A World war II historical place and may be a good place to take a exotic photo taking. Once it was an restaurant but abandoned again. Day time photo taking is OK, but, DO NOT go alone at night. There might be drunken bums.

This is one of my favorite spots on the island for sunsets. That being said, it is a very neglected tourist sight. The brush when I first went here was severely overgrown (has since been cleaned up.) There's a lot of trash left here, have had several friends clean this place up only to be trashed again two weeks later.

It is better to make a reservation for the restaurant. The price is a little high, but the open atmosphere is very nice.

A great place to take pictures as it offers a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean.

Great live music, food, drinks, and beautiful decor on Tues Market nights. Sunsets are the best, through night. Desserts are delicious. Love the Polynesian dance shows. Exploring the lighthouse is priceless*

I used to play in the lighthouse as a child when it was just a ruin. I am happy to report that it has been renovated into a restaurant that honors the past while providing a fine dining experience.

View is amazing, food & drinks were good, restaurant is really cute but pricey so bring ya wallet!

A real treat. The Old Japanese Light House sits on Navy Hill with nice views of Garapan below. Tuesday evening market hosts several food and beverage vendors, well lit outdoor seating, and live music. A great way to spend an evening on the island.

One of the best views and one of the best restaurants on the island. This place just opened back up after being closed for some time, and we were amazed by the view as soon as we walked in. You can walk up the lighthouse for one of the best views of garapan. But the big surprise was the restaurant. It is often the case that tourist places don't have the best food, but the food here was excellent. We had buffalo wings and BBQ platter, and both the sauce and meat on both were delicious. And the prices were less than many places with worse food, the two dishes cost us just over $20. I highly recommend this spot for a date night or just a night out, and it is pretty much mandatory for tourists.

The view is always beautiful. When i was nine years old i went there with my father and ate in the nice restaurant and walked to the top of the lighthouse with the waitress. Now it needs massive renovation. Still the Old Japanese Lighthouse is perfect spot to hang out for while and take nice photos ...

Good~ If you want to see the most beautiful scenery of Saipan This is definitely the Light House. It is a spacious, refreshing and pleasant place. I drank tea and ate rice. On Tuesday evenings, the night market is open from 5-9 p.m. Both locals and foreigners seem to be enjoying themselves and the atmosphere is also very nice. I really like that the singer sings the song too. The night market food is also delicious and cheap. !! The staff is friendly and the owner is also friendly. It’s the best~^^/
