Sunshine hospital is the most useless hospital here, only money matters, there are no facilities for the patients, only huge bills are taken. They have also received a notice from Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation to return the extra money taken by the patients but to date the hospital has not refunded the money. Doctor Inamdar is a person who changes his word in a moment, says that he will give a discount on the bill when he is admitted to the hospital, and when the patient goes home, he will hide himself somewhere and will not even pick up the phone. Please don't go to this hospital.

I do not want to give a single star to this hospital. Becuase it is not fit enough to be calles a hospital. It is a fraud organisation whose main intention is to scam patients, do fraud with vendors, not pay employees salary on time. I havs read a lot of negative reviews against this hospital & i would like to create a common platform to take the sams to the concerned autborities to revoke its license.

Worst Service by the hospital.......... Single bed AC room in which Ac was not working. TV was a show piece....just for billing purpose. Switch board was open which is very risky..... No changing of bedsheets in 48hrs. Even after requesting multiple times. No Drinking water was provided by the hospital. Bed swings not working. Final bill for single day was 56k. One should ignore strictly exception for emergency.

We have huge respect for doctors, pls don't spoil it. Stay on your words and refund our money. Don't just give excuses and play with people emotions. 30000 per day for covid patient, and 90000 only for ppe kit, seriously? If you feel you are right then reply publically and have the audacity to pick up the call and speak.

Me and my wife visited the doctor for MTP pills with all process and procedure and a legal case and all tests performed with absolutely normal reports. Yet she charged 5000 rupees just for 10 min consultation and giving the medicine which costs 400 Rs in the market. The reason was that u won't get the same medicine over the counter at a medical store. My wife is still unable to understand the reason for charging 5000 Rs. Also, she just has her points to put before the patient and show how ignorant they have been instead of listening to their problem. I highly NOT RECOMMEND Dr. SHEFALI PATIL.

The staff is clueless. Called for an appointment with the dermatologist. The girl who said she would call back never did. So went all the way and was asked at the gate: "kya kaam hai?" . I replied "dermatologist se milna hai". The guy asked me to translate into hindi! So said "charm rog ka vaid!" . the guy did not follow. anyways the girl at the reception did not follow either. then after enquiries with seniors, informed me that the dermatologist was not available. if the same girl had informed me on phone, would have saved me a 5 kilometres drive

Once the pateint is been discharged this hospital takes time for the refund , after continuous follow up they provide refund, we have to beg them for our own money and extra medicines which are not in use taken from there they do not take the medicines back and give refund for that ,it means we can throw those medicines in dustbin but they will not take medicines back shame on you management ,try and understand the situation people are taking loans to pay hospital bills, be human ,show humanity after 4 to 10 lakhs of bill you don't take 5000 rs medicines back and for refund of deposit amount a continuous follow up, very bad I hate this time of management .

Worst ever hospital. Please do not go to this hospital unless there is an unavoidable emergency. Not clean at all and staff is unresponsive, esptially at night when most help is required for patient. We had bad experience with one of the pediatrician.

1. Doctors - The best part of this hospital is the doctors. The diagnosis, recommdations are very meticulous. Dr Darshan, Dr Ashwin, Dr Sambhaji are by far the best doctors & have great understanding of Covid given the current ambiguities. 2. Infrastructure - Average infrastructure with good hygiene. Short of staff, any hospital I believe is short staffed today. 3. Friendly atmosphere. 4. Billing can be better, there were alot of extra charges for medicines which were not even advised. Overall I got cured & im happy about the same.

The service of the hospital was very pleasant..Dr. inamdar was very helpful and supportive. The panel of doctors and their staff were cooperative. Though this was our first visit to the hospital as my niece had to undergo an operation, our experience was beyond our expectations.

A complex case of mandibular fracture due to traffic accident was referred to this hospital by a friend. We were extremely uncertain about the hospital especially because we were told that we would need a surgical correction leading to surgical wounds on the face, the patient being a young woman causing more anxiety. Dr Panda, the maxillo facial surgeon was the master of the process!! He ensured that the surgeon was done with almost no wounds!!!!! A month long recovery schedule ensured the surgery was a complete success and the jaw is fully functional...Dr. Inamdar from Sunshine hospital ensured follow up to the entire process and was the one point contact for everything. The empathetic & pacifying nature of Dr Inamdar gave confidence to the family and caregivers in the hospital. Dr Inamdar also ensured he made everything possible, through his staff, for a comfortable hospitalisation. Hats off, Sunshine Hospital.

My aunt was admitted here for 24 days and the service and medical attention they provided was excellent. Doctor Ashwin was very patient with my aunt and explained the entire medical procedure with calmness and in depth to us. Musarrat from admin department was really helpful throughout. She was our go-to person the entire time and literally took care of us like family. All doctors and staff are well trained and friendly. A very good hospital.

Hello, as i had a toe nail problem, wherein the nail had to be removed. So i consulted a general surgeon in one of the reputed hospital wherein i was told the charges will be Rs. 12000. Then i consulted Dr. Nilesh Sonawane of sunshine hospital nerul, as he had given very good treatment to my mother for bedsoars. He carried out my toe minor surgery very nicely that to with reasonable charges of Rs.5000 with medicine within one hour. I am very much thankful to Dr. Nilesh Sonavane sir. The hospital is very good ,with all the facilities ,clean with good cooperative staff. Once again Thank You Sir. He has one more Moraya hospital at juhunagar vashi,near Bhagat Tarachand Hotel.

I had the worst experience in this hospital. The service was very pathetic, no proper documentation, billing, nurses have lack of experience, unhygienic room (single AC room), stinky washroom and no prompt response to the patient. If you have mediclaim then unnecessarily they'll try to keep you for a longer time and charge higher than the normal rates. Even while clearing the bills I had a very bad experience. I highly WON'T recommend this hospital especially if you want to admit it or in case of emergency.

I had a visit to Sunshine Hospital to get advice for the Varicose Veins surgery of my father. Doctors & Staff here are very humble & supportive. I had an interaction with Hospital Admin/TPA officer Mr. Krishna Mallah & his support was exceptional. He helped us in all possible ways to get the required tests/Doctor consultations done at the hospital. He also guided us through his known colleagues to get the surgery at other (Mayuresh Hospital, Vashi) in reasonable cost since the proposed Venaseal surgery was not covered under CGS scheme. Avoid at any cost. This is not hospital its a scam center they will charge you 2 to 3x amount compared to the other hopital. Totally unprofessional behavior and the reception is useless never answers your call. They are refusing to refund my security deposit of Rs20k which I have paid. NMMC and Govt should take action against such scam centers.
