Pathetic Service. They do not pay attention to customers issue and just make a fool of them. I have been following up almost everyday for my aquaguard water purifier service from past 11 days and no action taken yet. They are just doing timepass. Donot even deserve 1 star. After writing this I have got a response from owner to contact support , which I have been doing from past 11 days just contacting and croma team is not taking any action.They take customers for granted once the product is delivered.

I buyed power bank from croma it was last piece i seen packing thought ok sometimes package damage because I had buy many products from them so kept trust.I opened packing after 10 days seen inside package damage too then seen power bank seems old print got fade after that checked model checked on YouTube i didn't got user manual after that checked serial number it was unmatched on power bank and box i gone to shop today explained all they wasn't agree to replace i said feels like it was for display and everyone had used he was agreed 💯 one of his employee removed aerial number sticker from box removed proof as u can see in below ⬇️ image Even they didn't remove croma scan tag 🏷️ from it after i gone they removed it and it has been all recorded in seawood croma if i didn't got replacement I'll stop buying croma product and need to share with my friends disappointed service It's not customer fault don't tell me T&C of 7 days or anything just tell me this is how u provide package or product i didn't paid u half money or crush currency i deserve same how i paid

Went today to Croma (Nexus seawoods) to upgrade my phone ...from note 10 to S22...staffs were very helpful and knowledgeable..extra effort put in by Ms Anjali ... whole process went quite smooth ...good discount/ offer gifts were given to me..

When the employee was giving demo for headphones...first i tried them on and it was ok but then while explaining how to use control the employee tried them on and explained it to me....first of all to explain the controls it was unnecessary of him to put it on his head to explain controls.... second of all he had excess oil on his hair.....after he gave them back...I ask him to wipe the oil on headphones politely....his answer to that was in Indian and we use oil....and then he proceed to wipe down the oil with his shirt ....does croma have this kind of standards for sanitary....or this is your level of customer service.... After again asking to wipe that oil with tissues he wiped it away with microfiber cloth..... Not going there again....

Recently bought a blue star Air conditioner from Croma and the same day after installing the AC we had a problem with the Ac.contacted Croma and they sent blue star service engineers,still they did not resolve the problem still we are running behind Croma for replacement of ac after 20 days never expected this type of service from Croma

Products are well displayed and good but executives are very less to handle the customer. You have to wait for the executive to finish with other customers then they will attend you. Twice in my experience it happened that I liked something and wanted to buy but they run out of stock. Once with laptop and other with the air cooler which was recently. Executive are good well preped, understand you're need and requirement. Then guide you perfectly.
