Got my nails done at BC Mt Lavinia for the first time and I LOVED IT the staff were SUPER flexible and were ready to accommodate me at a time convenient for ME, rather than for THEM which is not something you see often and Taniya and Sabrina, they were honestly just the best Taniya's work was amazing and her personality was even better. both of them have mastered both, the art of being a nail technician, and understanding their customers as best possible Whether it was reading my mood and deciding if I was up for conversation or not, or knowing exactly what i needed with my nails despite me not knowing myself, these two girls hit the mark spot-on! I honestly dont think I'll be going anywhere else from now, these two girls have won my heart

I made an appointment to get haircut for my mother and myself on 21/10/22 at 5pm. I was asked to come at 445pm sharp by the girl who made the appointment. So we went at 445pm . When we went in we saw two hairdressers sitting in front and was on the phones playing games or watching movies and not even bothered two customers just walked in. The receptionist took us in and one of the guys just got up and said that they can’t cut the hair because they were suppose to have a power cut and don’t know what time . But when I went in there was power. I was so disappointed.. and angry . I asked them why they gave me an appointment and tell me now that there’s gonna be a power cut? Why not call me a bit earlier and let me know so I didn’t have to come to the salon. The answer I got was even worse. He said he can start cutting my hair but if power goes off it’s not his problem that I will have to go home without drying my hair. I was shocked. So I went to another reputed salon which was close by and they informed me the exact time the power cut will be and they can finish both our haircuts before that. The staff at BC Lifestyle Salon clearly didn’t want to work . They just wanted be on their phones. Never had this kind of experience before at any salon. Horrible place . Don’t ever go to this place. Spoke to a lady from HR over the phone and complained but never got any feedback.
