Dear Owner, You have ruined the credentials your founder earned in these long years. Please note that none of the tourist in this trip is begger. We experienced total inexperience of Navbharat holidays. Two managers could not take care of one bus tourists. There can be two reasons either you have not provided enough material to them or they don't know the duties as tour manager. Rohit bhai may ask Dikshit Sir( his principal) about his experience. Every day, the food is taste less, insufficient. No drinking water distribution since yesterday afternoon. Food distribution time is too late. Kids and diabetic patients have suffered a lot. Today we travelled from Jaisalmer to Jodhpur, reached 10pm at hotel and tasteless, insufficient food was served ay dirty place. This situation could have been avoided by providing food/ dinner on the way. You people are not answering the phone of tour managers or they might be afraiding talking to you. In short, hopeless experience and will never recommend Navbharat holidays. I will also use other social platforms to spread this message. I came from Surat to join this tour after hearing from my friend but not at all happy. Bus A.C. was also not working on1st day for few hours though it was brought to the notice of the tour managers before we started from Ahmedabad.

This one star is only given as we have to give minimum to share the review otherwise I will not give half of it . From day 1 we have the worst experience. Firstly the food was not given on time. The food was not very tasty. Everyday from morning to evening it was the same problem. My father also said to the manager and organizers about this. But some pathetic group from our bus fought against us. On the day 1 the ac of bus got burnt and it became non AC. Although we were complaint about it from Ahmedabad but they were not listening about it. We had missed some of the sightseen and also don't got enough time for shopping.This all due to given food late on time. We have written a complained notice also and all the people of the bus have signed in it.Also one of the group who was saying experience was good and they got late on time due to us have also signed for the complaint. We have came to enjoy our diwali but it went all opposite. I will recommend to go with some better organizers.

Worst experience, I would never like to consider Navbharat tour again. We booked a one day package tour of statue of unity from Ahmedabad. 1. Uncomfortable seating, 2. WORST MANAGEMENT during the tour, 3. Bus arrived 45 mins late 4. Provides breakfast late 5. Just one hour gap between breakfast and lunch.

Very bad experience for Jaislmer Tour for 23/10/2022 to 27/10/2022 also those who have favour & said some passenger are very pathetic also remember that they have also signed Complaint & whatapp to owner of Navbharat Holiday. Tour Manger is non experiance & Lake of Communication with Passenger. Catering Service are very low standard like Jain Food. All time we have to complaint for food & quantity. We have not recomended to any for Navbharat Holiday tour.

It is very good experience to meet Mr.Ashishbhai . I stisfy with the services provided by them.

Very poor service and mismanagement. We are travelling from Ahmedabad to Statue of Unity. The water is continuously dripping from AC wents and cooling system. Rather than providing 2X2 AC coach (as promised while booking), they have provided us Tempo Traveller. Not recommending Navbharat Travels, if you are travelling during peak holiday season. Despite of paying premium charges because of Diwali rush, we are here getting such a poor service.

Statue of unity- -food was not upto the mark at all.(I would give minus rating) The place where we were given haults for meals and going to the washroom were extremely unhygienic -the receipt I was given had my whole name written wrongly. Despite requesting them to correct it few days prior to the trip they didn't. -tickets were inclusive of breakfast lunch and dinner but the first thing the tour guide tells us on arriving at 7:45am is that our group won't be provided with breakfast. It was a mistake on their side and upon asking them to reconfirm with their office the tour guide Mr Girish gives a silly unacceptable excuse that he does not have contact number of his boss . Management was very poor. Would never recommend navbharat to anyone The only thing that was good is the bus and that we didn't have to wait in the entry ticket queue ( we did have to queue up later on while going to the gallery lift and dam)

We had a Trip to Goa. It was a nice experience overall. Services were offered as committed, the behaviour of the staff was great, all were polite. It was perfect, at reasonable price and good hotel, good facility, nice breakfast & dinner. Thanks to Navbharat Holidays to make our trip memorable. Definitely going to book with same company for my next trip.

The experience was verryy good... But the other group was verryy pathetic nd due to which everyone of us has to sufferr...overall it was goodd.. Only the food half of the time was not very tasty... If u r choosing to plan a trip I would recommend u thisss... The managers are very gentle and polite specially jayeshbhai.

Enjoyed all hardships. Guides were of No use because they were not empowered to resolve anyone problem of Tourists. Food and local transport was good but stay was not that good as described before joining. Guides were not punctual for site seeing and were not thar aware of the areas and wasting time of tourists to avoid site seeing. On last day, hotel rooms were checked out in morning 8:30 hours and tourists were left to stay in open areas of hotel after lunch tell starting for Airport at 5:30 PM i.e. for more than 4 hours. Evening Ahmedabad office not responded well and not replied properly.

For Statue of Unity please don’t go with Navbharat we had a worst experience. They gave us worst food as you can see in the picture it was disgusting 🤮 and tooooo much salty. Even we didn’t have Navbharat car at the station when we reached there in the morning we used local bus to reach Ekta Mall. If we have to use local bus than why we book through you guys. Secondly when we got the Navbharat car at Ekta mall the driver was very rude. Please please don’t go with this people as specially for Statue of Unity Don’t waste money

Courteous drivers for all our rides around making sure that we have comfortable journeys throughout our stay. The trip was a short one but it was so well planned by Navbharat Holidays that we didn’t miss out on anything.

Recently went on a 6-person, custom, private AC car tour of UP and Nepal. We had three different drivers over the three regions we toured and all of them were exceptionally polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. In Nepal we had an issue where the road from Kathmandu to Pokhara was very very difficult and for health reasons, people on our tour were not going to be able to return back to Kathmandu on the same road. Our driver booked flights for us back instead and even paid for them upfront which we repaid in Kathmandu, an example of how above-and-beyond the drivers Navbharat works with will go for their clients. Their custom tours are very flexible - we gave them cities we wanted to visit, what level of hotels we wanted, and what types of attractions we wanted to visit, and they arranged the dates in a convenient way, picked hotels based on our criteria, and researched relevant local attractions. Some of the hotels we stayed at had especially strong relationships with Navbharat and we received especially top tier service there, with Hotel Trimurti in Haridwar going especially above and beyond.

Booked the tour package for Beautiful South. It was a good experience all the arrangements made by Navbharat Holidays were proper and timely.

We booked for 11 people with pure Jain food. They didn't informed to hotel in Mussoorie. We all have to go out in restaurant to have food.In Nainital they provided pathetic hotel.i won't prefer navbharat if u are Jain

The bus provided had no music system. The food for entire day was pathetic and not as per the order. Instead of pulao, khichdi was served which was tasteless. Chas had only water. Parothas were the puris shaped triangular and fried. Moreover, they had taken money for 59 pp and only 53 tickets were given for entrance of the Statue. They thought that in public with kids would go through and had to spoil 30 mins waiting for them to send additional tickets.
