I recently stayed at a place and had a wonderful experience. The hospitality was great and the service was consistently on time. Stayed here for a business trip and the room was well furnished but seemed to lack basic maintenance and upkeep (paint peeling off the walls due to water seepage from shower area etc.). The Air-conditioning was working well but the cable tv system was non functional in the room. The toilet left a lot to be desired. There were black fungus marks on the shower ceiling and the toilet seat was discoloured (shows lack of proper cleaning and maintenance after regular use). There were signs of disrepair in the corridors (like AC condensate dripping from plasterboard at various locations) as well. Customer service was acceptable and it is an acceptable value for money given the location.

Poor Arrangements By Hotel even after spending 800rs per plate. Cleaning System not available for small dust & Small Garbage. They Use broom for Cleaning this where they should have Vaccum cleaner. They're located at Ahmedabad's prime area CG Road and they don't understand Service Standards. Though they have Good Food taste. One Should confirm before Booking the hall.

Decent hotel in the centre of the city with good access to most locations. The hotel rooms have worn out due to use and needs to be maintained better. Upgradation is needed. But livable.

The hotel interior needs renovation. It's outdated. Buffet breakfast is ok with limited options and average quality. There are hidden charges for in room dining. The room menu is different and the menu they refer for billing is different. The overall package they offer against their tariff is a big mismatch. Their service is of a 1 star hotel. They will not respond early in the morning for any room service or emergency.

I wish I could give this hotel a zero star, I have stayed in plenty of hotels to know this one was probably one of the worst. The management team are rude, unfriendly. The service staff I.e that clean the hotel were lovely. Breakfast mediocre.I will not be staying there again.

Worst experience. Light went of in middle of night at 3 AM, no help. I had to be angry and then they just shifted me to a twin bed room, saying "jo he yehi he". Very rudely by the attendant. I adjusted for the night, my sleep was completely spoiled. Now in the morning still not fixed and saying i need to adjust as no other double bed room. When checked in, i was allotted a twin bed room saying the whole hotel has only twin bed and no double bed. The room was very awkward, all paint smell. I requested to change the room and then when i changed i found a double bed room. Which made me think these guys have lied to me saying whole hotel has only twin beds. I have paid money for good stay and not just to adjust, else would have stayed in cheaper hotels. Neither wi-fi works nor ACs. And especially if a husband wife comes then this hotel is not at for them.

My neighbors Marriage was organised here, it was one day function, in morning they organised pooja and in evening it was marriage. First the hall where it was organised was packed. So the pooja smoke was inside only there was not space to go out for smoke. So it was suffocating and everyone's eye was burning as well. So they should have some ventilation thing. The food was good, it was buffet lunch and dinner. But the issue was that they already made the rotis and kept there on the steamers but it was not warm and as it was of maida it was so chewy but other then that all was good and delicious. In evening they were service some started which was cold. Then brochette was also cold that was not good. And same issue with rotis again. And they even forget to bring jain starter and it came after 20 mins of dinner start . There was two desserts and they forgot to bring one if them also. Food was tasty and delicious but management was not that well.

Nice party hall for Birthday , Engagement, Reception, Naming Ceremony, Sangeet function.Hotel team is excellent. All the facilities are available.We ordered veg & non veg food . Its amazing place to be there, nice view and clean with all the amenities ifront of chimanlal girdhar lal road. Overall good experience and definitely will come back againVery few car we can park. Good hotel to stay for business travel since it is in central part of Ahmedabad. Room service can be improved and so does breakfast options.

This is on CG road, which is in the heart of the city. The rooms are quite spacious, neat and clean. They have two property which are adjustment to each other.The breakfast is served at restaurant and had a decent spread . The quality and taste was fine . Front office team was excellent.Overall experience was good and would surely recommend this property to Business travellers. I'm having wonderful experience here.. it's highly safe, The staff is very polite, The Locality is good, The Food is Amazing, Overall great experience will come again for sure👌👍

The breakfast was very delicious and buffet had several options. Loved the tasty and mouth watering dishes! Room was well facilited as well as had a great view and the staff was very helpful and generous. However, Cleaning was a bit disappointing but rest everything was great!! We truly enjoyed our stay

It's one of pioneer hotel, banquet at popular CG road. In center of city, sorrounded by commercial, residential, market & food snack outlet. Spacious, cosy, peaceful environment.

The banquet hall is very small and narrow. Also from a design point of view it's quite clumsy because it's in a L shape with one long side and other side used for food. The food is average

Hotel is ok. Rooms are ok. But they dont have basic things like scissors. They give excuses like they have only 1 scissors in hotel . That too guest took away.. this is crazy. Such replies customers get from Receiption.. ... they dont even have basic stool for elders to have bath.. they give excuses that they have only 1.. in such a big hotel.. they dont have basic things in quantity.. didn't expect this from The President Boutique hotel. Some rooms door bell is not working.. some lamp switch are damaged.. these things hotel do know.. but they dont even try to solve it. Very disappointed.

The best part is the location. The ambience amenities and rooms are decent and prize justified. The food prices are on the higher side though. The location is great and you can find plenty of delicious eateries right when you step out of hotel. I would recommend the hotel for business and leisure travelling.

I visited this place to visit the programme organised by Gujarat Coin Society. The venue was divided in 2 halls. One hall was Centrally A.C. while the other hall was not. The A.C. was not working result into suffocation. Further , there was water seepage in the hall. No parking arrangements for the visitors due to space shortages.

Famous Chur chur naan of Delhi is now in ahemedabad.you can have this dish for 100/- only they serves Chur chur naan with paneer dal makhni and salad.amazing taste.

PLEASE don’t stay here. Worst service the staff entered the room at 1 am without permission through masterkey and it was too scary. They charged extra for unnecessary things.

The staffs there misbehaved with me .They are so rude.even the way they served the food was so bad.after eating at around 10 and paying the complete amount they were talking so rude to us and complaining that we did not allow them to sleep. Please don't go to this place
