If you want to buy jewellery from this store of Kalyan jewellers, then it's my humble request to not go there, you will certainly find a lot of options in Kalyan jewellers but the making charges of silver jewellery in this store is double. Unprofessional Staff like Suresh wants to teach you about the difficulty in making silver jewellery. Overall very bad experience in this store.

Making charges are too high to afford Kalyan Jewellers now. Earlier such charges starts from 6 percent. Now minimum charges are 25% which is 1/4Th of gold amount. Which is very high...same thing u can get at 15pc from local jewellers with hallmark. I ended my long term relationship as a customer from Kalyan today. Options are good and brand is also good but very expensive.

Place is nice very polite staffs. But Designs are moderate. Very important is wastage minimum is 25% which is too high for example I selected 3.3g gold but wastage is more than 1 g gold rate . Other shops it's flat 10% Also they charge extra for stones.

One of the worst place i ever visit again delivering defected or returned ornaments and staff does not know where's defect and overall manager and staff are insisting that you should check before delivery. I suggest all to thoroughly check all the items with magnifing glass since the staff are liars.

Don't waste your time. It looks big show room but they don't have variety at all specially for mens bracelet and kada. Secondly sales person not at all interested to show you variety. I had to to tell him to show me this and that. Sales person admitted that they lack of variety. Go to joyalukkas shop which is near to Kalyan jeweller, they have good options.

Reasonably competitive rates.Assured purity, convenient buyback, reasonable making changes , beneficial deposit schemes , well informed and cooperative staff anx very good ambious makes Kalyan jewellers a sattisfying experience.

I would have give 4 star but due to the trainee incharge me Praveen most unpleasant person I have seen in past 9 year at Kalyan jewellers . He has no consideration for tenured customer. I will make sure will never buy scheme with kalayn nor get anyone here. If you can't adjust 500 rs. What is authority you have as compared to staff and manager.

Located at Proxima Building, Sector 30A, Vashi, this outlet has a wide variety of gold, platinum and diamond jewellery. Great collection of jewellery in exquisite designs. Very courteous and helpful staff.

Pathetic They Don't even Talk to customers. I entered the showroom there were three Sales men at the Counter. But After I was asked to sit all of them left. No one was interested in selling. I asked two gentlemen will someone help me with the designs. No one was bothered.

Very High Making Charges, compare to TBZ and Tanishq, Joyllukas is 50% less making chrges. Kalyan jewelers minimum making starting from 20% making charges of Gold Dont waste your momey like this type of Jewelers.

They have very less design of couples ring for engagements and for those design, their making charges are around 19-21%, which is very high for simple bands.

They are very Rude, Have inappropriate behaviour with us, They don't value their customer. My Colleague Mr. Gurunath Patil CEO of Shubham Builders they treated us very badly. They should really Shut down this shop if they want customer.

Convenient location,,just outside Vashi railway station.Spacious show room,unforgettable ambience, ample variety of displays.Only problem is that all the staff is South Indian & is difficult to communicate.

Very nice place to get some good south Indian jewelery. We generally go there always. Gold, platinum, diamonds, precious stones and silver, all are available. Very good designs. The staff is extremely professional, helpful and coopertive. Would definitely recommend to anyone .

We have been loyal customers of Kalyan Jewellers. Today at Dhanteras we wanted to buy some jewellery. I brought one Ganesh Idol and anklet (Payal) worth around ₹27000. The most disappointing part was that the packaging cardboard boxes that you get at pastry shop. You can make out from the video. I saw this after making the payment. I would have definitely not purchased it. I saw this when they were packing. The salesman completely ignored us when I was complaining about it. Normal jewellery shop would have given better packaging. I brought the most expensive payal. Still this treatment that too at Diwali 👎👎👎

I am working at Salalah, Oman. We went to Muscat on 4th may 2022 and brought 2 new bangles from kalyan store, Muscat & returned to Salalah. The bangels got bent after a week. We were told we could exchange within 15 days if theres any issue. So we spoke to kalyan muscat store team from whom we had purchased the bangles and informed them we are going to Mumbai and need this changed immediately. They said no problem if you are going to Mumbai next week visit kalyan jewellery store nearby immediately and they'll change the bangle. We did as we were told, but kalyan vashi team said that they want new gold prices for both bangles plus for additional gold they will charge 20% making charges. I am shocked and disappointed with the quality and with the way the these people have handled this issue. I feel cheated and would never recommend this store or brand for any gold purchase. Buy at your own risk as its easier to purchase gold here but difficult to return it in case of any issue.

• poorly trained attending staff • low staff confidence in matter of bill query resolutions • laid back approach leading to significant waste of customer time • zero customer satisfaction at this branch I have been a regular customer with Kalyan Jewellers since 2015 at the Borivali branch. Today when I visited the Vashi branch for the first time, I was left with nothing but sheer disappointment. The lady staff who attended me seemed so disinterested to show products, not keen or able to provide any good suggestions unlike the Borivali staff who are really proactive and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. I was left with an impression that this lady staff is either a fresh untrained employee or probably needs more support to upskill. I aimed to buy many products on top of the matured scheme however ended up buying only 1 product just to cover the scheme amount and due to loss of time. The manager was low on confidence in terms of providing clarification of the bill queries. I myself had to calculate, understand what it meant and explain him my point of misunderstanding and that the bill amount was correct. God knows what he was trying to tally for 15 long minutes. Total waste of time at this branch due to the laid back approach of the staff. Overall, I wouldn't suggest the Vashi branch to anybody nor myself visit this branch ever.

I would have love to give zero stars but the option is not available. I had scheme of Dhansamridhi for 3k and they told me that the maturity amounts will be 36000 but then at maturity when I visited the store they refused to give 100% bonus amount. They said we will only give 75% amount. This is a big scam. Also the rate of interest is 27% which they call is because brand. I saw 2 items in ring and mangalsutra where the stone was fallen off already and they’re asking 27% making charge, what an irony! Such a bad experience at Kalyan jewellers, they’re fooling and hugging innocent people I will never set a foot again in Kalyan jewellers (especially Vashi)ever again.

The worst thing about Kalyan is they don't buy gold and will buy only gold if it's bought from there. How selfish can such a big gold brand endorsed by Bachchan ji behave. The most cases of gold ornaments forgery i have heard of are Kalyan jewellers. Anyways the staff's behaviour is very good..

Good gold collection. Silver collection not that great. Only limited silver items. Courteous and patient staff. Best place to exchange gold as not only do they have the x ray machine to check how many karat your gold is but will also melt it in front of you and exchange as per current rate.

They are more courteous towards South Indian coustomers than any other. Very few designs of Maharashtrian jewellery. Also keep pestering about yearly schemes and offers.

Extremely professional staff. Good hospitality, despite being overcrowded on days like Diwali and akshay tithi they manage it very well. The billing process needs a little improvement, they're bit slow. on such days they should divide new and existing customers to fasten the process because new customers require verification which is understood.

Service above and beyond expectation. Went in to get granddaughters ears pierced. The individual who did the piercing, an aged gentleman, was very knowledgeable in terms of aftercare required to ensure the ears piercing did not get infection. He was very patient as after the first piercing my granddaughter was very hesitant to get the other ear pierced but he engaged with us and her till she was ready for the piercing in the other ear. He even let her try one of the necklaces when she asked for a unicorn necklace after her ears were pierced. Definitely recommend this place if you want to go for ear piercings for your little ones. Considering the piercing costed just 350rupees the service was a million dollar.

Extremely high making charges on jewelery. Went to purchase a small pendant and they calculated at a making charge of 24% and then show a discount and come to 21%. Purchased a similar product next door at Joy Alukkas. Bunch of crooks. I have made multiple purchases from their stores at Kerala including their sari stores. Never had this kind od experience. Will never recommended again to anyone. I can tell that this particular store is not in my list to visit again. I would recommend Joy Alukkas which is in the adjacent building.

I went for gold bracelet but they literally don't have good collection. The sales executive are not enthusiastic they won't understand the requirement of customer.

Worst Service, Lifetime warranty is fake, for regular repair this branch says it will take 40 days, if you want urgently, then exchange it and pay making charge at 20% , pure loot.
