I’ve been going to Honey Pot since 2014 and it was very sad to see how poorly I was treated in my last visit on Thursday the 17th of August. I usually book Kaushalya because she is so professional, but despite me requesting for her they wrongly reserved my appointment and I was given another therapist. And to add for the fact that I wasn’t given with the therapist I am comfortable with the therapist I was assigned to was not gentle on dealing with sensitive areas like arm pit and Brazilian area. The cherry on top was that despite me telling her that the wax was hot she didn’t really care too much so much so that she rolled her eyes the last time I said the wax was hot, I have multiple burns now on my arms and inner thighs. Super disappointed! Might never return again!

I would recommend to try them for your waxing needs. I am including a detailed review below :) - I made an appointment the prior day. (It's advised to make your appointment in advance.) - The reception area was dark and quiet and lovely. Nicely decorated and air conditioned. - It's directly above fusion14 (inside the same building). - There's a sofa and magazines in the reception area, and some leaflets with educational info on waxing so you can read while you wait. -They recommend you use the bathroom prior to your Brazilian or Bikini wax. (Note - the bathroom is downstairs, behind the cashier counter at fusion14) -There was nobody at reception, but there is a bell to ring for service - so that's okay... (Someone will come out quickly when you ring the bell.) -The staff seem pleasant. -The waxing room was very small with a table in the middle, and a big mirror on one wall. Seems clean. ( See picture ) -The actual wax experience was fine. The lady was nice, professional, and quick. She did not converse too much, so it was not awkward at all. :)

Clean and neat little waxing salon. Been going here for the past decade and have had a good waxing experience right throughout. A bit pricey but certainly the best service and hygiene for that price point in Colombo. However after the import restrictions the wax they use now is a different one which doesn’t agree with my skin :( Miss my waxing sessions with the excellent Raji.

The only place I go to! Get a package, you'll save some money. All the ladies are very nice and attentive.

I went to honey pot arcade branch.Experience was not good at all.When I go home and check I ended up getting little wounds all over my legs and Brazilian area.Extremely disappointed with the service. Also the bill was higher than I expected.

Good experience for a first time visit. The therapists took all necessary care to accommodate for the requests made. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a great wax 😁

My first time here. The service was great! From the appointment to the payment was very organized. The staff were very friendly. I chose the luxe oil based wax the price was affordable.

I’ve been going to this place for a long time and I love it. I go to the Arcade branch (previously down Rosmead Place), the place is clean and tidy. I always ask for Kaushalya. She’s always with a beautiful smile and super thorough with the job, I don’t have to keep checking whether she’s done a good job or not. Love her!
