than any other hospital of that scale in Navi Mumbai like Apollo or Fortis.

Staff is very cooperative and helpful specially the housekeeping staff Mrs Harshada but hospital management is not good. Surgeon will give you one quotation and after giving you anesthesia and you are on OT table your relatives are asked to pay 50000 to 100000 rupees extra otherwise they will abandon the operation in between. They are simply playing with the the life of patient. This has happened with me.l being the Medical practitioner they have done to me. I can not imagine what they must be doing to common people.

I was admitted recently to cure dengue. The doctors, nurses are helpful. The food quality and service was good,never felt like a patient food , it is served as per patients diet and diagnosis. Housekeeping, Cleanliness and hygiene well maintained. Reliance is always good overall, so do Kokilaben hospital.

A hospital with one of the world's worst staff. This hospital is the epitome of mismanagement and fraud. Had bad luck getting admitted to this hospital twice. The first-time services were pathetic, and I gave them a benefit of the doubt thinking that it might be a one-off situation but no. Recently I was admitted again to this hospital for minor surgery. Reached the hospital at 11.15 Am and had to wait there for almost an hour to get the admission procedure cleared. The reason such a big hospital had only one printer and even that was not in a working condition that day. (The lady at the admin dept. told us the delay was because the printer wasn't working). Only one person at the admin desk knew the admission procedure, rest I don't know what they were doing. Post the admission was done, it was almost 1.00 PM. Once we reached the room a nurse came in took my previous medical history and left. Then came another lady who did not even have the courtesy to introduce herself and started asking me the same questions the nurse had already asked. I told her that these details were shared to which she annoyingly said that this is my job and I will have to do this. Post all this I get a call from the admin desk stating that we will have to pay 80% of the bill as our insurance company has not reverted. When my husband checked with the insurance company they said there was no mail sent across from the hospital. The hospital sent the mail only after my husband went and complained to them. The next day post my surgery I was advised to eat only soft diets. These guys sent me tomato soup. I do not eat tomatoes. The point is every hospital sends a dietitian on the first day of admission to the hospital to discuss your diet but reliance sent none. The dietitian arrived 10-15 minutes prior to my discharge. I did receive a call from her after I had given a review saying sorry and saying that she will meet me whenever I visit the hospital the next time. I revisited the hospital for changing the dressing of my wound, even that day their system wasn't working properly. And the nurses were quarreling with each other in front of all the patients waiting there. I went there again for removing my stitches and also to raise a complaint as they provided me with the report of some other patient and my report is still missing. I told them the same and they asked me to wait so that I can speak to someone who manages the complaint, I waited there for an hour or so and no one turned up. No one even bothered to call and check with me about the same. Would not recommend this hospital to anyone. Even the nurses working there won't turn on time even after pressing the call button. And in the night they speak loudly and laugh loudly creating issues for the patients.

My Bed No. 4045(19,22jan23),Staff service, nursing, house keeping are very nice and specially ward boys r very hard wotkers n nice talking.Rose money catering service is so good happily that I am a diabetic patient and they served me daily healthy and tasty food.

Dr. Chandrashekhar Tulasigeri sir is extremely kind, polite having immense knowledge in each and every area of diagnosis. He give sufficient time to patient and explain even all small things in and make us understand and clear on all thoughts. We are blessed and thankful to God for finding him my doctor. He is the best and definitely recommend him for any medical issues.

A really good hospital for surgical treatment. Had a really good experience for my surgery at KDAH under the best urologist Dr. Sumit Mehlta for my renal stone treatment. Much appreciated the efforts and support provided by medical staff.

Editing review after 30min: They called me n apologize for delay and asking me to delete bad review 🙄....please improve service than asking to remove review. I will write better review if you improve your service. ..................... You need to improve your opd ticketing system. Pathetic experience n its my 6th experience 5 for gynecologist n 1 for ent 1. U called me for appointment at 12:30 n made to wait for 1 hr just in lobby....what is the meaning of appointment then. All patients wait in same queue irrespective of dept lik ent gyno physician n all. Please respect our time and smoothen your opd queuing system. Ent doctor was sitting idle bcz patients were over n i was waiting in opd lobby to call out for my ticket no 2. Just to pay bills for CT scan took 20 min...they made me wait just to pay bill. Why not to have separate counter only for Billing?

It was pathetic experience with hospital staff. For any issue we have to wait for more than 3-4 hours. And they keep on saying wait for 5-10 mins. And their discharging procedure is hell. They do not communicate within their team and because of this for each and every steps we have to wait for several hours. This is all because of limited staff. (I suggest to visit this hospital only for doctor consultation and not for admission)

The Canteen has tasteless good. I don't expect super delicious food being a hospital canteen but the food has literally no taste.... Was served Chinese thali when ordered for a normal meal thali.. Who offers Chinese items in meal thali. The sambhar was tasteless and sweet. The paratha too was not great. Even the coffee was really bad. We left most of the food.

I had admitted my wife on 16th August 1:30pm. I had mediclam, from yesterday i am in continues followup with TPA department to send our file for claim approval. Till now they had not sent for claim approval now at 6.32 pm they are still sending for approval. I asked the reason, they says there are lots of patients & we send all the patients file at one time. Service is worst and staff are very less to operate. Even if we call nurse by button press they come after 5 mins and if we ask the reason she says staff are less what we can do.

First they gave me appointment schedule and when I went at hospital as per timeline they denied to give me appointment. Very pathetic staff. No shame and guilt on their face. At least they should have given me appointment on the same day at any other time. A person could have waited and understood that. But they asked me to get appointment on next day. Writely said by someone Naam Bade and Darshan Chhote. Higher consulting fees is not worth it..

The hospital has good rooms & doctors but extremely poor quality of Nursing staff. There is no good after care post surgery. Nurses do not assist the patient post surgery in smooth recovery.

My father underwent treatment under Dr. Sumit Mehta who I feel is a highly skilled and compassionate urologist. He understood patiently all the problems he had and then very patiently explained all treatment options. He kept us informed every step of the way and ensured we understand the recommended course of action. He has a very subtle way of communication which puts all worries of the patients at ease. He is highly knowledgeable in his area of expertise. I will surely recommend him to anyone in need of a urologist. He is simply EXCELLENT with his knowledge and very EMPATHETIC in his way of managing patients.

Overall Great experience at KDAH. Interaction with Dr.Sumit and Dr. chandrsheskhar and all other staff. Dr.Sumit Mehta is a excellent Urologist. Recently my father is undergone treatment and surgery. Mr. Mehta has quickly find out issue, explained to me and also my old age father. Surgery is successful. Subject knowledge and explaination of problem to patient and relative, post surgery multiple visits in all perspective it gives us complete satisfaction. Dr. Mehta is very highly recommended urologist. Mr. Chandrashekhar T is excellent doctor. His subject matter knowledge and way to handle patient is recomdable. Way of dealing with patient and relative , explaining the issues and solution in very friendly way is really an art. He is excellent physician and highly recommended.

Service, treatment is good but we being an Reliance employee minor surgery are also costly. We felt that charging twice or thrice times than other hospital and they don't inform about extra fees or charges if any complications are faced in the OT.If any family are having small policies how they gonna pay in cash such huge amount.Need to improve

My husband,Dr.Debabrata Datta was admitted under cardiologist,Dr.Kane. Our overall experience with the entire staff,right from admission to discharge has been very good.
