Always loved the electronics shopping experience at Croma. They provide good quality products, good service and helpful staff. You can find all kinds of electronic products in this shop like TV, Mobiles, Refrigerator, Power bank and many more. Once you purchase any product like TV or Geyser, they provide its home delivery alongwith its installation service. Once we explain our requirements and budget, then the Staff helps us with the available options to be considered. Shop is situated on main road, so can be easily located. Payment can be done by cash/credit card or debit card. They also provide help with EMI facility. Only thing I didnt like is that the Staff keeps on insisting or rather forcibly convincing customer for extended warranty. We understand this extended warranty service once you explain it, but if customer says he doesn't want it, then please give up on convincing customer for the same.

The customer service desk is absolutely worst. Bought a Logitech mouse 3 months ago and came here to claim back the warranty but told to pay half of the mouse value to claim warranty alone and wait 15 days. Before buying i had asked them clearly and they did not mention this at all. They are not even interested to help and told me to check terms and conditions before buying. Would absolutely never recommend anyone croma ever.

Had worst experience with croma vashi …. Bought 7 Ac units from them - DAIKIN…. 5star Acs …. They also made us buy extended warranties but within 1 year we have experienced malfunctioning of 5 units …. The extended warranty ON-SITE GO are also fraud … they charge for every visit and every service so what’s the benefit of paying extra money for it in the beginning when u have to pay then again… ACs are not even functioning for 2 months properly nd again problem shoots up…. Looks like they are selling duplicate products… would never suggest anyone to buy from there….

I recently bought a laptop and vacuum cleaner and Shaheen, Vandana, Rishikesh and team, not only helped me effectively browse thier catalogue but also wisely recommended basis my need and budget. They infact literally let me stress test the vacuum cleaner and answered innumerable questions ranging from the specifications to the freebies and ensured that I get the best deal/price on what I choose. Not only that, they also matched the price of leading e-commerce sites and what more could I have asked??? And that's where they also mentioned that if I have an old laptop or vacuum cleaner then they could give me good caskbacks etc and they did, where Mukund and team gave me a really good deal on a non-functional vacuum. I visited Croma Vashi to purchase a gas Stove where store executive, Shakira gave a good explanation and convinced us to buy Kaff's stove. She also made a commitment to get the installation done after 2 days in the evening around 8 pm, since it was a working day for us. But to our surprise commitment was only for making the sale and after delivery there was no call from the technician and when we reached out to the technician for installation, we got lame excuses . Then we reached out to Shakira to support us with installation, but she was not of any help either. Now, there is no response from sales executive Shakira and the technician. Even the Croma customer executive is not able to help and is asking to wait for a further 48hrs. Our experience so far is of poor customer service and their sales and support staff do not live up to the expectation.

Have purchased TV from ur side on 15th....delivery date was supposed to be on 18th.....a day has passed still there is no response from ur side.....we are working and we can't be behind this.....after calling en number of times person inchareged for this is not responding well....he's just saying driver ayega cal karega kamse kam driver ka number to bejke rako wo b nhi hai just disgusting #Delivery complaint

I was assisted by Shaheen and Minal - initially over a call to see if they could arrange the Macbook Air M1 on very short notice - the availability of the model was an issue across Bombay. What deserves a special mention and thanks is how committed, thorough & thoughtful they were from start to finish in spite of multiple minor roadblocks in procurement. They're both absolute powerhouses - quick, objective & knowledgeable, not just as employees but as people who only aimed to add value. Also, Imtiaz who assisted with an installation was good-natured & straightforward. A couple of other people I briefly interacted with were informative & courteous. Overall, a great shopping experience but what's most impressive is the people.

I had a great experience buying a laptop recently from Croma Store, Vashi APMC. Croma rep. Prashant Warjurkar was knowledgeable and courteous to walk me through the various options patiently. Both he and his colleagues (I don't know the names of other lady and gentlemen) were helpful in having me decide the right options to choose from. It is difficult to convince a techie with Laptop configurations but Prashant ji knew the machines in and out which was really helpful. It was a very bad experience.. they don't know about the product. No one to tell. No one cares. I had to get a vacuum cleaner. I asked the executive. They may have been talking to each other about how the product works. Then asked the final price in the last, then told the price higher than the one which was above the tag, by calculating it. And speaking I don't know. The ground floor person is saying that Amazon has products from all over the world, order from there.

Over promising and under delivering. Never expected this from a tata company. Once the payment has been received, it apparently takes 2 days for tata staff to deliver the goods even after an urgency is expressed. Took the money from us and now basically taking their own sweet time to deliver goods. Absolutely appalling behaviour from the staff. Not purchasing any products from this store atleast. Have committed a big mistake purchasing from this store
