Poorly maintained place. Seats are stinking, popcorn from previous guests on seat, untrained staff, mall looks shady and accessibility concerns. Recliners are not working, buttons are broken. Food is overpriced for the location. Not worth going here. Reaching to the top floor is a headache and you cannot rely on dysfunctional lift and escalators.

This place badly needs maintenance. Although the waiting loungs looks good, but some of the seats are broken. Even inside the halls, the cleanliness is bad - it stinks and even the seats have spit stains. The sound and video quality is average. The AC is also not properly functional. The service at the food counters can be a lot faster; BTW they do not accept Google Pay - only cash and cards. I'm not going back there and won't recommend the place either.

One of the worst theatre experience of my life. The theatre was smelling so horribly we had to cover our nose and still to no effort. The seats were damp. The seat number was not properly written. The AC was either too low or too high. We were shivering through the whole second half. Even the screen quality was bad. The picture quality was bad. I will not recommend this theatre unless they improve the quality of cinematic experience of the audience. The only good thing was behaviour of the employees. They were well mannered and helpful.

Not all shops are open. Few are under maintenance. Nicely oriented throughout the mall. Little bit overvalued products are there. All types of varieties are available I’ll suggest you for theatre only. Best experience ever. Separate entrance and exit.

The best thing about this theater is its located just next to railway station and bus depot due to which travelling becomes easier. There multiple screens so there various time slots and its clean and comfortable.

We visited this place Inox Cinemax for watching Rocketry movie.Trust me Place has good ambiance , cleanliness was worth appreciating inside & outside theater . Definately appreciated work & service provided by Staff of Inox & raghuleela mall.I would like to express during intermission we even had in theater facility of having Popcorns & Chocolates .For ambiance I would definitely say it's Fantastic ✨.Tickets rate are also cost effective 💯. Theater have good facility of comfortable seats& cleanliness .If you want to enjoy the quality time with your loved ones watching movies do definately visit Inox Raghuleela mall Vashi .

Visited this Multiplex to watch the movie Matrix [email protected], it's on third floor of Raghuleela Mall. Movie was good, and was all about recollection of past. All New character except Keanu Reeves and his love Trinity. Priyanka Chopra also had a little role, she was astonishing. Both vaccination certificate was checked at the entrance, body scan. Movie is worth watching one time.

The theatre is poorly maintained. It smelled foul, like how moist places smell in monsoon. All seats were stained, some were even broken. I literally wore a mask to get my nose rid of the smell, sanitized my hands to smell them frequently. Used raincoat to place on the chair & sat on top of it. Doesn't deserve even 1 star, but unfortunately to add a review one needs to click at least one star. Food: Looks 10/10. Taste 1/10, that 1 point is for the crispy part of the Samosa. The stuffing was not even worth spending Rs.5. And they charged us around Rs.100 for 2 samosas.

Only a couple of decent stores left. The food court has only one shop serving all kind of food, rest all shops are closed. Overall, one can visit for the theatre or groceries or if you are outside Vashi station and just was to relax a bit in the AC 😄

It was quite empty when we got there. The halls inside are small but they have good seating available and clean washrooms too. I find that inox raghuleela screens movies at reasonable rates hence I go there. I went to see Antman and Quantimania today and got to experience the insignia section too that too for 300 rupees. Totally worth it.

That was a nice theater ata the morning time the ticket price was vary low you can take the lowar seats and sit on uppar seats when no body was thare 😁😂

Air conditioning is good , but still it needs maintenance of its speaker . AUD 6 had issues with its speaker on the left side it was working in between . The seat which we were assigned was broken. So if things are worked out with Little maintenance then it can be a good theater again to watch movies, for now it ruined my experience.

It's time for this iconic Mall to be shutdown. Whenever you enter the mall it gives you a post apocalyptic vibe to it. You might find tickets to watch movies here but i highly do not recommend that you go here

There are so many shops shut down in this mall. But still it's good to come here for a movie and shopping also a salon treat to change your mood. 😜😀

Worst theater maintainance i have seen, stinky smell in almost all audis. Even old single screens smell and feel better than this stinky theater. I just don't understand how government is permitting this under multiplex and how Inox is charging premium amount for such low class experience and ambience. I literally felt to leave the theater due to worst smell in audi from seats and carpets, don't even think of visiting this Inox multiplex. The reviews saying its good and giving 5 star rating are absolutely fake , don't fall for them.

We had gone to see the bond movie. screen 2 to be exact. the theatre was smelly. musty smell. seats non recliner too. not comfy !!

Beautiful mall but there are very less options for shopping. Most of the stores are closed and the ones which are opened are not having good stuff.

Saw Spiderman - No way home (3D) at Screen 3 (Inox) - Raghuleela mall on 31st Dec 2021. The screen was pathetic - blurred, dark and faded. The 3D impact was lost due to the dull screen. A good movie was wasted - Thanks to the poor screen quality of Raghuleela. People must think twice before booking tickets. Total waste of money.

Overall the popularity of this mall has decreased significantly and the atmosphere inside looks like it's about to be closed in a month ! I visited this mall to watch a movie at INOX , the vibes and ambiance of the theatre is just perfect, no crowding, well maintained washroom and the theatre studio experience is awesome as the screen size is enough for viewing any movie at 2D and are having a bright vibrant colours but the seating chairs are not very comfortable for 3hrs movie, sound quality of the room is just set to perfect volume as not too loud nor too low with a clear sounding than the Cinepolis theatre at Seawoods , for ₹250 it's worth watching movies at INOX raghuleela mall than Seawoods which charges ₹350 for middle row seats ! (NOTE- NO TEMPORARY SOUND HEARING LOSS AFTER COMING OUT OF THE THEATRE ROOM IN INOX RAGHULEELA)

This is located in an old mall. The theatre is also quite old but gets the job done and the prices are comparatively reasonable. Food is costly, like most Inox chains. The insignia section does not seem to have a dedicated food section. The screens are old and have not been upgraded for some time, which is why some of the shows are quite economical. This theater regularly has few shows reserved for Anime or Korean shows which I did not find on other screens in Navi mumbai. About the mall, the elevators are generally broken and there are water leaks due to the transparent roof dome. There is paid parking too.

It is near to Vashi railway station. One thing I specifically wanted to mention that escalator are not working which is very inconvenient. Otherwise it's okay.

I have only been to Inox, don't know much about the mall. The multiplex is well maintained, courteous staff, good food (pricey thought). The washrooms are clean and well maintained. There are 6 screens and the insignia section is separate and has a premium feel in the area. Recommend place for a good cinema viewing experience.

This mall used to be really great back in the day but now it's just INOX and brand factory. The mall doesn't have any air conditioning nor any proper ventilation. More than 80% shops have closed permanently. Only decent place to eat is McDonald's.

The theater seats were not comfortable it crambed my butt half of the time. The speakers were not very good in (show no 6). Bathroom was clean and good smell so I give that 2 stars. Other things not so good 😕. I would prefer INOX Palm Beach Galleria is the best place than INOX Reghuleela Mall

If you just check my reviews I rarely give less than 4 stars, but this theater was one of the worst film viewing experience ever. I paid 400 for a ticket, 1. The mall is not at all up to par 2. The theater requires a lot of maintenance work 3. Imagine paying that much, and not getting a recliner chair 4. We had to wait 20 minutes after the appointed start time to get into the theater 5. And even more infuriating the theater played almost 30 minutes plus of ads, because of that the movie ended almost 1 hour late than the expected end time. So, please if you're planning to watch a movie here skip to another one, you won't regret it.

Good theatre for seeing regional pictures. If you go to the odd time show, it is far less crowded and tickets are very cheap.

The place is located in Raghuleela Mall. Parking always available but most of the shops are closed nowadays.

Only Salon and Tattoo shops are there, For sake of security two guards at gate, No games for children's and the ambience not good, seems like regular gully shops, Escalators are not working after one another level, when you uses the steps, above landing hits head to average Indian height man. There is no common toilet facility is been observed and parking is also by CIDCO, most of the shops were closed, there is huge glass works at lobby but below false ceiling works is broken and damaged looks very much shabby.

Decent place to watch movies with family. The halls are clean, comfortable and well maintained. Staff is courteous. Movie-time snacks are expensive but that is the case almost everywhere nowadays! There are a few fun activities for kids. Food court is available. Some good shopping stores are also present. But most of these are subjective, so no further comments! Escalator and elevator access is available for all floors. Parking is available in the basement. During peak hours it could take 15 minutes to park. So, plan accordingly to reach on time! During non-peak hours, you could park and get going in 2-3 minutes! Also, the mall is right next to Vashi station, so it is easily reachable via local train. Also, it is easily accessible via bus, auto-rickshaw, cab, etc.! Enjoy! Take care.

The Insignia experience literally stinks. The seats are reeking with bad odour, and I feel breathless. Seat is cozy but stinking-like-gutter.
