We stayed as a family of 5 in the hotel in 2 differet rooms. Very clean and well maintained budget business hotel. Food is good. service is decent. value for money.

Worst behavior, staff is so rude and only wants to prove themselves that they are right in every conversation. Not a very good food however it is not so bad but still this is not as per the expectation. My decision was wrong here to stay due to this non-availability to other better hotel currently. But worst service, worst conversation and even I got threaten also. After a year i stayed here but my decision was wrong.

The rooms are spacious and hygienic. The amenities are also great if provided on time. The room service is very slow. I have visited the property twice. The food is also very average. They forget to serve welcome drinks. Also, during some issues, the manager vivek solanki does not pick up the call in time. If they improve these things, it could be a great property to stay.

I was not at the hotel except to sleep as we were out all day . My opinion is that it’s a very dark and gloomy atmosphere in this hotel. It’s almost depressing . The breakfast area is dark. Everything about this hotel is dark ! I think this theme that they set out to achieve has a definite negative impact on guests walking in.

Warning: I lost my documents from the room, I had left when I was stepping out for the day! The only thing good is location, the linen had stains and washroom was average. Hygiene would be 2.5 out of 5. But missing documents from the hotel room is never expected. The behaviour was we will discuss and come back , which they never did. Suggest you don't stay.

The most unclean and non maintained hotel I have ever visited. There were dust at many places in the room and there was a smell in the washroom. There were no mineral water bottle available in the room. You need to call the front dest multiple time to request for a single thing. Worst to worst experience

We made a booking for three of our family members through Expedia three months in advance to watch the India vs Pakistan cricket match. However, the hotel cancelled the booking just one day prior to the check-in. We made the booking in this hotel truly based on google reviews, but the hotel disappointed us in the last minute. The cost was already very high when we booked the hotel, even then they cancelled our booking because of demand due to the cricket match we think so that they can make more money. This hotel management is not honest in doing business, so we will not think about this hotel again and it will be a warning for others who would want to book in future.

A 4 star property located a stone throw away from Ahmedabad college. This gives you an opportunity to sample street food post 10pm open as late at 1am on University Street. Besides the hotel are coffee shops- Starbucks, Di Bella etc..that operate till 11pm, even later for conversations and catch ups! The rooms are spacious with a wardrobe, safe,a queen size bed, television and a work desk. The washroom's glass partitions for wet and dry areas is a touch of class. Hotel staff are courteous and helpful with packing breakfast as we departed at 6:30am. The dinner buffet is a wide spread and is 600 pp. Most dishes are on the spicer side, international travellers please note.

This is small hotel not having swimming pool or business centre, though very small fitness centre is there. Rooms are clean requiring maintenance. Conference hall is availabl for small gathering. Food is tasty and ambience is nice. Limited open parking available. Wifi speed is good.

Worst experience. The gaurd & the facility misbehaved with us . Even the manager - ROMIL PATNI sided with him because gaurd belonged to the local community there . Mangers expression were as if we took the wrong ' panga ' . Gaurd & manager both are a bunch of goons. The other staff just told us to keep quiet & not do anything. The hotel owner must be a local don too if he is hiring Gundas as staff . We checked out of the hotel immediately. We also saw another family complaining repeatedly about room issue and the staff doing nothing about it . The Hotel & rooms just looks good on the outside . But it is not very safe to stay there . Was there for a night on business tour. Pathetic is the word. The entire hotel literally smells of dampness. Rooms have unbearable smell of cigarette smoke. Linen was stained. The entrance is dark and shady (with green lights in the night!) - doesn't give the vibes of entering a decent place. Lobby is small and congested. The only good thing was the free drop in the Mini S Cooper (within 5 km).

Services was good, prices were reasonable and theme was attractive. Good place to stay. -more food options should be available in breakfast and Buffett. -Room service were little late

Probably the only pet friendly hotel. They charge Rs 1000 per pet per night. Amenities are good. Parking is less, but the staff usually helps. Located in a posh area of Ahmedabad means, roadside eating options are limited. They have a very good restaurant providing delicious food, though on the costlier side in price. Though a Gujarati tali will cost you about Rs 314 with a sumptuous meal. The corridors are claustrophobic because of congestion but very neat and clean. The family room is a bit congested, if you are actually planning to have 4 adults in a room.

Good location, s quiet and peaceful areas, all international brand shops are nearby, lots of food shop are nearby (only veg). Clean and well ambient hotel. Hotel restaurant is also good.

Stayed here for 3 days with my family, and the stay was great! The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. The hotel had a cute workstation and cafe in the lobby, which was great as well. The location was great too as it was close to the airport. We ordered room service and the food was delicious too. The hotel offered buffet breakfast and it was amazing (pic attached), the food was fresh and filling, they had fruits, cereal, juices, desserts etc. However, we had a small issue because our shower was leaking. Other than, it was an amazing stay overall, I recommend it!

great location that felt central to where i wanted to get. lots of places to eat and shop in walking distance from the hotel. the room had every basic thing you could need. the bathroom was clean too. the staff was super helpful and prompt with any requests i had. Disliked · it's a bit loud when people are milling about in the halls but otherwise the other guests were quiet during the night. there was an off smell on the floor i was on, but it was easily dispelled with some incense or room spray.

Enjoyed everything about this place except for the fact that when they had too many guests (due to Vibrant Gujarat)on two consecutive days my room was cleaned after I came in the evening (I was out from 8.30 am to 6.30pm). This was really irritating. Also noticed that during that period of two days when international guests were present, the breakfast buffet had sausages and chicken. Having said that I must say, the staff are friendly, rooms clean, room service and food good , pet friendly and location good.

Visited for dinner buffet. I don't have words to describe the most horrific dining experience ever. Worst food I have ever ate. Tasteless, cold. Roti & naan were literally stretchable like rubber band, wished I had scissors to cut them. No service at all. No one to serve even water. Horrible.

I have checked in today at 5 pm , was given a warm welcome by Hotel Reception, Room service was excellent, very cooperative staff, above all the food quality and quantity is awesome, I will suggest everyone to visit atleast once when you come to Ahmedabad. The hotel cannot be classified as a 4 star hotel. It should be given a 3 star. We stayed in the family room. It was very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. This was the only hotel in Ahmedabad where I could find a room with 2 queen beds. The location of the hotel was very good. It was near the local shops and restaurants. The room size was good but the furniture needs an upgrade. The Kettle in the room was broken, the bedsheets were torn at some places. The wardrobe did not close properly. The leather sofa was stained and torn. The coffe cups were cracked from the edges. The air conditioner in the room was very good and the cooling was perfect. The bathroom fittings were very good. Just the napkins and towels need an upgrade as they were very old and torn from the edges. The breakfast in the hotel was very good as they had good selection of Indian and western foods. Overall we had a good experience and my opinion is that only the room furniture and fittings needs an upgrade and it should be classified as a 3 star hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel for comfortable stay! The rooms are nicely air conditioned with good free WiFi. The room service is also good. The food at Artisan is delicious and hygienic. Even the staff at Artisan is very friendly. The hotel is located in city center so you have access to a large collection of shops and eateries. Regenta is perfect for short stays.

Extremely good service. Good price for the room with facilities. Customer service is also very on point. Food can be called at various times. Spacious rooms depending on which room is booked. Extra one person can also be taken in for emergency with an additional cost. Safety is there with identification taken on booking.

I had booked this hotel from Goibibo for 18th Nov and paid full money but when asked the hotel about reservation they said we are cancelling your booking because rate we are getting is less. I never thought brand like regenta would ever do this and when I asked the difference amount which I can pay they told 10X amount because of match. Pathetic

Booked a room for 3 days, on 3rd day hotel asked me to check out as they took my booking even they were sold out and didn’t even inform me about the same. I would suggest not to book this hotel as they give you confirmation even without rooms being available

Overall, the hotel's service and rooms are good. However, I recommend checking the mini-bar items for quantity accuracy before check-in, as you might be required to pay for unused items during checkout. Additionally, I advise against choosing Room 210 due to the absence of a hair dryer, poor wardrobe condition, and some missing amenities compared to other rooms.

Very clean and plush hotel with good interior and mattress. We booked this last moment as we were reading AMD in advance. Loved the stay, food and overall experience. We ordered which was delivered at room and taste was good. Service was excellent and valley service was very good too. If I have to be knitpicky, areas of improvement - carpet in hallway isn't the best and clearing of used room service isn't quick. Hotel doesn't have large enough dedicated parking area.

This is my second visit to Regenta Central Antrim. One of the finest and pocket friendly hotel. Rooms are spacious equipped with some good amenities. Their interior like walls are designed with some good wallpapers which make it more attractive. Washroom and linen are very much clean and it can be easily noticed that they take care of hygiene very well. Situated on the main road and easily accessible through airport by cab (20-25 min). Food quality is also fine and you have option to order online too. There are some nearby restaurant nearby within 500 meter. Their dinning restaurant is not so big. Front desk people are also helpful. Only thing which could bother you sometimes is crowd. There are some offices on some floor of this hotel which can be easily noticeable on the lobby. Must try hotel , you won’t regret.

Their rooms may not be very large, but the space inside the rooms are very well optimized. The room service is one of the best I have experienced. The rooms have a great city view. The washrooms have a very good heating system and the floor dries on their own. Their food also is very good. Overall, its a pleasant experience and they try their best to serve you. Nice hotel and well located. Just off CG road so you are away from the trafic and noise of busy street, while in 1 minute walk you are on main shopping street. Lot of good restaurants around the hotel. Very near to university, good access to transportation. My guest have stayed here

We had a wonderful experience at Regenta Ahmedabad. Generally it is our first choice at the cities where we travel. Good things- Courteous staff, good service, cleanliness, rooms were good, view wasn't, location was good, food was excellent and worth every penny. Few things which need improvement- washroom was small, toiletries could be better, bathroom slippers and towels required, we just got one for family of three. Shower placement is very high, a kid would face difficulty taking bath on his /her own. But still, I feel the service was excellent and my family would prefer to stay again there

It doesn't look like a 4 star hotel. We could see cockroaches in the washroom and even in the bed. The bedspread and blanket everything was torn. Rooms were not clean. Small bathrooms. Food was worst. No variety at all. Just for the sake of giving breakfast they did something. Housekeeping staff was always available on call. Staff were helpfull. Dont recommend this hotel

Very Good Hotel for stay with supportive staff. Food quality was very good and affordable at the same time. Moreover they will allow outside food also.. So you can order it from Swiggy, Zomato or some other food delivery options. Ambience appreciable. Small but effective library. Cafe and two restaurants. If you are going by car, then please check upon parking. As I believe there is parking concern with the property.

Rooms were big but not much you can set one more bed in one room, there is no space for another that makes 3 beds,their service was good, in ahemdabad there was heat so they got good A.C, though it was good for staying

It is alright for a short stay if you plan on not being inside the hotel for most times. The hotel is very average, you can find much better hotels at a similar slightly higher price point. The rooms are clean but otherwise average, the wi-fi was very slow and almost never working, food is not bad, housekeeping failed to clean my room even after calling them thrice. The location is alright, nothing too great. The view from my room was of a plain wall which would block sunlight. There isn’t much parking space either. The walls are thin so it can get noisy if there are noisy neighbors around (which I experienced). Overall, I would not call this a “4 star hotel” by any means. 3 star if being generous.
