This lake is situated right next to DPS school Nerul. At the Palm Beach Road. This lake does not seem to be a very deep one as this normally dries up during summer however during monsoon, is flooded with water. During Winters, one can see a huge variety of migratory birds in this lake....from crane, seagulls, flamingo, eagles, and many more. The view is awesome during monsoons and Winters. One can sit by the side of Lake for sometime and get his me time in such quiet and sarin environment. If nature lover, visit. You may find ornithologist clicking pics or couples clicking pics selfies there .... Mind you, this is not a tourist spot or a picnic spot. It is just a view point.

If you are bird lover then you must visit here. Its a small lake flooded with Flamingos. You can see them flying in a rythem. Too good. You should carry with you DSLR or Doorbean. Unfortunately respective Municipality and local administration not tapping the opportunity. This place could be made good tourist attraction.

Best known for spotting flamingos. Weekends are full of people trying to get glimpse of the pink flamingos. As the lake drys up in summer people try to get close to flamingos and end up getting their legs stuck in the mud and ending up loosing their footwears. Please dont try to get too close to flamingos which causes panic and then they fly off.
