Reliance smart, has been a very successful and well maintained store for all grocery needs. Reasonably priced, wide variety, customer friendly staff and excellent locations are it's plus points.

Worst experience dust is everywhere the employees are not cooperative at all they were not rude but also not helping It looked very rusted and outdated. The prices of good were cheap but I prefer d-mart. It is much better

Great place but vegitables are not freash

This store is located at ground floor corner Satyam heights ghansoli. Though i am a big fan of Reliance but smart point over here is big trouble for shops beside it as it continuously loading/unloading items frm containers on road which is causing big nuisance to shops besides it. After complaining so many times none of the authorities inside shops are able to take responsibilty or provide solutions as they are always pointing fingers to higher autorities which are missing there. Definitely we cant disturb Mukesh bhai for such nuisances getting created here. Can anybody frm higher authority look into this matter urgently please? We definitely need Reliance integrity and dignity to be maintained here. Thanks for your co-operation.

The staff are polite and helpful. We can get medicine as well with a 20 % discount. Recommend to visit.

Cost ok variety less

Located at Good place ,but Service is not good. Payment method is big issue..., They don't accept UPI payment. Cash or Card only.You will find 2 counter over ther, but they operate only one & make customer suffers. I have asked Many time to Store manager , but no action taken at all.

They are Best in Providing Services to Customers. Staff Named Miss Najobe Shaikh is more talented and polite than any other seniors/Junior staffs in store. They are following Covid 19 Safety precautions in store by allowing only 5 customers at stores.
