My rating is not about clothes collection. Store management isn't good as the women trial room management is worst possible as the customer service agents do not let people to stand near the trail room. If the child is changing herself will she or he be able to decide herself what to buy what to carry inside the trail room if there are more than 7 clothes to try on, without mother's or father's help? We were made to stand near the entrance and were behaving as if we are stealing clothes. Trial room management should be done by women as they are more patient and empathetic.H & M should visit Pantaloons Westside Max Lifestyle Biba Zara trial room management service to understand how agents are understanding and helping people to try on more clothes.

Really disappointed, they are asking customers to straight the clothes after trying, staff is so rude here, I asked to bring other sizes he denied n gave me rude answer also I had more than 7 clothes they threw my bag at some other corner, this is really disappointing. Why staff is carrying attitude like they own the brand🙂

Staff assistance could not be more worse. Collection is awful. We have visited the store to find a suit for our little one, but guess what we couldn't find a single product of it. What's more disappointing is the uninterested staff. It's not even closing hours. It was somewhere around 6-6:30.

No question about the quality of the clothing at H & M but doesn't quite cater to the Indian taste. Not sure if it's the lack of color or the lack lustre designs but H & M doesn't quite inspire the same fun as a Central or the like. Good shop for winter wear or if you have an American taste in clothes. The overall experience is pleasant and the service is good.

The quality of clothes is very good. Variety is wide. However the staff is very very very rude. The trial room lady, the cash counter lady. It is evident that none of them love their job or know their job. The way they treat customers is horrible. They fail to understand that due to customers they have their job. Management should take serious note.

The overall experience of my visit to H&M store in the mall was good. They have nice quality clothing collection both for men and women, and great design. One thing I dislike is I couldn't find much made in India clothing, most of the clothes were made in Bangladesh and also high priced. Nothing wrong with the high price as you get that level of quality as well but me being Indian, I would prefer made in India products as least for clothing. #MAKEININDIA @h&m, my heartly request would be you promote more of a made in India clothing. We would love to pay high prices as well. 😇

The staff needs to be polite and respectful towards the customers, I remember there were two counters I was standing in the second one which was free and the manager or the counter guy shouted at me saying that the line starts from that side. I’m not buying from hnm again.

Went during sale time . A lot of variety but I could not find what I was looking for . There was long queue for trial, they had just 1 trial room for ladies, so I could not even try the stuff left without buying anything.

H&M is one of our favorite brand, Quality is superb and beautiful collection, that we cant get from any other brands. I always enjoy shopping here during sale. My daughter is super happy with her purchase from H&M, and keeps buying dresses from this brand and will definitely recommend to all.

They got a good n trendy collection with them ..consist of vibrant colours...with body possitive sizes...I love how are the fittings...the dresses .tank tops...varsity, cargo, shorts, t-shirts, blazers, two pieces, bags, accessories... everything is damn good ..it is expensive bt some stuffs are worth buying...even there are affordable stuffs available 🙌🏻🙌🏻must visit..once... atleast to tryy it on yourself 😍😍

Finally a US brand with same quality and ambience. All the support staff are welcoming and helpful. Well maintained, organized and lot of variety. Quality of clothing is very nice, comfortable. Different compartments for different brands. Different sections are available for men,women, kids. Trial rooms are available so you can try and get your suitable clothes. All staff members are cooperative. Slightly expensive but clothes quality is very good .

A month ago we had purchased a shirt costing ₹1999 from H&M shop at nexas mall, after the single use it has been torn. Poor quality. Very bad experience.

No doubt people love H&M for their fashionable outfits at affordable price point but the staffs at female section are not welcoming at all. Rude and poor customer service and “I just want to go home”kind of attitude. Will visit this store only if I have no other option.

There is only 1 billing counter open for while men's section. You guy make ppl stand in line becoz of you inefficiency. I just dropped my cloth n left.

I can't get over the H&M collection its so chic need more options in plus size as well, like the bright colour jeans (orange and purple) recently me and my mom bought our all time favourite leopard print tote back for each of us.

Recently I visited the store to exchange my birthday gift since it wasn't my size, but i wasn't having hard copy of the bill and as per the policy, if you wanna exchange the product than it is compulsory to carry hard copy bill with you. The store doesn't have all the items from the new collection. There was a discount sake when I went. Which meant there was a long line for the changing room. Clothes we bought were fine and stylish.

My family and I are using H&M clothes since so long and when we visited here to buy clothes, The staff there is very rude and has a lot of attitude😡 especially womens and Why staff is carrying attitude like they own the brand.I am never visiting this branch again 😒
