Staying here since 4yrs but i must say this is the worst society ever. Here tenants don't get respect as owners. For a bike parking also they keep fighting with u. Jealous people r full in this society. U can buy flats here but plz never stay here as tenants. For a simple matter also they need agreement, owner noc again n again. This is pathetic. People don't hv sympathy for a 8month pregnant lady also. Disgusting. Humanity doesn't exist here. Even if u pay for everything u hv to run a lot behind ur owner n these people. This is my personal experience. Brokers are also totally waste. They are available only when they are getting money. Rest of the time they simply don't care.

A very big residency and the people living there are also so nice and the community among the people is so corporate every festival is celebrated so gratefully and with happiness. A nice place to buy a house because people living in the area are also nice and it is also safe.

Very huge residential complex in Sanpada east, near by Palm Beach road having very big compound area for enjoying social programs. Car can be parked easily. Moraj Residency also has huge business area in L shape, having banks, hotel, restuarant, shops of chemists, ayurvedic medicines and herbs, fruits and vegetables, stationary, grocery, farsan Mart, sweets, beauty parlours, tailors, mehendi applicator, Milk and milk products, Domino Pizza, Bhagat Tarachand, Chaya Sagar, Decent Mart, Bharti mobile reparing shop, Apparels and many more.

Moraj residency is a quite good and neat clean.

This place is ok for living on rent. Little bit cheap than main Mumbai.

Chutya society with overpriced flats and no place to park your vehicle. also the people in society are very jhatu. fighting continiously for parking. dontt buy flat here. but the location is good and everything is near to you.

The best society You don't need to travel far for any thing everything is down the society snacks, restaurents, bank, Domino's, stationary, doctor , medical, groceries and even bus stops, auto stand and many more...., And it's even a famous place, and the festivals r celebrated very well and well organised.

It's on the right hand side highway towards Vashi / Sanpada, having a pleasant & good local attribute

Disadvantages of large complex are seen here. Security had poor control over unathorised entry of autorickshaw coming in with full of gaots on Bakri I'd.

Well known society situated off Palm beach road, Sanpada. It houses over 500 families and food outlets on the ground floor are known as typically खाऊ गल्ली!

One of the prime location in Navi Mumbai. Very close to Palm beach road. Market just out of the housing society. Schools, Hospitals all basic amenities nearby.

While the society is good to live in they CHS office of the society charges 2000/- each time you want to move in or move out for a pass for the movers vehicle to come in and out of the society. Additionally the society has a non occupancy charge of 3000+ each year which ideally is to be paid by the owner but is forced upon the tenants in part or full. None of these charges are informed by the brokers beforehand and u only cone to know of these ones you have already rented the place.

Bahut bada society hai, flat area is average, 1BHK, 2BHK, 3 BHK are there along with security guards available. Safe for alone lady to stay and but spacious also between buildings. Easily reachable from Vashi railway station and Sanpada railway station. Vashi Bridge, which connects to Mumbai is also at walkable distance. Many food and grocery shops are available on its boundary. No need to go for any basic needs anywhere outside. Cabs are easily available all the time.

Big residency. Which has cctv and security guards who are well stationed at their place and alwats ask everyone who enters about their where abouts. They have a feature to park outsiders vehicle inside society too.

It's centre of Navi Mumbai and living here means going to any place in Mumbai is very convenient.
