Really bad hospital. Pathetic wards , nurses are arrogant , expensive for what it really offers. They send students to examine rather than the doctors who treat the patient. Moreover patient has to take the pain to walk 2 floors , no lift . Wouldn't recommend anybody to go here .

Dr.Yadav who is orthopedic.... I visited to show my 14 month baby who got injured on his right lap leg ... When I showed him the x ray Dr . Yadav said nothing is been seen in xray no fracture no swelling nothing everything is fine... My baby was crying continuesoly when we used to touch his leg. .. Dr . Said u may take him home wait for 48 hrs and even if pain doesn't stop . We will do plaster ... How can a doctor take babies treatment so lightly .. I took.my baby home waited for 3 days .. still my baby wasn't recovering... So me and my husband thought of taking opinion of other orthopedic dr. . so we took him to gahtkopars orthopedic clinic ... Dr. Chintan doshi was the orthopedic doctor. The moment we showed him my babies x ray within a second he showed us my baby has a minnor hairline fracture.... We got totaly shocked ... And we were regreating that we showed Dr. Yadav .. He is a orthopedic doctor how didn't he showed us the fracture .. very very annoying will not recommend this doctor ever .. Pathetic doctor n hospital..

Bad Experience, they increased the estimated cost by 10-15 k at last moment and said if you don't afford you can go to other hospital. before surgery it was informed that discharge will be given immediate but later need to spent whole day there and got discharge by 10.30 pm!

The doctors are good, the nurses are very rude, negligent and impolite. No empathy at all. The 'care' in healthcare is missing!

Dr dharamraj yadav is straight forward and one of the best doctor of Navi Mumbai. I m visiting since 2007 for ortho issue. He explains in simple manner and prescribed minimum require medicine.

The doctors of Raj Hospital are simply amazing. Years ago I had met with a terrible accident and Dr. Yadav treated it on time and very efficiently. I was very lucky that as soon as I entered the hospital, Dr. Yadav was on his rounds and gave the proper treatment. It's been 6 years since my operation and it has healed beautifully and never bothered me again. Same experience with my grand father who was treated by Dr. Nitin. After days of feeling breathless and weak finally he is back on his toes. But the nurses of the hospital are TERRIBLE and SELFISH. They don't provide us with any services apart from calling the Doctor. They will not provide water. They refused to help me when I asked them for a hand to lift my grandpa. They simply stated that helping-in-such-matters is "not what they do".🙄 The nurses didn't even check the saline. The saline got over twice and was left unattended which is when blood started getting sucked out of the hand and back in the tube. Nurses of Raj Hospital are horrendous, the worst and have a lot of unnecessary attitude.

Dr. Dharmaraj S Yadav thinks he’s too smart to help his patients. He will pass comments about you if you ask him a question, and in turn get mad at you when you ask him not to be rude. Really didnt like the way he treated me, would NOT recommend. There are many sweet doctors who will happily help you.

There is no complaint about the Doctor he is truly amazing but both the receptionist is totally insensitive and unempathetic towards the patients attending and waiting in the que. The hospital really needs to hire educated staff for the betterment of the hospital.

Ive not seen such a rude doctor (Dr.Yadav) in my whole life. He shouts at you for no reason and won't explain things properly. I wish Google had minus stars!!!

I so wish I could give minus 100 rating. Dr. Tawte was the worst and even his wife is not at all worth going to. Charged me approx 1500 for a minor shoe bite cleaning and bandaging. Highly not recommended!!

When the patient comes to the hospital, he himself is troubled, that's why he comes to the hospital and the staff shows such an arrogant attitude as if she is sitting on the post of Chief Minister, at least she can give a good smile.

Positive Experience - Quite happy with Dr. Dipti Mulay's treatment, very nicely she treated Patient and explained in detail all the issues. Negative Experience - I am rating the hospital with 1 rating, probably would like to give something less than that. The staff in hospital quite arrogant, not attentive towards patient. Equipment used in the hospital seems to be out dated, needs to upgrade themselves.

Doctor Pallavi was not supportive with the patient , exaggerated the condition to horrify the family. Insisted repeatedly on being admitted in the hotel . Very poor service and staff behavior.

This is the worst hospital I admitted my father for gallbladder removal treatment They don't have any proper operation room Illegally performing the operation i admitted my father for gallbladder removal operation But doctor Nitin is not hand on doctor he stopped operation in middle and informed us it will not possible for him There are group of trainee doctor who don't know anything about patience condition Don't go to this hospital if u love ur family I did a mistake It has been three years now I did my father operation from other hospital and he is good now

Absolutely rude staff who are so mechanical in their work that they forgot that hospitals are for human care. Doctors are good but its their frontline staff which is pathetic !

Absolutely pathetic experience. I had cold with headache so I decided to visit Dr.Tawte after google recommended me this hospital. For a mere 2 minutes of stethoscope checkup and verbal interaction, I was charged 800/-. Also didn't find the dr that communication friendly.

The doctors are good. DR. LAVANYA , the physio Therapist is extremely good , her sessions were really helpful. Highly recommended

Dr dharmaraj yadav (orthopaedic) is a very friendly doctor..my mom's knee transplant surgery was successful thanks to the doctor and staff of the hospital.
