Westside located at mithakali my one of the favorite store I get my casual and formal office wear here, Westside The brand clothing store , very big two stories , ladies gents both branded western and ethnic all type you get here, appart from that jewellery , shoes, belts, purses, lingerie , goggles and perfume you get here.pleasant clean ambience, good display, trial room here, first floor ethnic and gents wear, light music well trained staff, cash counter doing fast so easy for window shopping. Parking free, easily accessible you can drive car here, footwear and lingerie collection is very nice. Reasonable prise. Now they started new home products of perfume of all types also furnishing decorative items, cushion bedsheets, crockery , artificial plant and makeup items also.

During my recent visit to Westside, I encountered some challenges that left me quite disappointed. The cashiers seemed to lack the necessary knowledge about the products, and their unfamiliarity with the system was evident. I even noticed that there were individuals under the age of 14 working there, which was a bit concerning. I would like to encourage anyone who comes across such experiences to speak up. It's important that the management takes notice and takes action to address these issues. Whether it's through staff training or reevaluation, there's definitely room for improvement in terms of how customers are treated.

Very nice for shopping they have very best clothes and asthetic type clothes. It’s very big and great mall and it’s for all kind of age

You know what I got a jeans and a top in rs 500 only. Will you believe that? And that too from Westside. Yeahhh. It's for real even the guy who was making a bill was shook 😂 actually I got this in August sale at store. Btw I loved it❤️

I was really surprised to see, so many new product ranges by westsides, like perfumes, skin care and even cosmetics. Nice fresh collection as usual , really in love with the recent launch of their printed formal shirts and the Zara dupe trousers from 1499/- from wardrobe brand, got almost in 3 different colours and they have very attentive staff. Overall good experience. They will be having their sale by end of August ☺️

Worst experience..staff is rude..least bothered about the customers..very unprofessional..stuff is dirty..so asked the staff about it..i got the reply customer aise hi chhord jate hai n hum Bina saaf kare hi laga dete hai.. pathetic service..last visit to Westside.. specially sales consultant tejasvani...teach her some manners..

I have always enjoyed Westside shopping but today I was a bit disappointed. It took me more time waiting to pay then to shop,try and select clothes. Their system had crashed. No body had a clue to fix it. And there were probably more staff members than customers, yet it took soooooo long to finish payment. Eventually I had to pay by cash. :(

All time favourite, Westside has always been the first choice. Thanks for adding lots in plus size with half sleeves as well as regular patterns. Really appreciate it.

Staff at cashier's counter not responsive. I only wanted gift coupon. This took me almost half an hour. I was asked to go to second floor. List was not working so came back. Asked for manager who said he will come never came

Worst store. Treat customers poorly. No assistance. Very rude staff. Switched off the lights in the trial room when we wanted to try clothes. The place should shut down.

It's a good place in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad Basically, all types of clothes and the effective prices in available here. The branded clothes are available here. And, also available here like kids toys, perfume and many more.

Nice store to purchase Indian, western, casuals and official clothing and accessories , they have also have an online store from where you can purchase their items from the comfort of your home. The store follows all Covid-19 guidelines for the safety of its staff and customers.

Westside is well known brands... No need to review it actually... Perfect brand for perfect apparel for all age groups... Fashion wears but still affordable... Exchange policy is also there... You can exchange with in 15days...

Don't be trapped in the Membership scheme of Westside. This kind of scheme is free in lots of brands like Zara/lifestyle/Max/Malabar and tons of more. During billing the representative informed that the membership are free of charges, but Rs 299 was included in the bill.

One of my favourite places to shop from. Comfortable and good quality clothes. This particular store is the best out of all other Westside stores of the city.

When we visited the store at around 11 am, the areas by both the lifts and on all the floors were stacked with garbage, leaving extremely little space for anyone to get into or out of the lifts. We have been to various stores of Westside almost hundred times but found such thing for the first time. Tatas, please take care to see that your brand image is kept intact

Overall experience is good. But I guess you guys should introduce the XXXL size in kurtis.

Westside was always my go to place for casual. Kurtis and kurtas... But somehow it's not the same anymore now... Lesser choices of good stuff and especially sizes XL & L in kurtas/kurtis...hardly available... Sadly.. Being most sought after... As being most common size of ladies today.. Wake up Westside!!! How many lady customers are size S.. XS?? N these, r the sizes mostly available most times I've gone!!!!
