A very friendly and nice shop owner. We bought our first puppy and it was a lhasa. The shop owner gave us all the information for taking care of the puppy and gave us few tricks to keep him in good health. When we got the puppy, it was in perfect condition and in a happy and playful mood. We got what we expected and couldn't be more happier with the puppy. Thank you so much.

Anyway, I have deleted my review. Pet shop owner asked us to return the puppy to her and get the money back. But we don’t want the puppy to go back to hell. We will take care better of her. No hard feelings. But I realise that business does not have a soft corner.

Handsdown this is the best place to go to if you’re interested in buying a pet. They have very well managed store. All the pets over here are very well maintained. I would specifically like to mention Kinnari who guided us through everything and helped us getting our perfect lil baby home.

This guy is very rude in talking and sells duplicate things. avoid this store

Disappointed that the shop handed me a cockatiel which was second-hand, i.e. it was previously owned by someone. We do not know how the bird was treated etc. My bird has symptoms like watery poop, eyes closed etc. The shop owners hid this fact from me and charged me high price for both bird and cage; onlyonly delivery boy told me about it.
