Epson printer warranty service was just excellent

FRAUD ACTIVITY: I had submitted my printer on 12 Jan 2018 to EPSON service center at Vashi GD Systems & Services. Issue with printer was it was not printing the text. Before giving the printer I had completely filled up the black ink which i had bought from amazon. Service Center told us repair cost Rs.7373 hence I took decision to get back the printer from service center. Service Center Charged us Rs. 200 for handling fee. When printer came back to office we observed that black ink tank which was completely filled was nearly empty. Realizing this we called back to service center which is denying that black tank was full. This a fraudulent activity by the service center. Update: Printer started working smoothly without any repair after one day. GD System Service Center was saying it will cost Rs. 7373 to repair it.

Had given two of my printers for out of warranty service and issues. The technician Listens to the issues and tells you what could be the problem and will check it. The front desk person also is quick to respond to your queries and follow up with quotation and updates. At the start was skeptical of giving an out of warranty to an authorised service for fear of having high repair costs. They fixed the issue with cleaning and total costs came cheaper than a normal repair store plus they have good customer relation. Mighty impressed please keep up the good work. Both printers were ready in a day.

Had three printers at office and all of them stopped working because i didnt used them for two years. Now they are providing the best service to repair them, i am quite happy with their services.

Really bad, they don't accept card, only insist on cash. And they also ask customer to pay bank charges if u insist to pay by card. However they 365 there swipe machine is not working. In short very poor customer service. They don't even deserve 1 star.
