We have been there in Shimla-Manali-Delhousie couple tour on 17th to 25th March 2022. Manager name: Nainesh Darji Places: All the best places of Himachal were covered in the tour. We have been there for Snow sports activities & that was really awesome. Hotels: Stay in the hotels were also good. Food: we have enjoyed each time breakfast, lunch and dinner. We got all the category of food like Gujrati, Punjabi, South Indian, Rajasthani & Italian. Additional points: We got surprise DJ party, live music, candle light dinner, camp fire, etc. Budget: If I had customised my tour by self, then maybe I couldn't get this much of fun & could have more expanses. Also, we got some Ajay Modi discount on several local activities & shops. Manager: He was very helpful & supportive. He has given very useful suggestions. Major plus point: We have made new lifetime friends due to Ajay Modi tour.

For Himachal couple tour..Very poor service..Don’t have option for 0 or minus ratings else would have given that. They are looting people, on name of premium package they are providing worst services. Hotels and rooms are below average and lacks basic amenities, tour managers are irresponsible and rude. Never opt for Ajay Modi tours instead go for some other tour operators even if they are costly if you really want to enjoy your vacations.

Third service during chardham tour. I wished I had gone with other tour operators. Disappointed with accommodations- 3rd class rooms- not even basic amenities were provided, food quality was below average and tour manager was completely ignorant and stubborn. Kedarnath, badrinath & Srinagar - they spoiled whole mood through the journey. Ashish, Vikram & ravi - these managers were really not helpful rather they just ignored the things. All customers were complaining but no response from Ajay modi team as well. Lesson learnt - Never gonna trust these guys ever again.

As per my experience from the starting of this tour the staff members are very co-operative. Our Manager Mr. Vijaybhai and Mr. Harshbhai are fully supportive to us and their management, tour planning is well and good as per the timings. We have recently done kerala tour. Our tour manager was Mr. Parth. Very co-operative and responsible. He plans all the events very nicely. Food, Hotels and other services are excellent.

I took a customized trip to Bhuvaneshvar and Kolkata in Dec’23. What was not well: There was lack of communication within staff- the one with whom I finalised the itinerary and their back end staff who book the hotels and Car rentals. Hotel vouchers were generated incorrectly ( incorrect details about meal and type of room) and shared just a day before the booking after multiple request. Cab operator at Puri was not informed by Ajay Modi and team until a day before the trip about my booking , so he could not arranged for car on 1st day out of 3 days planned at Puri. Cab operator was not flexible with time and sightseeing points even though car was booked for entire day and not on basis of specific tourist spots ( to save money, as car was arranged with some third vendor based on specific spots and not on KM traveled) . Hotel (Janki Pride) at Puri was not aware about my Meal Plan and category of room. What went well: After feedback being shared at Puri, We had pleasant stay at Kolkata, Hotel Esteem.Small room but good service! Car rental service at Kolkata was really good! Punctual driver. SUV provided as agreed!

Shimla Manali tour. Only hotel good.. But In shimla hotel is too far from city.. Tour manager service is not good.. Also not follow as per tour brochure. It is better to go personally and much cheaper.. Cheated people in kufari and local sightseeing. Don't go and waste your money in this.. Ajay modi means waste of money... Third class management...

KRUSHAL&VAISHNAVI SONI :- Our trip was from 5th March to SHIMLA-MANALI(Himachal pradesh). We had manager NAINESHBHAI from Ajay Modi organization, his guidance was very great and helpfull for us, management was all organized, accommodation was also very nice, all day dining was very fun and good. (It was like eating at home.) Our total experience in the 5-day journey was wonderfull. I have booked a dubai tour, which was very awesome, a special care for food and resident was take by our tour manager Nadim Bhai, the guide was very kind. The hotel was have all facilities, we was been taken at each an every well known places and was given sufficient time to enjoy place. There was no worry of security of lugaes. Nadim Bhai instructed us all details of each places very well. He also solved our each and every query and made us feel comfortable. Our packege also included lapita resort, Nadim Bhai explain us all the details of parks/attractions we need to enjoy in park, and also provided us best room quickly. Very Nice Experience... Point1-Liked Things as under -We did so much fun with Mr.Naineshbhai Darji. Very fabulous person. 5/5stars For him. We have not any regret or complain for him super personality. -Food 5/5 stars. -Hotels very nice but 4/5 Stars. (Heater Problem and extra paid for drinking water). -Kufri and Solang valley were the places which we enjoyed so much. Point 2- Not Liked Things, Traveling of full 3 days from our 8 day package. We only get 5days for enjoyment And also add that so many small Extra expenses of traveling Like (Swa mede and swa kharche). Because of long traveling we couldn't enjoyed as we assumed before going. suggestion- That 3 days should be extended for rest at resort and should be make some extra fun activities at resort like music, games etc... Service provided by staff is lot to be desired... Staff nice on phone, once in a while, but total lack of response and understanding of customer requirement.. They rarely pick phone and total oblivious to customers e mail.

Honeymoon Tour (Shimla - Manali) "The trip was wonderful - lots of great memories were made. All the arrangements (Resort, Sightseeing, Food) went as planned. Then from Delhi Cantt we toured first Shimla were we visited and enjoy places such as (Christ Chruch, Sankat Mochan Tara Devi, Kufri, The Mall Road, Mashobra Etc) also we have travelled from Toy Train which was one of the most scenic railway journeys. It offers a grand view of pine-covered hill tops, flora and fauna. Then we moved to Manali were we enjoyed many adventure activities such water rafting and many more also, we enjoyed many places in Manali like Solan Valley, Hadima Temple, Atal Tunnel Rotang, Snow Point, Shwal Factory, Vashisht Hot Spring, Mall Road, Khoksar, Chinab River and many more. It was really worst experience at the ajay modi navrangpura branch. As there was one lady who was assisting everyone and when our turn came to talk she received a phone call and that call was running continuously till 30 mins and we were waiting although after completing the call she told us now its 7:30 PM IST so office are closed and told to come back tomorrow. It was really a bad experience she was also not interested in showing us the offers or rates as it was 7:30 PM

Very TERRIBLE TOUR😒..!!! Never prefer their customized package of Jammu Kashmir...it's just much waste of our money. We paid for 9 days,in which on first nd last day there is nothing and they wasted our 2 days in pahalam,so for only 5 days of tour! It's really much costly in comparison of the facilities...they don't give much more specialization According to the AMMOUNT they take from us,they just give us a car in which even the drivers take commission at every tourist spots. Even hotels are different as mentioned from the main broucher of the website...also the food there in some hotel was not satisfactory.... In pahalgam,we had 2 days bt we didn't saw a single thing,driver left us there nd made illogical reasons for sightseeing. Customized price we have paid for what!....we had to do everything as per driver says us,we were literally very exhausted, coz after we went there we can't do anything..even this company doesn't know about what is going on there. Driver force us to take guide in gulmarg,which was not needed.
