For exchange 2000 notes, please visit the RBI office location below (new building) 2HRC+8F7, RBI Road, Usmanpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380014 If you reach 9 am for join quees then within maximimum 2 hours you can free. Bank exchange time starts at 10:30 am. Don't focus on exchange rumors available near bank location. Go to the main gate and ask security personnel to join rows. It's a banker's bank and lander od the last resort for all the banks which is working in India. And it is spread over very huge place. There is 2 to 3 gates. And you get military man's at each and every gates. There's a tight security you have seen. There is trained dogs also. Dog have his own small doghouse. Even you don't get entry if you are just go there for visit. If you have some work from there then only you can able to go. Otherwise it's restricted.

People standing in long queue outside RBI Ahmedabad for changing their obsolete 2000 Notes. The fact is that these people are working for agents who are exchanging 2000 notes with amount ranging from 500 - 300 for 2000/- Exchange your old notes in 500-300 without standing in the queue. The line is extremely long and people out there standing are filthy. Wish I could upload photos of Same.

Infrastructure good. Washroom and water room facilities are OK Arrangements for outside queue has to be done in a decent way for public. RBI staff members are always ready to understand and help.

RBI AHEMDABAD , selection procedure in RBI SECURITY GUARD-2020 is pathetic , no transparency in physical test ..... I had appeared in written exam & got 80% marks followed by appeared physical test & Successfully completed but till now no any information regarding DV date or results......I feel It's totally scams because in my best knowledge any physical test result declared same time or same day after physical test but in RBI AHEMDABAD not to do so..... it's rediculous . My humble request plz clarify above matter as regards..
