This
review
is
based
on
my
first
and
recent
visit
to
this
hospital.
I
had
an
appointment
with
Dr
Devanand
for
1
pm
,
for
which
I
reached
at
the
hospital
at
12.55.
After
paying
for
consultation
fee,
I
was
asked
to
go
to
the
OPD
department.
There
they
couldn't
find
my
appointment
for
some
reason.
I
asked
the
receptionist
about
how
long
will
it
take
for
my
turn,
her
reply
was
Dr
Devanand
is
not
yet
here
so
it
will
be
approx
1
hour.
So
I
left
the
hospital
to
have
lunch
and
returned
at
1.45
pm.
Again
went
the
receptionist
and
asked
about
the
drs
status
,
to
which
she
replied
he
is
in
a
surgery
so
it
will
take
about
an
hour.
After
that
all
I
did
was
wait
for
the
doctor
to
arrive.
Finally
after
waiting
for
another
hour
and
half,
exactly
at
3.45
pm
I
went
to
the
receptionist
to
get
an
update
on
the
doctor,
to
which
she
replied
it
will
be
another
hour
or
two
as
he
is
in
a
surgery.
That's
a
lot
of
waiting/sitting
for
someone
who
is
at
your
hospital
for
spine
issue.
Having
no
firm
or
proper
timings
on
drs
arrival
I
went
to
the
receptionist
and
cancelled
my
appointment
and
left.
There
is
no
question
on
the
knowledge
and
ability
of
the
doctors
at
this
hospital.
My
question
is
to
the
management.
Do
you
think
this
fair
to
the
patient
who
is
traveling
from
different
city
to
get
consulted
and
having
to
wait
3
hours
with
no
perfect
time
of
drs
arrival??
I
hope
this
can
be
sorted
so
elderly
patients
who
can
barely
move
don't
have
to
go
through
the
hassle.
