Good hospital Bharat dave is good doctor

This review is based on my first and recent visit to this hospital. I had an appointment with Dr Devanand for 1 pm , for which I reached at the hospital at 12.55. After paying for consultation fee, I was asked to go to the OPD department. There they couldn't find my appointment for some reason. I asked the receptionist about how long will it take for my turn, her reply was Dr Devanand is not yet here so it will be approx 1 hour. So I left the hospital to have lunch and returned at 1.45 pm. Again went the receptionist and asked about the drs status , to which she replied he is in a surgery so it will take about an hour. After that all I did was wait for the doctor to arrive. Finally after waiting for another hour and half, exactly at 3.45 pm I went to the receptionist to get an update on the doctor, to which she replied it will be another hour or two as he is in a surgery. That's a lot of waiting/sitting for someone who is at your hospital for spine issue. Having no firm or proper timings on drs arrival I went to the receptionist and cancelled my appointment and left. There is no question on the knowledge and ability of the doctors at this hospital. My question is to the management. Do you think this fair to the patient who is traveling from different city to get consulted and having to wait 3 hours with no perfect time of drs arrival?? I hope this can be sorted so elderly patients who can barely move don't have to go through the hassle.

Staff and reception desk people are not proper explanation and also take to much time for consultation around 3-4 Hours in waiting area. Need to change system of visit area or give proper time to patients so, they can't wait for many hours.

One of the worst hospital ever. There doctors are one of the worst responders. Their task completes upon surgery and they don't take any responsibility of the surgery as well as post care surgery. Their staffs are same as their doctors who don't care about their patients. They are all money minded and have no sympathy towards their patients. They won't entertain you once surgery is done. For appointment you will have to wait for 2-3 months and when you will get their doctors will give the worst response. I deeply request everyone to not get treatment from this hospital. If you want then be ready to face life time troubles.

I have recently visited Stavya hospital. Dr Was Ajay Krishnan. I had booked an appointment week before. 2000 is fees. Treatment: All details taken by an assistant and then again waiting for 10 min in Dr cabine. finally, Dr came and without asking me he just read what his assistant wrote. The worst experience was he don't even spend 5 min with me and even though I said I have not much pain he wrote 3 pain killers and one injection. Not satisfied at all. Never visit again.

Worst experience ever with a doctor. FELT LIKE HAVING CONVERSATION WITH AN ILLITERATE DUMB OUT FOR LOOTING MONEY! yes , let me explain.i had an appointment at sterling hospital for my parent. He was in USA while severe pain of sciatica aroused. He made an emergency medical travel. This doctor told us to do MRI and meet him at STAVYA HOSPITAL next early morning. We did the MRI out side UNKNOWINGLY that he has that facility at his hospital. We reached at informed time ,he realised that we did MRI from outside and he got mad . He said he wanted to do contrast MRI, i double checked it was not written on MRI prescription. Then also we agreed to do another at his place , but he denied everything. I got shocked how a medical professional can be so unrealistic and unreasonable for just merely 5000 rs . This kind of people are so much after money that they forget their patient first oath. Finally i didn't see him again and got operated at another place. The patient is fine now. HUMAN VALUES AND HUMANITY should be must in a doctor. Education teach us that too. After all patients are the one who gives you money to have your own facilities running. Give them respect. Feel free to connect if anyone have doubts.

Treatment is very good. Surgery and post-op care is very good. Doctors make frequent visits for check up. Even the main surgeon Dr Dave makes the time to visit daily. We stayed at the hospital for 3 weeks and had a very comfortable stay. Place is hygienic, staff is friendly and doctors are very encouraging. Food is excellent. Simple yet very tasty. Only complaint is OPD staff. Very arrogant. They will ask you to report in the morning but your meeting with doctor will happen only by late afternoon. They prescribe you tests but do not let you to take back reports home. Would request a little empathy towards patients as they are all scared, vulnerable and in pain.

My doctor has taken away all my pain. Thanks a lot Dr. Bharat Dave.....Thanks is a small word for the team of Doctors who attended me and actually cured me. As I write about my doctor I am prompted to share my experience about the hospital. Since entering the hospital I haven't experienced pain only because of the staff members, ward boys, nurses and all the support staff. Never ever felt I m in hospital. It's hospitality beyond hospital.....Not to forget the quality of food and overall general administration of Stavya is absolutely flawless

My son Aditya Goel , 25 years old was admitted for removal of a tumour in the spine . It was a very critical surgery, but we were told about every detail regarding this in advance by Dr Bharat Dave himself. Operation was performed on 2nd August. Doctors kept us well informed even during surgery was going on. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and had a pleasant smile always especially Mahesh, Manoj , Geetu and Praveen. As for Dr Bharat Dave, he is GREAT. It is difficult to find such a doctor in today's world. He comes to hospital by 6:30 am and almost leaves by 10 pm everyday. Even on Sunday any of the senior doctor pays a visit without fail. We witnessed the Independence day celebration in the hospital. No, it wasn't an ordinary celebration. It was raining, and still all the doctors and the staff stood and sang the national anthem. They even read out the oath. This is the uniqueness. I would suggest everybody that please don't go on the waiting time . Doctors are not enjoying while you are waiting. They are busy saving someone s life. My son is now alright and he went all alone to Canada after the surgery. Hats off to Dr. BRD and his team and my gratitude to all the Stavya family. Babita Goel

Myself Kush from Ahmedabad My tumour excision was done by Dr. Bharat Dave & Team Doctor’s behaviour towards solving difficulties related to my surgery was so good that I wasn’t much scared before my surgery was done Also after surgery, himself and his team was so polite Talking about the hospital and staff both are very generous with each and every patient here Food served here to all the patients thrice a day was also very nice. So thankful to the whole team 😊

Too much waiting time. Staff and doctors doesn't care for the time and condition of patients and make them wait too long. Minimum 4-6 hours is waiting time always. During waiting time patients having back problem need to lay down after some time but there is no facility provided for that. Only one bed is provided which is always occupied.I don't know why this kind of system is not being changed. They should give proper time to come as everyone has work to do.

Very very long waiting times. Plan for your entire day at the hospital if you wish to visit the doctor. They may say 3 hr waiting on call but if you do other investigations and meet again with dr it takes 8 hr. Very poor management. Not considering patients time valuable.

Waiting time is abnormally very much long. Even after taking appointment in advance . I have to wait for consultation for more than 5 hours. The Hospital management believes that all patients are free, they have no other work to do and the patients have plenty of time, which they can easily pass in sitting waiting area of Hospital, without any productive activity. Further, the attending receptionists are full of high attitude, they have no politeness towards the patients while communicating with them. The receptionist girl/ woman behave as if the hospital is doing Charity and consulting the patients free of cost. Their way of talking and communicating is very uncourteous, which an educated person cannot tolerate. I passed my valuable 9 hours for consulting my back pain, with uncourteous and unpolite behavior of attending receptionists. give only 1 star 👎 an unhappy ,unsatisfied ,disappointed patient .

Doctors are very brilliant, most powerful surgens, once they diagnose problems . All in one place with latest advance technology. But power of diagnostic is weak due to time availability to patients and not listening to patients properly. My experience to ajay sir. If i got opportunity to explain, i will explain whole to Dr. Bharat dave sir.

Very bad experience - Taking too much time for your turn. - I have book my appointment then also need to wait from 10AM to 3PM. - 3Pm doctor check only 2mins and take 2000rs fee, and ask for x-ray. - Wait fro x-ray for 1hour and 30mins.(X-ray charge 1000rs) - After generate x-ray to show doctor also wait for 1hours. - Then meet doctor and say now go to psychotherapy center. - Then psychotherapy charge 200rs. So my point is if you have not big issue then not prefer this hospital. Taking too much charge without service. Lootara doctors

Actually 0 star, no concern for the patient.Whole day got wasted. If one goes to this hospital even a person with good spine will end up with a spine injury. Your team really needs a change of SOP and process ASAP

Dr.AJAY KRISHNAN is a completely wrong man.He himself is leading his patient O in a completely false direction.Because the patients cannot recover from them, they cannot fall immediately, but they are doing completely new things. Never even go to report in the laboratory mentioned by them in Ahmedabad city.Collusion is also going on between the Dr. and the laboratory staff. I have a special appeal to the people of Bhavnagar city, take care of this surgeon who comes to BIMS Hospital of Bhavnagar.

My mother-in-law underwent a surgery at the hospital. We were admitted for 4 days. The entire team of doctors here - Dr. Devanand, Dr. Ajay and Dr. Ravi, and also the doctors undergoing fellowships ( Dr. Shiv and Dr. Pritesh) were communicative and answered our queries quite patiently. Interactions with Dr. Bharat Dave were limited and I found him quite crisp. A special word of appreciation for the hospital team - the nurses, attendants, the housekeeping, the administrative team - billing, front desk, etc that were efficient and responsive every time we had a request or a query.

My mother have severe backpain due to dislocate of L4-L5 vertebrae of spinalchord. I tried each and every orthopaedic in the city. Problem was so severe that she cannot even sleep in night due to pain. We also thought about some kind of surgery, but majority said it's not good option, bcz in worst case you will never be able to sit if it go wrong. But then we came to know about Dr Bharat Dave sir Of Stavyaspine, in first meeting after seeing MRI report they came to conclude problem in vertebrae L4-L5. And asked for totally bad rest with medicines of 20 days and if problem goes more severe than he will go for surgery. But after just course of 20 days my mother will feel lot better and sleep peacefully. So if any one will have anykind of problem related to spine or bones he/she must visit at Dr Bharat Dave, he will last solution for anykind of problem.

I want to share an experience of my mother, Hemlata Kothari.She had mild leg pain initially, that was diagnosed as Mild disc compression by other Doctor. She underwent physiotherapy.After wrongly done physiotherapy traction,she developed acute pain.At a day,she had severe unbearable pain.We called upon Stavya Spine for an Emergency appointment, where we got an appointment with Dr Ravi Ranjan Sir.Dr Ravi Ranjan clinically examined my mother and made Clinical judgment of L4-L5 Disc prolapse.She was given intramuscular injections.Still pain was of extreme intensity.We underwent MRI immediately.The MRI Scan was very aptly co-relating with Dr's perfect Clinical judgement!We again went to Hospital and met Dr Ravi Ranjan again.Seeing severity of the case, Dr Bharat Dave Sir himself came and examined my mother, evenif he had quite busiest schedule.He continued all medicine and told us that mostly there will be no need of surgical intervention.He was very gentle and compassionate towards my mother. We started medicines as prescribed. Next day,her pain was much relieved. Dr Ravi Ranjan was also available on phone when needed. After 15 days, her pain is relieved mostly and all painkillers are stopped.Lots of normalcy has been regained.As a part of medical profession, i know how important it is, to get a honest and correct medical advise.Dr Bharat Dave sir and his team could have easily advised us to go for surgical intervention seeing the severity of pain and we would have been convinced also. Instead he and his team took patient centric approach and advised my mother to bear a painfor while, evenif it was of greater intensity and wait and watch. As of today, i can say that she wont need any surgery. Thats the beauty of medical profession! Rather than taking patients as money-minting-machines, a good humanistic approach reaches way long ahead!Clinical judgements are almost correct whn you have such a vast experience of your respective field!! My dada admitted for spine surgery. It was successful. Floor manger Mr.Ravi was good co_operative Good behiver.Sp. i must say that Dr.Kapidaya Physician his behaviour attiitudes was not proper with patient .

Dr. Bharat dave is not polite to some patients , He should respect aged people and guide them if they have any other non spinal problem

Our consulting doctor was Dr. Bharat dave. Booked his appointment and looking solution for lower severe backpain. But getting negative response. Behavior of doctor is very rude, also act very arrogantly. Total waste of money.

Had been diagnosed with spine problem in neck so admitted under bharat dave sir , he is a gem person with really great god gift . Mr Yash guided the whole admission process and made it very smooth for us .

Doctor has good experience for this field but Highly attitude nature and don't give proper answer to the patients or familiar and only focusing on earn money. Very conjuested ward and AC not working. Very bad experience. After surgery Dr needs to spend at least 5 minutes in front of the patients family and have to give a proper guidance and suggestions about the surgery or patient condition etc..

Dr. Bharat Dave is very humble person. My father got problem in his neck and which related to spinal cord. We tried so many things and got advice from so many other hospitals for 6 months but problem was getting bigger and bigger day by day. Afterthat, one my friend referred Dr. Bharat Dave and his guidance and medicines helps us very well to recovery from neck pain. My father’s situation was critical and we are ready for surgery but my father got 100% recovery now without surgery. When patient are coming from.outside city, there is no fix time to consult the Dr. , there is too much waiting time as we have already booked appointment. And from reception we get the frequent reply there after patient ,your turn. So there is not such a perfect time management. We can understand that in hospital dr. Can not decided to how much time a patient can take, but it should be time variation in few minute not in hours and hours. When you give appointment for 11 a.m. than patient consult the dr. At 5 p.m... how is this time management?? Or appointment

The doctorsaab Mr Bharat Dave ji is very senior and reputed. But when I met him his behaviour came across as aloof and his suggestion for anti depressants for reducing spine pain was something I couldn’t understand as a layman. His hospital is not that up to the mark as compared to other hospitals in Ahmedabad. Now I am adding a point after reading the reply of the hospital, there was a mechanical problem in the disc of the spine which had been earlier operated at another level 10 years back. The back issue got aggravated due to wrong exercise done by underqualified yoga teacher from another reputed physio outlet during covid period.. So there was no psychological problem. Request you to stop prescribing depression medication for a mechanical issue. You should recommend pain killers but not prescribe mental health medication to patients. This is just my point of view as everyone has a family and if tom if anyone in the family has an accident and the doctor instead of performing a surgery puts them on mental health medication then I don't think it will be right mode of treatment. Hope you all esteemed people understand this.

I don't know about the doctor but I am from medical field and I know and met a person few days ago who constantly abusing dr dave sir. Without any degree he told that he cured many patients who can not get recovery after having dave Sir's treatment. When Dave Sir personally met him sir was amazed.... This 5* rating is for only because my mom is ok now after surgery but if a patient came or call the staff for appointment plz train your staff first. Because they don't have any types of communication or how to behave with patients and there relative. This is a NABH hospital so the first tag is NABH that is quality if you fail to serve that that is the biggest loss. So kindly change your reception staff . I read many reviews regarding rude behaviour of your reception staff and I also realised that your reception staff is really bad about how to behave and the HR or management of hospital how answer the all reviews we don't want to listen your achievements we know that that's why we are here for treatment so kindly do a something about all complaints thanks Dr Bharat is best 🙏

They effectively resolved my issue. Dr. Bharat Dave diagnosed my mother properly and is treating her in a professional yet calm manner. He gave her proper medication and the necessary course of action to curb the pain in her lower back. The management also reached out and resolved my previous complaint.

5* because I want to share an experience of my own operation got successful my L4-L5 vertebrae has no space in between. So I tried each and everyone orthopaedic for the solution. Total waste of time, OPD process is taking too much time. Appointment patients are waiting for 3-4 hours for OTP. This should be improved from hospital management.

Bakwaas. In India there is very long procedure to sue doctors . Govt need to make strict laws against such doctors. Nobody knows the process civil suit or criminal . Consumer court etc. I lost my father because of sravya spine . When u visit first time you feel wow best doctor etc but ultimately the true colours of hospital are in follow ups. Never ending wait . For that one minute chat . "Everything is ok ." And do not come again so early. If YOU( patient or relatives) trust or see Google reviews before visit any place . Than DO NOT VISIT THIS HOSPITAL.even you see waiting for appointment for 2 months etc . Now it's up to you .

Too much cruel .... I can't describe even.I couldn't expect these types of doctors are also there serving the society in the most possible cruel way , by the most inhuman way.He is running bussiness only for money. If patient consulting ke liye Huge amount of money Rs.- 2200 de raha hai to They expect ki dr. Sahi advise de uski 2 min nikal ke....But this doctor is interested in money only....He only advises surgery. One more cruel thing is I don't think there is any direct link between PROFESSION of patient and line of the treatment. Because before advising for the treatment and prognosis Doctor had asked about the Profession of patient and then advised surgery directly....He was like - 2 lakh lagse hamna j surgery kari dauu....because of cruelty.... Even at radiology department They are even not providing the reporting of MRI And X-RAY. For that we have to ask and call for so many times. So, TOO WORST experience ever.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, Visited this place for my mom. Ridiculous response by front staff they simply ignore your question and don't pay attention to your query. They don't know the meaning of appointment, we need to wait for almost all the day. And guess what, you never meet the actual doctor they send you to random compounder and they start prescribing lots of medicines without knowing the cause, then doctor comes to see patient for just 2 seconds and tells compounder to prescribe medicine and do the MRI which is for 9000 bucks. And just forget about the 2200 for appointment and to see the doctor because you already lost it....At the end your actual concern for visiting the doctor is not even addressed and no one is concerned about it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO VISIT THIS PLACE, had to select one star (which is NOT DESERVED at all) that's the only option allow me to post the review.
