I was admitted for surgical procedure, in covid times not much relatives are allowed with patient but medical staff takes extra care to make you feel cared. Doctors and medical staff did commendable job to make me feel comfortable and safe.. It was the worst nightmare for my wife who was here during her 1st delivery. Delivery was successful & we were so happy. Later she was shifted to ICU unnecessarily for minor change in her blood pressure. They kept her in ICU for next 5 days for their money making business. In the meantime, the behaviour of the doctors & nurses was rude, careless & threatening. My wife still cries just by remembering those memories. We will never recommend this hospital to anyone.

My dad got admitted on 31st Oct 2022 Extremely slow service They took hours to just give us some bedsheets I wouldn't name the doctor that would be too personal but he didn't come to visit even once he never attends calls. Please just think twice before getting any tests or getting any of your dear ones admitted My dad had hypoglycemia this means his sugar goes lower than the normal level ,he needed some kind of glucose to regulate that level. No fruits available i carried some bananas for dad which i couldn't take in as some hospital protocol, agreed but you should have something for the patient. Hypoglycemia is dangerous your sugar can fall at any moment you need glucose / fruits that's are rich in sucrose. All they had was one apple that too the working staff there was so slow they got it after 2-3 hrs after telling them we need some fruits. Staff and management of MGM is the worst trust me. Only thing that they are good at is billing people.

This is a very professional, well maintained and friendly hospital. I wish no one should visit hospital ever, but if there is emergency then MGM is good. I had to visit here for my parents for Covid19 treatment, pacemaker and recently cancer treatment. The results seem positive and health is recovering. It's well connected with most insurance providers for cashless service. They also provide additional concession. Facility has good canteen and rest areas. It has nice garden in front to help you forget your worries for sometime.

I have been going to MGM Hospital for over a decade, and have been witness to a remarkable improvement in terms of infrastructure, cleanliness, and care over the years. While we were apprehensive about being in a hospital during Covid times, utmost care and precaution was taken to ensure our safety through continuous sanitation and maintenance of hygiene. MGM has been my family go to Hospital since childhood. I have seen the hospital grow from serving it's patients on ground floor infrastructure to a multi-storey building infrastructure. Over the years their services have been excellent and satisfactory to me. They provide atmost care to their patients. You want a person to be alive take them to MGM. They have highly skilled doctors available on a single call from casualty to save their patients. If you look, every single employee gives their 100 percent so that the hospital can give the best to their patients. The only thing lacking is free wifi for patients so their family members can connect them to family members living abroad or at a different location. Problem is this place lacks cellphone signal so it's difficult to provide video conferencing facilities to patients and their family members.

I had an amazing experience at MGM Hospital Vashi recently when my relative was admitted in the ICU. He was brought to the Emergency Department in a bad state and the doctors and nurses were quick to identify the severity of his illness and made him a priority patient. He was immediately started on oxygen and was personally escorted to the CT scanner by trained personnel. After a quick review of the scan the doctors decided to shift him to the ICU for a better level of care. The following 10 days he received the best care anyone could hope for. The ICU and critical care team did a remarkable job! Gradually he got better, regained his strength and got discharged. What struck me was that each patient admitted there received the same care irrespective of their ability to pay. The hospital is modern with all the latest equipment and technology; cleanliness is of a very high standard, the premises is spotless and the staff are warm, welcoming and ever ready to help. Patients are treated ethically and being a NABH accredited hospital the standards are similar to that of any large Western hospital. The cash counter/reception counter needs to be more hospitable and cordial. They behaved like as if they are doing us a favor. High end attitude. The delay in meeting the consultant on the appointed time is due to their lazy and lackadaisical performance. Appn given for 10.30am. Told to register at 10.15 and not earlier than that though we arrived earlier. 10.30 am arrived and still 6 patients before me. If people don't reach on time for their alloted time, why let the next person suffer? Is this called good patient management? Rest all good - doctors, nurses.

I would like to give 5 star to the hospital for handling the patient and for staff. But after paying we are getting uncooked and tasteless food the patient is not acceptable. Dietitian should understand and give the food accordingly. Please please check the taste of your food which given to the patient. I understand food should be healthy and oil free for the patient but taste is also one of the main component of the food. Food is one of the main medicine for the patient and also it provides happiness during the hospitalisation.

My liver transplant surgery was carried out in MGM Hospital, Vashi. Right from beginning the team of doctors was available (One of the best surgeons team in Mumbai from Sir HN Reliance Hospital) After getting admitted, doctors explained in details to me & my family about the operation and what are the precautions needs to be taken after operation. It was really a gr8 experience of being monitored by a team of Drs from MGM-Vashi during my home quarantine due to Corona. Though I am from Pharma field, It was a memorable & unforgettable experience. Right from the day 1 to 2 weeks, the timely & meticulous follow up confirms the exemplary managerial skills of team. Doctors team headed by Dr Rammohan, senior physician was very regularly following up & guided 2 times a day. I am Dr Asha Damodaran Ex -Senior medical officer Bhabha atomic Research Center, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai and Ex Medical Coordinator, Sri Satya Sai Sewa Organization Navi Mumbai. One was a Status Epileptics from village following old cerebral trauma. He had to be in ICU for one whole week. But happy to say he is active and working member of the society after 15 years of this incidence. Another was a congenital Heart disease in a boy of 15 years. He underwent surgery in the hospital and we had to help only with the consumables, Rest all treatment was given by the MGM New Bombay Hospital, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Also I remember some cases of suspected cardiac disease which were detected on our medical camp at a School at Dahagaon for adivasi children.  They were admitted in the hospital and provided essential treatment.  One such girl was an orphan of 13 years. She had opacities in both eyes.  Vision fast deteriorating in both eyes.  The hospital specially called a cornea specialist and she received and is continuing to receive free OPD treatment from a super specialist.  Many more cases have been helped by the munificence of the hospital. At personal level too, I had very good experience. When my husband and later me were admitted in the same hospital for serious ailments, we had the best courteous and efficient treatment. All the employees are very cordial and courteous and helpful.  According to me, MGM New Bombay Hospital, Vashi sets standards in good medi care, I wish this Hospital continues to provide such caring and courteous serve for many years to come.

I was detected Covid positive in August 2020. Being diabetic and taking medicines for blood pressure too I was worried. I was admitted to MGM Hospital Vashi and was taken really good care of. My mother in law ( almost a super senior citizen) has undergone TKR surgery by eminent Orthopaedic surgeon Dr.Neeraj Srivastava and his excellent team. She felt very comfortable all throughout with the entire staff who were very caring and approachable. Welcoming smile of the canteen boy while serving tasty and healthy food and Grooming done unsolicited by maushi / attendant acted as cherry on the cake to her speedy recovery.

I got kidney transplant under Dr Deepa Jayaram Ma'am on 11th Oct 2022 & my Donor is my father and at present Im in home town and started my daily routine work & job(WFH) also as my father was discharged after 2nd of transplant & doing absolutely good. Me and my mom went for a health checkup. And went to the sonography there was one ma'am whose name was dipti Mishra while doing sonography she was very confused when she done my mom sonography she said that there is 2 stone which is small in size...after 2 days due to stomach pain we did CT scan form outside in the report we found there was 6 stone in right and 2 stone in left and one stone stuck in urinary bladder.. that stone also bigger in size.. kindly don't go for sonography bcoz when we pay and we are not getting the correct report so it's worthless... In this hospital I'm not expecting such a trainee person to be assigned to sonography...

I underwent knee-replacement surgery on both my knees conducted by Dr.Kunal Makhija. The operation has been successful. Dr.Makhija's skill and expertise is of high order. He has also been able to instill a lot of confidence in me during and after the operation. His no-nonsense approach and minimal as well as practical post-operative guidance have helped me on the road to steady recovery. I wish him the very best. The premises is huge doctors are good but the nurses and the ward mausis do not reciprocate on call. You may get the best of the doctors but it us useless as long as you do not get proper critical caring from the nursing and maids or wardboys. My experience is not satisfactory. Will not recommend if you are looking at the price to comfort ratio.

Has undergone my Right eye cataract surgery under Dr. Susanta Chatterjee. Excellent experience amazing surgeon. He didn't give me any injection. The entire surgery was painless and my vision post surgery has improved drastically. I will recommend everybody to Dr Chatterjee. The hospital facility (MGM) was also very nice

One of the worst hospital for middle class people. Very very costly. Unnecessary charges applied to the bill. My dad is a senior citizen having no any health insurance. Still they have not given any discount on request. We had no money. Ok the last moment I have arranged the money from friends. They have no coordination amongst them. I would not suggest this hospital to anyone. Lab charges are very very much high. They will insist you to do all kinds of tests which not required and which leads to increase the bill.

Unsatisfactory experience at MGM Vashi. I was referred to orthopaedic specialist for my right foot 2nd toe pain since last 2 years.The specialist advised for X Ray & MRI. After going through the MRI report, he told that, the pain would not alleviate by medicine and affected toe has to be operated. He also provided the information that, the tow after removing the additional flesh, would go numb permanently and referred for surgeon's openion. He in turn advised for Doppler test of right lower limb. After getting the normal report, he told that nothing abnormal has been noticed and prescribed some medicine to continue. .... Root cause of my since long pain has not been found. VERY UNSATISFACTORY & CASUAL DIAGNOSIS BY THE SO CALLED SPECIALISTS OF MGM VASHI. WORST EXPERIENCE!!

Dr J.P Jain Sir is very much Professional Joint Replacement Surgeon. He listen carefully the problem of Patient and study every aspect of the problem to provide best treatment. My mother was having severe OA both knee. I visited to Jain Sir in MGM Hospital - Vashi. He advised for TKR and did Total Knee Replacement (Left) of my mother. She is recovering in speedy manner. He takes due care of patient by monitoring personally. He used to visit the patients twice a day during admission in hospitals to get the progress of the patient .Post the operation he was always available on call. We had so many small concerns and he would always answer the call and solve all our queries patiently. It’s very rare that a surgeon at his level who is always so busy takes such kind of personal interest in the patients well being. He is very Kind, Empathetic, Helpful and Encouraging. My mom felt half her illness was gone just by talking to him. We had been to few doctors before we got to know about Dr J.P Jain sir. Today I met Dr. Rajmohan in Opd with my aunt Ms. Suman Raj Rahi.We felt that he was in a hurry to go somewhere, instead of checking the report.We told them 3 times that another doctor said there was an issue with my ovaries, but they said it was nothing.His behavior towards us was also very rude. I gave preference to MGM over Apollo, because my aunt lives in Vashi, but now the work style here has become completely low category.

My mother was admitted to MGM Hospital, Vashi in the beginning of October 2023 and the length of the hospitalisation went on to be a little less than a month which is a lot of time. She underwent a major operation and she is recovering now at home. There were episodes around the Surgery contributing to the length of the hospitalisation. Right from the word Go, MGM treated us with a lot of care and compassion. The Care and Compassion is extended to Patients and Patient’s family is not just by the Management, Doctors and Nursing Staff but also by all Non-Medical Staff and each and everyone who is associated with MGM in some way [even people who are not on MGM Payroll]. Security Personnel also have an extremely important role to play while coordinating with patients relatives and Hospital especially while a patient is in the Critical Care Unit [CCU – 4th Floor], they do this job very well. While my mother was in the CCU, I was regularly briefed about the condition during the counselling sessions. The Doctors and Nursing Staff in the Critical Care Unit as well as in the Ward [9th Floor] are excellent. The Doctors and Nursing Staff in the CCU and ward kept motivating my mother to get better and come out of the medical condition. The Physiotherapists helped my mother to gain in-bed mobility with exercises and also the confidence to walk with required support and care.. I sincerely express my thanks and gratitude towards all Doctors and Nursing Staff [both CCU and Ward [9th Floor]]. One thing I want to specially mention is the cleanliness of the hospital which is excellent and which makes you feel so much at home and adds to the overall positivity. Off Course there are other factors also which contribute to the Positivity one feels at MGM Hospital, Vashi. Even the Canteen Staff [Especially Patients Canteen] are so well behaved and comforting, thanks and gratitude for them. They were just doing their job but their cheerful behaviour and interactions helped me a lot to survive in the hospital with positivity. I express my thanks and gratitude to MGM’s Ambulance Department [Chief-Mr. Ajmal] who have helped me in my mothers transportation whenever we have needed their support. Dr. Prashant Athale [General Surgeon] operated on my mother is an extremely soft-spoken person who interacted with me and my mother in an extremely comforting manner. The other Doctors who were involved in my mother's treatment were Dr. Vijaykumar Verma (Cardiologist), Dr. Sundeep Mestri (Chest Medicine), Dr. Sanjay Kulkarni (Anaesthesist) , Dr. Archana Thakur (Critical Care Unit), Dr. Divyashree S (Infectious Disease), Dr. Satish Kulkarni (Gastroenterologist). These doctors apart from being excellent in terms of their treatment are also excellent in terms of their explanations and briefings bringing much required comfort to Patients and their relatives. Dr. Archana Thakur (Chief of Critical Care Unit) and her team of Doctors from the Critical Care Unit did a lot for my mother in coordination with the other above mentioned doctors. Dr. Archana on some occasions personally briefed me during the counselling sessions [even when she was not part of the counselling team]. Dr. Shailesh, Dr. Ruta Mangaonkar, Dr. Misra and Dr. Vikram are some more doctors from the CCU whose name I remember as they have interacted with me. I express my thanks and gratitude to all the above mentioned Doctors for being with us during our hour of crisis and treating my mother with care and compassion. I also express my sincere thanks and tonnes of gratitude to Dr. Kalyani Sen [Medical Superintendent] for being with us in this journey. My mother has had a long association with MGM Hospital, Vashi and every time she has gone back home well. I can recommend MGM Hospital, Vashi to anyone who wants excellent professional medical treatment along with a homely atmosphere. I hv been attending to this mgm hospital off and on since my CLL cancer detection in June 2019. I find the condition, treatments and overall ambiance in the hospital very good. There may be scope for improvement in nursing attitude and discharge procedures. Health check up procedure is very good.

Attended for my mother high low blood pressure fluctuations. Had been to three doctors but no help over past 3 months. One appointment with Dr. Vijaykumar Verma immediate relief observed also number of medicines reduced. Thanks! One star less for the hospital administration no proper rules followed, sometimes will ask for scanning file , sometimes the assessment form done later, even the height they take differs on each visit!

I have been advised knee replacement surgery for my acute knee pain. But before the surgery took place, I had to go out of town for some urgent work. I needed some pain relief and mobility for travelling. I went to the Physiotherapy Department of MGM hospital. They took my knee x-ray and Dr. Manju, the head of the physiotherapy team personally took care of me accordingly. This made me fit enough to travel out of town. I am very satisfied with the service, treatment and cooperation of MGM Hospital, Vashi.

Recently my visit was on 13th October 2020 when I tested positive for covid-19.What I appreciate is that all the ethical principles of the patient care are adopted in toto by the treating Health Professionals. I have completed my treatment for the Covid-19 comfortably at my home with regular teleconsultation and online reporting provided by the Hospital. This is an excellent multi speciality Hospital and now recognised on global level for its advanced tertiary care.

There is a lot of difference between the MGM 10 years back and now. The location is good, rooms are good, canteen is good, food served is also tasty. Staff is great and caring.

Great place to get completely cheated on. Even if you have no other option I would not recommend you to keep your patient at this hospital full of scamsters. It would be any day better for you to take care on your own rather than needle them in such a scam hospital. This place is more like a business hub where the dean gives the total aim of income the doctors have to achieve and mercilessly they will squeeze every rupee out of your pockets.

More like a funeral home. Admit your loved ones if you genuinely hate them and want the to die. Worst experience ever it’s like going to the wending machine of a casino where educated doctors only pull out every last penny of your insurance regardless of the patient being dead or alive.

After consultation in opd, the girl at counter hurriedly told me to give star rating for the doctor on a tab held by her. After giving a 5 star for supposedly the doctor consulted by me, I got SMS thanking me for 5 star rating the "HOSPITAL" not the doctor. This is a wrong way of taking credit for the doctor's performance. Hope the girl is reprimanded for this misinformation.

1st visit to the hospital was very good, with full support from the staff. I didn't experience any problem. The doctor was also very attentive and helpful.

The staff is friendly and processes are well managed. The best thing is that we did not find too much of waiting for consultation which is really good. We have visited atleast 3-4 times so far and the experience is very good. It is also much better value for money as compared to some other famous hospitals that are way too expensive. There's senior citizen discount on many of the services and there's helping staff to move them around on wheel chairs. No bad experiences so far. Highly recommended.

I visited MGM for health check up. The overall experience was good. Tests as well as consultation was well organized. Mr Vijay, in-charge for health checkup has provided all information and was very helpful.

Called for appointment, my call got transferred 4 times and the last person who answered the call cut the phone without saying anything.

A very humane hospital with highly skilled and compassionate doctors and medical staff. A big hand to the management for dealing with my Mom's case so nicely. My Mom, an octogenarian, had developed heart related complications which required an Aortic Valve replacement. After detailed discussions with the brilliant cardiologist Dr. Harshal Lahoti we decided to choose the TAVI procedure as i wanted my Mom to lead a good quality of life post surgery. Right from the admission, the procedure itself , the post procedure stay, everything was taken care of in the most compassionate way. It was so nice of the Management Team to have given their time to me assuring of the best care and services - indeed it was! All Doctors, medical support staff were so nice to the patient and the relatives - it really gives a good feeling within yourself. I have seen poor comments on the security staff - however i opine differently. The security staff has a job to do to keep the discipline and sanctity of the hospital. I haven't faced any undue behaviour from them. The best part - one month after she has been discharged, the Hospital through its proper channels connects with my Mom once in a while to inquire about her well being - Kudos MGM for giving my Mom a new lease of life!

Nurses and Doctors are the best here. However, the guards and the cleaning staff are bit rude towards people. Overall great care taken by the nurses. My mother felt really comfortable because of them. If the security's behaviour is ignored, this hospital is the easily the best private hospital in Navi Mumbai. My mother was admitted here for her uterus surgery, First of all i would like to thank doctor ketaki kulkarni for treating my mother and putting an end to her year long suffering within few weeks. Ketaki kulkarni is one of the best gynecologists out there in mumbai, we had consulted many gynec. before ketaki ma'am, but none of them were as good as her. She is having expertise in handling complicated situations in skillful way. she is very attentive towards minute details and very caring towards her patient. She if very friendly towards her patients and looks after them for their needs. I feel very lucky that we found doc. ketaki and will always be my mother's go to doctor hence fourth. A hospital with a human touch. I came with an immense pain in shoulder..diagnosed with frozen shoulder and advised short medication and physiotherapy. A well organized system guided me through the process of registration to visiting the doctor and for the scanning of papers making it a transparent and hassle-free experience with well mannered and soft spoken supportive staff. The physiotherapy center is a work of art with well spaced equipment and dedicated staff under the expert guidance of well experienced Head Dr Manju Ghildiyal. Her experienced eyes follows every patient while they work out even if they don't realize at times, (it happened with me when she called out to correct my exercise posture😉) What was best part was she could explain so well and convince me with hope for betterment in a time frame with customized treatment regime. She has been an epitome of patience and with constant support I have seen an improvement of 50% within a month, a surprise for my orthopedic as well. I couldn't even hold a 0.5kg dumble which I am able to exercise with now. After over two years of sleepless night I could restfully sleep. The staff from the gate and liftman to the staff in the department and the physiotherapists are all so helpful and supportive. Thanks for being a great one spot solution for me and many of my kind. One of the best hospitals in Navi Mumbai! We had our 1st baby birth done at the hospital. All the doctors here are amazing, caring and always ready to listen and address all of your queries especially Dr. Tanushree Sengupta she took care of My Wife and My Baby during the 9th months and after delivery like we are here own family members. She is very thorough, very detail oriented and inspite being a Senior Doctor at MGM she is always available and approachable. In fact the major USP of the hospital and the entire staff is that they make u feel at home, be it the senior staff members, the OPD team, the Radiology team, the nurses, the admin team etc. The Matrika session that were planned by the MGM were quite educational and helped us plan the pre and post delivery things. More importantly it helped us to get familiarise with the hospital team and which made us at ease during the hospitalisation phase.

One can see amazing results post surgery because Sir is highly skilled, extremely passionate and dedicated towards his speciality. The pain which I had completely subsided and I am able to walk comfortably. I will always be very grateful to Dr.J.P.Jain, Anaesthetist Dr.Nilesh Kadu and their entire team. Hi..I regularly avail services of this hospital. Want to highlight the kind of unprofessional and greedy attitutde in the doctors practising in MGM. Dr. Roshni Nambiar ENT practising. I went to show her my nose related infection on Saturday i.e. 3rd Dec. She hardly examined me abd recommended me some pills. I started taking them. But i didn't experience any relief after taking her medicines. So I again went to see her on 5th Dec i.e. Monday. This time I just requested the nurse that its been hardly two days and want ti check with doc for any change in my prescription. She allowed me inside but after meeting the doc I was taken aback by her unprofessional and greedy attitude. She told me to pay the doctors fees. This was shocking to me as I hadn't completed even two full days. Just requested her to change my prescribed medicines. To which she replied that this ailment of mine can't be treated by her as she has no idea what medicines she should give. She just told me to again show to an MD. Just confusing patients is not at all right. Nose and throat related issues are supposed to be handled by her as she is an ENT specialist. Just holding a degree but actually confused as to how to treat patients is so wrong. She is not fit doctor to sit in such a prestigious hospital of Vashi. Not worth for 1 star also. Doctor's are so unprofessional. Cost are beyond imagination. Lots of trouble making procedure. Rather proving customers wrong, make sure your hospital's rules and regulations are being followed. Just visit your floors you will find fish market of nurses and other staffs. I also, spoke this to your quality assurance team member. Your nurses and doctors were charging us for the medicines which were never taken by my wife during her second admission. We admitted her just for my baby's bilirubin treatment and she was there just for feeding purpose. But your nurses were falsely charging for medicines which were never taken by anyone. Later my father examined the bill and asked your pharmacy to reduce the amount. Then your floor doctor which was never treated my wife accepted the mistake and reduced the amount of the medicine. I have video of how you fool people in billing. If you still argue with me i can post the misconduct video evidence to social media with your permission. And my baby is healthy and fine, thanks for concern.

I have been availing service of this hospital for more than 15 years now both as OPD and IPD patient. Systematic and well organized hospital. Doctors are good, presently seeing Dr.Rajmohan, General physician, very happy with him for his patient listening and treatment. All are good in the hospital, right from security guard, to ward boys, nurses, accounts dept., pathology service, and ofcourse the casualty dept., all know their duties and responsibilities and ensure they do their job. This shows that the hospital administration dept. is very strong. Happy that Navi Mumbai has a top class hospital in MGM Vashi.

Doctors ,Nursing and helping staff are very good. They all are fully dedicated to their work However, billing section is required to re look services wise as well as proper place wise.

Mr Rajesh Ban head of the medical records department at MGM was very responsive, a good communicator and highly customer centric. He went out of his way to help with my son’s records and reached it to us in a timely manner.

Very Nice service And doctors also super service. Cleaniness aslo best.But my complaints extra charges for dialysis not good for echs jawans.but other hospitals like Forties and Apollo at new Mumbai not charging.

Doctors are very good, unfortunately they're not the only one you'll have to deal with. The other staff (nurses) are inefficient no proper coordination instructions aren't correctly followed billing takes ages. You'll notice Doctors yelling at the staff which proves my point.

I would highly recommend Dr. Maina Hegde Dermatologist for the skin and hair related treatment she provided to my kid aged 5 years old. Me and my husband are extremely happy with results. Patiently listened to my concerns, very courteous and nice. Was very good at explaining what was going on. She is super friendly and takes her time to explain each and every query and available always. I always owe her treatment.
