Worst place to buy your gold, if your product has manufacturing damage they won’t help or accept return. Manger of this store is the worst don’t know how to deal with unhappy customer. I will never recommend TBZ to my family and friends. Make sure to check thoroughly before purchasing anything as if you take it out of the store it will be a hassle for you.

The worse experience at TBZ navi mumbai staff were not attentive and instead of salesperson some one else attended us and he is not satisfactory and was showing least interest to show product as we have already informed them that we are your TBZ customers of thane. Thane TBZ is excellent in terms of showroom design and hospitality by experts sales who guide the product and design.

worst experience.I sold my gold which i was bought from TBZ vashi. They told me they will do payment by RTGS within 4 days.but after 6 days still i didn't received my payment. Whenever I am calling them they are telling today evening or tomorrow morning from last 3 days same statement. Now i am frustrate and mentally disturb. I will never suggest to my family and friends.

Visited this outlet for the first time, the staff was, courteous. The sales person attending my mom and me, Mr Pisat was knowledgeable about the product and was giving good recommendations. The outlet was not overcrowded and was well maintained. There was ample variety of diamond earrings and other jewelry items.

It was awsum approach towards customer , and our experience is good . So we have decided to buy diamond ring. We love to be part of this organisation.
