Service poor especially Vivek wife very arrogant on phone aswell in person they forget customer feed them bread butter.We spent close to 6k on aquarium, fish & accessories.fish died in a month sobo aquarium pump stopped working. No warranty pathetic service I have switched to a different shop now . Overrated on Google looks fake rating most user have 1-3 review .

The most genuine pet shop. The shop owners are very amiable and friendly and have all the patience in the world to answer questions related to your worries about your fur babies. I get all my pet's supplies from here and with a decent discount. During this pandemic situation also he made sure all the supplies are available and unlike others he never charged a rupee more. Always available for all pet supplies and pet solutions. A one stop shop.

I have been visiting this pet shop for a while now. All I can say is, I received great experience in terms of ease of payment and pet food products that I was looking for. Also, when it comes to other pet products, the prices are considerably less and great quality. Most of the times, its fresh arrivals one can see. The owner is very generous and helpful. Ask for the pet tip and he knows it all. I strongly recommend this pet store to anyone who is reading. The man is a fraud who brings stray kitten keeps them with him for sometime gains smypathy n as soon as a Persian breed entries in his pet shop for sale he runs this stray kittens...such a double standard person....
