Most worst experience....if there would be negative ratings I wouldn't give that also.... The bus provided by the traveler was worst condition than committed n stopped in the mid way n we had to organize another traveller in emergency

Don't Book with him just to save Rs. 2000-3000 it's his strategy to give lower quotes, take Advance & then Give low quality & downgraded tempo which anyway we could have booked in same might be lower budget... Pathetic Service.... he is simply there to earn commission & not at all concerned for customer... Have booked 20 seater Temp Traveller for Mahabaleshwar 3 months in Advance...& Also paid Advance amount & received the confirmation of booking on email... Just an evening before trip he called & started giving excuses that 20 seater is not available due to some xyz reason & ask us to either take the refund or Adjust in 18 seater Tempo Traveller... Since it was last moment & 31st December we were not able to find any other alternative & have to accept his 18 seater...& He gave us number of some 3rd party driver who was not ready to come due some previous outstanding dues form this tour operator...after fighting till midnight 12.30 finally he send us Rs. 1000 Paytm & asked us to pay the same to Temp driver then tempo driver agreed for trip.. To our surprise Next day early morning we finally received 16 seater tempo Traveller with no place for luggage, 3 hours late from our promised departure time that too totally different from what photos he has sent...on contacting him he started abusing us & saying that "Jo karna he kar lo...jana he to jao warna mat jao..mujhe phone mat karo..." & started abusing us & giving threats n all.. Having No choice we 19 persons somehow adjusted in 16 seator along with luggage & started our Journey.. Tempo was not well conditioned for Long distance & broke half the way...we have to wait for 2 hours in the middle of nowhere for getting it repaired with 4 kids with us... finally need reached Mahabaleshwar nafyer almost 12 hours in the late evening ruining our entire 1st day of Stay... Driver too was rude & arrogant not knowing any place of tourist attraction or might be intentionally not showing..Everytime we to Google it & show him the way...n having network problem created more trouble... Overall very horrible experience only because of 1 wrong decision of hiring Tempo from Make My tours & Travels... Pathetic service. Lack of transparency on charges and very rude customer service. Especially the proprietor.. Price quoted everywhere is 300 but the actual rate per person is 900. The reason they tell their customers about the additional 600 is that this amount includes entrance fees to the places they'll take you to. But the problem is, the places that they'll take you to are mostly free. The ones that have a charge are totally avoidable like the stupid boat ride to see a few defence ships from afar or that really stupid "11D movie". Please avoid using their service. You can make a list of the places you want to visit and if you want to save money and travel comfortably, you can travel on first class on the local trains and the yellow/black cabs which cover most of the places. The "Darshan" tour service is just pathetic and avoidable..

Horrible experience had booked a mini bus from Mumbai to Neral ,the cost was negotiated n fixed but the owner called on the day of travel stating it’s not affordable.After calling several times he agreed.we left from Mumbai the driver was very rash.To are surprise bus broke down at 6 pm near Mankhurd.Driver or the owner did not bother to check the condition of the bus before leaving.out of 16 travellers 11 were girls ..When we asked the owner to send another bus he disagreed nor was he ready to refund.Left with no option we threatened nd recovered 5k out of 7k paid to the owner.To add to the mess owner sent 2 men to threaten us..We somehow arranged for another bus and left at 7.30 pm...It was the most horrifying experience..Owner is rude,arrogant,inconsiderate..his words apolog meri bus leke Ehsaan nahi kar rahe ho jana hai toh Jao varna baithe raho par muze Das baar call Mat karna...Dishusting man is ill mannered nd does not know the right way to speak with women.

Good service over all trip enjoying hole day guide entertainment way of explaining good delivery of wards good. Suggestions need time management

Pathetic service Left our group of 12 girls in middle of the highway & fighting with ladies for the money Absolutely appauling service show a different vehicle & dupe people & take money in advance & then send a different vehicle never ever hire their vehicles

Will never refer to others for pick up and drop. We need to spend 1000rs extra for transport due to senior citizen. Only 5 spots Not satisfied

Worst service, they assigned us to someone else, the bus picked and dropped smwhere in sion, waited for 2 hrs for next bus, then a third class bus came and picked up us. They showed max places in hurry. The quality of bus was horrible.

First of all don't prefer this travellers,very worst bus they have send ,picked us by almost 1 hour late.at the time of booking they will send you pictures of good buses ,but itz just only images,keep this in mind before booking

As per my idea this is very pathetic tour and travels. I don't suggest to travel via this. I travelled on 04 Jan 2022 and this is very pathetic ghatiya boring tour in my life. They take guide charge and extra charges in advance so that u are bond to them till finish of tour. It's my request not to board on this bus. There is no coordination between agent and bus service.there is no star no moon for this travel

He is not even worth of 1 star ...don't ever book bus from this tours and travels don't opt for any service from them ...you will speak to different people with the same name "Nitin" he will ask you to give advance then he will not even answer calls ...they will call you from different numbers with the same name ...worst service in such city. Waiting for my advance to come back as they didn't provide me with any service.

Worst experience ever.We booked 15 seats they give us 14 and just show 2 points which is the not good..you have to hault at free points but they typed with the third class things.. just waste of money ..just search on google n go for mumbai darshan instead of these stupidity... third class services third class people third class guides.
