Visited to do some shopping. Hardly have any proper selection of items. Wanted to buy a laptop bag and jeans shorts. The selection is not at all up to the mark. Shoes even horrible choices. This is the last time I will ever go to that place.

It's a good place for shopping having various varieties

Limited selection despite so much space. Expensive stuff, and when you try to use promotional points and birthday month offers, staff and the billing software will do their best to not apply it. They will also mislead you by telling you ,you have to spend more than 5000 to avail an offer,when the promotion message from the company says spend above 4000. Then you say, atleast show billing process, they'll say, sorry customer facing screen not working. Then when you physically go behind their counter to see the software, you see 1 item isn't covered by any discount offer, and others are getting covered by different offers. I had to break up the purchase into 2 bills to get all items discounted by their promotional schemes. Finally, the company had given Rs300 worth points for birthday month promotion. I asked, can these be applied? They said, we'll only know during billing! Now what do you call the process where you have scanned all the items and are telling the customer how much the amount is?! Plenty of staff available, not many have any idea of the promotional schemes of the company. They're priority is to sell the section of clothes allocated to them. Lack of transparency at billing. I have seen worse at Pantaloons and others,but it's not good that I had to be forceful to get all the promotional schemes applied properly..

I had a wonderful time around here. Moderate pricing and the shop owners will help you in the best possible way.

Visited recently at terrible experience.. clothes are so costly we can find good online shopping experience in Myntra with budget friendly great style and oh my good the staff over there are so irritating u are calmly seeing one cloth and 5 staff gather you front and back as if I am steeling from them so damn irritating.please u staff stand their quietly don't follows us pls.

After wasting 30 min on selecting product while making payment on counter I came to know discount is valid only for member nd asking for extra payment of membership. Nd after leaving they suggest u come tomorrow u will get discount..no proper coordination.

The First experience that i got from shoppers stop was horrible, my time energy fuel got wasted. I bought 2 lipstick from here I when I went home one box was empty, I need to again come back and take it from here. They didn't even call me that mam you haven't taken your product , as the staff there was aware that there was no lipstick on one box. They were also not sorry for this. I also bought the membership but now I feel it was a waste of my money.the counter boy said that the membership is for life time but when I went on app and saw it was only valid for one year.

Gents readymade garments are good and varieties according to size is available. Also ladies readymade garments are also available.

Very bad service. There was sale in Jan'24 & I took a Zink london dress after lots trials. that dress was under 999/_rs sale tag. when I went to cash counter he refused to give it at sale price saying computer is showing only 30% discount. The one who was at that brand section he also was telling the same price as me. but they were charging me approx.2500/rs instead. I left the dress there only.While on the way home I brought the same dress from that brand website with 900/_rs only. one more lady was a black member & she kept complainign bcz of too much waiting time.

Worst store since i bought watch from there. it is already in warranty but not getting any warranty services which was mentioned at a time of buying giving false commitments to customers...

Seawoods Mall is one of my favorite in Navi Mumbai. Place has some great outlets and ambiance is equally amazing.

Horrbile horrbile experience with a pair of jeans from Fratini. The button of the pant came off after 1 wash and the zip was of very cheap quality. Looks like roadwise quality. Despite this they refused to even merely replace the button and zip! And i am regular customer with a platinum card. We hope that no customer has to face such a bad shopping experience ever with any seller.

Beware of staff. They get the payment of the stuff purchased by you though UPI in their personal account and then redeem their personal vouchers against your payment received for selling goods to you. Moreover, the billing staff is also involved in this. We 2 friend purchased two wrist watches and both the staff did the same.

Good Ambience, Courteous staff at some brands. crowded trial rooms on weekends. At Seawoods Grand Central Mall parking is easy but paid parking

Big store with large collection and good deals and discounts

I just visited and at the billing counter I was waiting fir 10 min.only one counter was open..and suddenly second open and he took one onther Coustmer for billing...so what I was doing for...I left from there without any purchase and staff like no response at all very rude behavior....

Some collection here is better than brands having their own showroom. Shopper stop chooses selected/filtered products while brand showroom have all of it.

Service is too average here .... Offers are good on memberships..... The lady who is gift wrapping is arrogant and she don't even know how to pack gift. My parents also asked me to change the gift wrapping paper and they said they can pack better than this

One of the nices entrances of any shoppers stop outlets. Great variety as usual from the brand.

Worst administration of the shop in seawoods grand central. The prices are not updated in the server. Most of the billing systems are not functional during the rush time. People are stranded in lines for billing for more than 30mins. Administrative staff are all dumb people who dont even know how their own systems operate. There are a lot of confusions related to settlement process of the bills. Staff is not well trained and not fast in billing process. This was my last visit to the shop. I will ensure that i will not recommend to or buy myself anything from shopper stop in future.

The service was really average only and the wrapping was the worst. Products are good but don't expect good behaviour from the service people

Off lately I have observed that the prices of shopper stop is on higher side when compared with other similar multi branded clothing hubs like, pantaloons, lifestyle ,R.Trends etc... Also it's not the same as it was a few years back.

Not much options, found good clothes for my 5 year boy, however wife was upset as she couldn't get anything. Shopper Stop Inorbit Vashi has good options.
