All things r good... but for the equipments personally I feel chest press, shoulder press etc. Machines ain't symmetric to each other this cause imbalance in muscles.... also leads increase in injury chances... so for that I give 1star

Well equipped with latest machine and other fitness activities but everything goes in wain as very poor and pathetic management. Not have any permanent Trainer here hence new trainer join and old resign every one or two month. Those trainer who join insist only on Personal training and they don’t care if you are doing anything wrong as if not taken personal training. Gym opens only once cleaner opens door who sleep inside gym overnight. If he wants to take rest any day that means you all have rest day. Nobody cares if you are returning from gym without workout.
