I domt want to gv stars! Cuz im not at all satisfied with their behaviour. So frustrating. Id will ask questions then also they will not answer properly and to talk with doctors that also they will not allow. Bad experience ever. Dont want to come again.

I have visited for pain and redness in my eyes. Here you will not be treated as a patient, instead they will treat you as a “SUBJECT”. Once you will pay ₹150. One of the students will call you for checkup. I had been checked 4 times before presented to a qualified doctor. All 4 times I was getting diagnosed by students only. They just want to study the conditions so they will call you one by one to different rooms with different instruments. At last they diluted my eyes and presented me to the qualified doctor or may be student, even she didn’t get to the conclusion if it’s injury or infection. They didn’t prescribed medication in front of me. A student came out and elaborated the prescription written by someone. Seriously I haven’t signed or donated my body for a particular time to this institute but they treated me as a subject for studies. Can not recommend this hospital/institute at all…R

I came here for my mother's regular eye checkup. The environment is very clean and time. The appointment was on time. Staff was also very gentle...... at least with me 😌😌

Worst Doctor ever, Talking about Dr. Falguni Mehta especially. Today I visited this hospital with my eye report of Cornea for Lasik operation and I just wanted some consultasy/Opinion from her for my Operation. But after looking at my report (which was from another hospital) , she told me nothing about the report and told me that I have to make a new report of my eyes from her hospital (rotary eye) only , if I want consultancy from her and want to do an operation in her hospital. Even those reports from another hospital were very appropriate and very advanced. The only reason for her rude behaviour and jealousy was that my reports were from another hospital and she was so arrogant with me. These types of doctors are there in rotary. She wanted me to make new reports from rotary only if I want to get consultancy .

It's the best eye care institute in Navsari. We regularly visit it for our routine eye checkup. The doctors and staff are very helpful and caring. The infrastructure is very cool and looks modern. They normally open between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. They have another optical center near Eru char rasta, too. You could pick up your spectacles from there.
