I had visited MGM Hospital for my Root Canal treatment, Dr. Shivani supported me with the treatment plan. I must say the hospital was clean and well managed. The thing which I liked about the hospital was the the quality of Doctors appointed, specially Dr. Shivani who was soft spoken, skilled and attentive. We admitted our patient to MGM hospital Belapur in a real unconscious state with literally no chances of survival. Right from the first hour of admittance the doctors and nurses were really efficient in every emergency procedure. However due to being in a critical condition, our patient had to be admitted into the ICU. This is however one of the best hospital's to admit your patient to if you need to admit them into the ICU. From less than 10% chances of survival our patient came out of MGM Belapur with 100% assurance of continuing life... Special thanks to Dr Sagar Sinha, for his day to day interpretations and handling of the situation. Dr Sinha is infact by far one of the best intensivists in India. The entire ICU team is what drives this hospital to making sure that literally every person admitted into the ICU comes out fit and fine. We were also really overwhelmed with the admins, especially Mr Pratik Suryawanshi who had been the main person right throught our stay in this hospital. He addressed every issue with utmost brevity and calmness. He helped us right throughout, even after being discharged, with every little bit of formality needed. The admins are truly the driving force of this hospital. They're exactly why the hospital has earned one of the most reputable names. Rahul the guy who'd bring the patients their food would be able to make every person feel better with just one smile of his... Say MGM Belapur and people think of the old building. But quite franky, it's a lot more than that now. The new building makes this hospital one of the best hospitals in Mumbai. Extremely chaotic and inexperienced staff. Crowded Attender desk in OT where the nurse makes several mistake in jotting down weight, height and BP levels.. My son was asked to be admitted by a GP for absolutely no reason. He probed us a lot about our profession and insurance just like a candidate is screened during an interview. With in minutes, the hospital had already alloted a room without even consulting with us. Just like any other medical institution? MGM also uses it’s Doctors as money making machine by trying to fleece the patients and their caring family, esp if the patient is insured. Remember, Behaviour breeds Behaviour

A great experience with this MGM hospital. I am from Bangladesh. Myself and my wife together went to MGM hospital belapur for health check-up. At first hospital authority send us to doctor for consultation regarding the appropriate health package as per our health problems/requirements. After that we done premium health check up package. During health check-up we experienced every one in this hospital very friendly, cooperative and well organised. Doctors and nurses are well experienced and so caring. Hospital administrative officer Mr Pratik all the time connected with us and as a foreign patient we did not feel any problem at all. Strongly recommend this hospital for treatment/health check-up. We are highly satisfied with the services rendered by Dr. Chatterjee and the hospital team and particularly appreciate the helpful and cooperative attitude of Hospital Director Dr. V.J. Mahadik and Dy Hospital Director, Dr. Saloni Desai, Dy Hospital Director. The hospital is very clean, with excellent infrastructure and medical equipments. All staff including facility staff are very courteous and helpful.

Horrible billing counter. Waited for 30 min with a sprained leg to hear that I have to join 2nd queue for billing as she was busy in other bills. I asked them to guide properly, but guess the suggestion to fall on deaf ears. They completely ignored me. I left, the queue had grown on 2nd line.

Horrible counter service. Absolutely no coordination and no clear understanding. Services were so good here earlier. But somehow the administrators are no longer there to ensure proper service. Doctors here are good. But these non-doctor staff is messing things badly. We used to visit frequently but nowadays we have started searching where else the doctor is available so that we can go there just cos of these non-doctor staff(or stuff) Hope someone will read this and do some improvement. 1) phones stop working and no backup arrangement. 2) counter staff is unaware about availability of doctors. 3) ask you to come at a time but the doctor is not intimated that patients are waiting. Even after reaching they are only asking each other, is doctor knowing that patients are waiting! But the doctor is never called and told that patients are there. 4) once u reach opd they will make you wait for bp check and weight. Will leave you with the bp monitor connected and come after sometime. 5) now that covid is no longer there, nobody wears a mask. But just before entering docs chamber we were told to get masks very casually. For more than hour we were waiting in front of their station and they never realized we were not wearing masks(sic). 6)post visit to doctor they scan the prescription. They took our prescription and went to attend some other patients making us wait for 10 minutes for scanning 1 page. 7) payment counter for opd, while attending to me was talking and giving all sorts of advices to patients and counter staff in adjacent counters.

I had gone for MRI in the MRI department of MGM hospital. The staff is very polite and my MRI was done within 15 mins of reporting. They provided the scan output within 10 mins of finishing the scan. Special thanks to the madam who was stationed in the MRI lab. Thanks and will encourage everyone to go for MRI, if needed in this hospital.

Had a lovely experience as everyone was very kind and cooperative. Dr V.J Mahadik (Director) Pratik and Shushant (Admin Dept), helped us a lot and specially coordinated with the patient family and supported them with their best efforts and made them comfortable and assured a smooth and safe conduct of each and everything from Patients treatment to Giving the family time for collecting donations and then making payments to the hospital. Very very bad experience I had. I will never recommend this hospital to anyone. My husband has detected germ cells mass in chest we've admitted for chemotherapy but the fever was for 4 to 5 days n doctors are unable to find the reason as well as treatment for fever in fact my husband's health is getting more conscious due to the doctors irresponsible behaviour so we decided to shift my husband to another hospital and guess what next day immediately my husband's fever was treated well n it's gone immediately and we started chemotherapy after 2 days of discharged from MGM. we had stayed at MGM for 1 week they charged for it 1 lac Rs and we left from there with fever instead of good treatment. One more thing the reception billing and TPA as well as nursing staff rather all staff of MGM is so arrogant and irresponsible like their doctors. Worst experience we had really. Please don't go anyone in this hospital.

Today only I got discharged, I went here cause of our Dr.Sarang Bajpai.But the experience was too bad ,I took a special room on 7th floor ,so that I may get proper treatment, very inexperienced nurses n staff to tell u ,management should pay attention specially to patients after the operation, very much attitude ,I was left without any medication, it was only when we got angry ,n called our Dr.Sarang ,then Admin Mr.Pratik came ,he saw all this n immediately arranged all,just imagine a patient in severe pain is not attended.i would never ever recommend this hospital to anyone .

He made the procedure so simple ..step by step he explained what he's going to do. He was so Kind and gentle. And he didn't medicate me at all that's the best part of everything.. earlier also I have come to orthopaedist Dr Rahul kadam found him really good. Sisters Prajaktha, archana were outstanding. And all of them are great.. also the way they respond to calls for appointments is superb.

Hello, So I'd like to share my experience in MGM HOSPITAL BELAPUR. I had extreme tooth ache in lower right back region 1 month back. Then I've visisted MGM HOSPITAL. One of dentist advised extraction of tooth due to poor prognosis. Dr. Chinmay Rao sir had done procedure of extraction. Doctor was very nice and polite. My experience here was nice.

We have admitted my mom to MGM CBD belapur hospital, it's our first day here but hospitality is very poor, we got lunch at 5pm that too without chapati when told that staff he took 1.5hrs to get chapati. No milk is given to patient at nigh when told someone said they forgot to keep milk for patient. When dinner received it was in use and dirty plate ,food was there which we had at lunch time. No blanket is given at night, sister helped us to get 1 blanket. It is very sad to get this type of service. My request to please look into this as hospital is charging money to patient but no service, very bad and disrespect to us. Loon into this this will spoil the hospital name. We are at 6 floor room no. 611

Hospital TPA Department Very Casual Department I discharge form Hospital more than 45 Days but still I am struggling for refund security deposit and TPA people have not serious about it. They behave casual response very bad experience.

I miss sanika gunjal hot my root canal treatment done here. The treatment was done very nicely. With minimum pain. Follow up appointments were also taken properly. The doctors were very polite And helpful.

Pre employment medical checkup is done is a very systematic manner. Within 3 hours all tests are done. Nurses and staffs are also very helpful. Highly recommended.

Yesterday, I visited MGM hospital CBD Belapur first time for MRI Scan. fortunately i got the same day appointment of 6pm. When i reached hospital MRI dept, they attended the patient (my mother) immediately, also shared me the reports by 9pm. From giving appointment to handover of reports everything done in time. MRI department madam and attendent(male) was very kind, polite and co-operative. Thanks to both of them. About the hospital, In the entrance you will meet the 1st person who will help you,  next reception will guide you about the further process. Hospital is very clean and well managed. Last month, our family contracted Covid. The virus moved from one member to the next… as it always does. My aged father was hospitalised and admitted to the ICU. My mother was quarantined to her room. Two days after this debacle… much to my shock, I was positive. At a time of such criticality, I was unable to be with either parent. I had met with an accident in a Uber Taxi as a result of the accident my forehead and head was bleeding profusely. When I went to the Emergency Dr Almas first assured me that everything will be fine. She then with her team.of staff did their best to control my head bleeding. As I was on Blood Thinner the Bleeding was too much. Useless hospital as I had admitted my daughter due to normal vomiting and diarrhea have a lot of complaints for example..👇 Complaint, 1 - At the time of admission of the patient, he was treated by someone other than the prescribed doctor. 👎 Complaint, 2 - prolong a minor illness 👎 Complaint, 3 - air conditioning doesn't work 👎 Complaint, 4 - When you go to the washroom, there is no water and when the water comes, the water comes in a very dirty color. 👎 Complaint, 5 - Patient's toilet urine clothes are kept 👎 Complaint, 6 - Hospital food taste very spicy and bad for patient 👎 There are so many complaints that's why the management is in a very bad condition 😡

My father got heart attack in emergency I bought him to CBD Belapur mgm hospital... With dialonis dr came to know that their are blockage in heart we plan for angioplasty with Dr Dhammdeep Humane . All the payment were done everything was clear but Dr Dhammdeep Humane communication is zero no skill for operation always provide wrong information not have good experience he is too young even he is not clear what exactly he want to do with patient

Infrastructure is ok but behaviour of staff at billing counter, Reception & their working style are not good just like a sluggish government Hospital. For discharging they took around 8 hrs .
