The earlier Branch operation's manager was an excellent person, prompt, empathic towards customers and with excellent time management skills. As the person left the branch is a zombie nightmarish place. It's a dead zone and the staff is clueless and rude. The systems have high downtime. Worst part is their pass book printing kiosk is mostly down and the manual counter treats you worse than the automated one.

Staff has no idea what they are doing, one month on still SSY account not opened, they told me to resubmit forms for APY as application rejected but after some time monthly deductions started...

Today we got very good service from SBI, Sanpada Branch staff. I went with my spouse to close matured PPF account. We did not have revenue stamp of 1 rupee as all private shops were closed and post office was away but we got it at branch free of cost. Also bank availed photo copies of PAN/ Aaddhar card for KYC. We finished our task in 30 mins in first attempt with the help of bank staff.
