Excellent. Very very good and luxurious flat system it is. I was fascinated by the services provided here. The view is what impressed me a lot here. Even in this city of Mumbai, how come so fresh air and natural scenes be in the view of our eye. The nearby surrounding is very pleasing and gives a natural relaxation to the stresses eyes. Looking at the landscape, I would love to visit here again.

Very posh society. Those want their kids in DPS must stay here. Ample of place for walking and playing. All nationality of people stay here. Beautiful ambience, club house, Garden, greenery everywhere. Highly secured society. Security is very tight. Without pass you can not enter the society. There is a bird watching point where you will find cranes, flamingo and many more birds.

Seawoods is a planned and posh locality of Navi Mumbai, with Nerul on North, Panvel Creek in South, CBD Belapur in East and Thane Creek in West. Some of the key areas in the neighbourhood includeNaik wadi, Sector 50, Nerul, and Belapur Village

Beautiful residential place to live with wide roads and lots of greenery around it. Its also very safe for the people who resides here. Children can play here as there are many playgrounds.

Beautiful lakes behind the seawoods states, though lakes are dirty but when the flamingos comes this place becomes heaven. I like it at monsoon season because there is less crowd and greenry all around. Enjoy ☺️

Overall a good place to live in. Well Maintained and it is clean. Security is also good but sometimes annoying because they keep asking for ID’s often whenever u go out/ get inside the gates.. the flats are well furnished. Almost all shops are available outside the gate. The swimming pool and club house are also well maintained. You can also see flamingo point, which is around 1 km from this place.

Good, calm, clean and well maintained area. Self sufficient in all aspects. Have all the basic need at hands away, including that of doctors and medicals. With club house, swimming poo, badminton etc etc facilities. Best part is they are well maintained and are being used.

The location is very peaceful but, the entrance to the buildings.is a bit strange as it is next to the basement parking. The other thing is, it is in the peripheral part of Hiranandani Estate and so there aren't too many stores and eateries. The buildings and flats in themselves are really really nice and well maintained.

A beautiful place to choose to live. General amenities and facilities are commendable. Secure area and comfortable stay, The community is quite good and enjoyable.

Great place to live in Navi Mumbai except that it has a highly hostile group controlling the maintenance of the complex leading to degeneration of the maintenance of the complex over the years.

Awesome place if you stay there but if you have to travel by public transport then big no. Have all the facilities and you can enjoy a good lifestyle in the middle of greeneries.

Well organised, very spacious with loads of open spaces and greenery, the society has an old world charm to it. The apartments are spacious and well laid out with excellent ventilation. There are large parks and playgrounds for kids and adults to enjoy. The club house is excellent with sports facilities like swimming pool, tennis, badminton, basketball and volleyball. They also have a good gym. They are strict about following the rules but that means the management is alert

A good place to see Flamingos

Very Serene and quite place. Inspite of being located in Mumbai. You will feel the sound of peace and tranquility here. Is a couple of blocks there was building renovation going on. The landscape is well maintained. And as most of the flats here are overlooking Sea creek waters. Its literally as if your windows are like a photo frame with live photos.. Beautiful exoerience
