Worse staff service First they said to deposite in matchin only and Now They said We dont change your notes which not accept matchine you have to submit and feel the form and submit again what the third class service of Bank and specially Staffs are very rude Worst Service ever is the bank has kept e banking facilities just for show not accept Cash Specially cashier Ganesh behaviour is Very Worst With Customer He denied to accept cash deposite Even matchine is not working he Weste customer timing till Matchine is not working but didnt Accept cash at counter … Why Is this Service Like here , What kind of Management There ,,??? @Bank Of India #close the Bank

One of the Worst ever bank in sanpada. i suffered a lot and kept patience’s in operating it. none of their services work properly , offline and online is way to away for them to handle. for closing the account it took me 2 weeks. none of the information was given first hand. all bits and pieces information was given. Thank God , I saved my future time. it use to take more than an hour of my time every time. internet banking never worked for me at all. Staff are typically lazy people. Their time is more important than yours and they keep you waiting for endless time.

Worst thing is the bank has kept e banking facilities just for show, Cash deposit machine is not in working condition, most of time , it displays SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE, If the bank don't want to provide these types facilities it would be good to remove the cash deposit machine , atleast customera like me will never go for that

They have changed the lunch timing to 2pm to 2:30 pm. Should have updated it
