We spent a wonderful day at the spa. Our day started at Spa Sana it was perfect from the start. Staff were excellent the place is spotless. Even during our lunch which was included in our package both service and food were amazing. We will definitely do it again highly recommended for a relaxing day.

Wow, so what to say about this place: A hidden gem. The hotel itself is great, starting from the reception area giving a very warm welcome and also superb interior design. The smell in the hallway is already very pleasing and you immediately feel welcome. Once you go into your room, the great and comfortable bed greets you and what a good nights rest you get in it. Also don't forget the pool area, the spa area and also the lovely employees working there. We also had the opportunity to taste the dinner and it was fantastic: the chef is great and the meals are really special that are served there. Overall the experience is fantastic and no complaints about this lovely boutique hotel.

Just organized my sisters hens party at the Village Hotel and Spa. We spent some time in the spa and indoor pool, which was very relaxing. After our treatments which were perfect to a high standard. Following the spa, we had an afternoon tea party, at the restaurant. Which was also very well organized. I highly recommend thanks and thanks for all the stuff and for the great service.

Booked a spa day and was quite disappointed. The spa itself was rather run down, very tiny changing rooms that were full of water and not even enough space for 3 people.... Let alone a spa full of visitors. The salt inhalation room (one of 5 features that you pay extra for) was not working, and the staff were not aware of this. There was mould and water seepage in the main spa areas, and even some of their small fitness area equipment was not working. The employees themselves were darlings and tried their best to give us a good experience, but they were terribly short staffed. The entire spa was manned by just 2 people, who were also providing treatments themselves. Therefore, most of the times, the spa reception was empty and there was nobody to direct queries to. The treatments themselves were okay, but we weren't even offered a bathrobe, glass of water, or tea (these things probably slipped the staff"s mind, because they had so much to keep up with,i don't blame them, but rather how short staffed they were). We also had a lunch booked. While the quality of the food was fantastic, the service was not. The owner of the place came to ask to move from our table because he forgot that someone else booked it. We moved, and just a few minutes later, he came back to tell us that if we wanted to move back we could, because the other guests agreed to sit somewhere different. We also waited a very long time for the food to be served. Disappointing overall, as the price of the spa day was comparable to other leading spas, but the facilities, premises, and services were definitely not. There was also a lot of confusion when we arrived. The receptionist could not find record of whether or not we had already paid for our spa day (we had). This was rather embarrassing as this was purchased as a birthday gift, and I wouldn't have liked the person I was gifting it to to be involved in discussions re payment... This is why I booked and paid in advance. I do expect any respectable business to keep up to date, easy to find record of what has and has not been paid to date.

I was fortunate enough to lived 3 months in this hidden paradise in Naxxar/Malta. The owner is amazing the whole staff is 5 stars and friendly plus the food is top notch. They have a SPA with a hitted pool that I used to swim most of the nights after my work out. Highly recommend, simple love here 💝

Lovely boutique hotel situated in Mosta out of the busy life of the rest of Malta, it has a very good restaurant and should be considered seperate to the hotel the food is so good and pool with enough sunbeds. Look forward to visiting again soon.

The spa is great and the food is amazing. However I am leaving a bad review for the poor service and communication. I bought a deal for a full day spa and lunch. It took me 3 days calling and sending emails to get a proper response. Once I got there the staff was confused about lunch and massage regarding of this being clear in the email we sent. We used the spa for one hour and left as it was lunch time. The lunch took almost 2 hours, we were waiting 30 mins only for dessert, after we returned from lunch we were told that we could not use the spa anymore (before we were assured that we could use spa after lunch). So we ended up swimming in the pool for a bit and leaving.

Whilst returning to Malta on a temporary basis, I needed a true value-for-money, long term accommodation where I could both work and relax in a quiet, peaceful, very clean and refreshing environment. Village Boutique Hotel & Spa was the perfect choice. I checked-in at 3am, and yet I was given a very warm welcome and accompanied to my room without having to carry any luggage myself. The cleanliness, facilities and services available throughout my stay were second to none. The large indoor pool, exotic outdoor pool, spa and cardio gym facilities were simply superb. The daily breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of food, even for the very health-conscious. Particular mention has to be made of the extreme professionalism, friendliness and patience of the staff, including the receptionists, barmen, chefs, house-keeping employees and of course the management who went out of their way to make sure that I was always as comfortable as possible. The quiet atmosphere was a big, big plus because I could work from my room in immense peace without any distractions. Definitely a full-marks experience!!

Small hotel, the location is a little difficult to find and it is far away from Valletta or Sliema. Breakfast is rather poor. But we came to spa in the morning using the offer. Massage was great, we also liked saunas and salted room. The pool was ok but definitely needed better ventilation.

Fantastic Hotel, highly recommend staying there if you want somewhere to relax in style and comfort. Very welcoming staff and they have some excellent Spa facilities. I also suggest trying out their restaurant. The menu is original and the food is great!!!

A very welcoming & comfortable hotel, with stunning decor especially in the lobby. On street parking was relatively easy to get, check-in was very easy & quick. We had a family room which was extremely spacious & good value for money. The beds were luxuriously comfortable, the bathroom & products provided were of high quality. I especially loved the pillow menu (pictured) & little add ins like a coffee machine, bottles of waters, robes & slippers, extra pillows. The outdoor pool was also beautiful & private, perfect for sipping a cocktail & sunbathing. The spa & indoor pool were also lovely. I especially liked that there was live music & a BBQ on the night we stayed; the staff were friendly & helpful too. My only not positive comments were the cost of food & drink in the hotel was more than expected e.g. 20€ breakfast, €9 cocktails & small starters. The beer is reasonable enough though. Prices are understandable with it being a hotel but really quite high. Thank you still for a wonderful, brief stay.

I don't even care about the location as this hotel is the best. It is quite, kids friendly, very good view, best facilities, good service, clean rooms, etc. The value for money is great in relative terms from where I have visited in recent times. The restaurant is great as the chiefs visit your table and have a little chat about their foods. They are friendly and transparent. I will come back with my family very some for the city break.

Nice small boutique Hotel in the core Village of Naxxar. They have a spa area and a nice outdoor pool. Bar is nice for a coffee or a drink. Rooms spacious and with nice amenities. Close by there are a couple of good coffee bars and restaurants. Bus stop is 5min away, parking might be a bit tricky during certain hours.

I had the opportunity to spend a pamper day at the Village Boutique & Spa celebrating my birthday, and I must say the experience was nothing short of amazing! The location and facilities are simply second to none, not to mention the brilliant staff who are so welcoming, friendly, and courteous. Special thanks goes to spa receptionist Adriana, and the massage therapist Izmir! Thank you once again for making my experience so special! Hope to see you again soon! 😊

Lovely two night stay here. A hidden gem nestled down a narrow alley on the outskirts of old Naxxar. The rooms are clean and a good size. The common areas are styled pleasantly with plenty of greenery. The pool area is well done and certainly popular with the guests. The staff are helpful and polite and the bar area is comfortable. Didn't dine here, but can thoroughly recommend The Mill gastropub opposite the windmill 200m down the road. Didn't try the spa, either. Would stay at The Village Boutique & Spa again. Look out for last minute deals on their website. Rated as four stars, because it is a four star standard hotel, not five stars or three stars.

Big thank you to the hotel, all their staff and manager Sarah. We booked a spa hen day with the venue months in advance, and it was the most magical day! The spa were so attentive, food and drinks were outstanding, the treatments provided were just fabulous. Once again thank you for having us.

I visiting the Village Boutique for 'mum time' which includes breakfast, use of facilities and massage. this is my full review: Breakfast **** - all went well, breakfast is generous, clean and fresh and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful Spa facilities * - there was no one to greet us or show us round. finally cleaning lady appeared and she was kind enough to show us around. the facilities need a revamp. indoor pool smells of humidity and we could not stay there as it was triggering respiratory issues. shower massager did not work. lockers were rusty and there;s no soap in the shower facilities. Massage * - we had a 25 minute massage booked, it was a bad experience. we were not asked how we like the pressure. the massage started and it was literally the application of oil on the back. zero pressure whatsoever was applied. we felt very frustrated about this and this could not be called a massage.

The hotel is clean, breakfast is comparable to a five star hotel, room is clean, big shower albeit water is slow to drain. Location is close to the city center. Staffs are great from receptionist to server all have beautiful smiles and eager to please/help. Prices is reasonable, will book again but not on the same room that I got.

A hidden gem, this boutique hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The pool and outside eating area are beautifully landscaped. Our bedroom was large and airy with excellent air-conditioning and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The menu is extensive and every dish we had was superb. The staff are professional, friendly and always around to look after the guests.

We stayed only one night due to some work constrains which did not permit us to fully enjoy the hotel But the experience was excellent! Good breakfast and nice welcome from the reception. I would say the position is excellent if you have a car and if you want to discover Malta

This is a great hotel that is well designed to sit in such a small footprint. Nice pools indoor and out, good spa facilities and options, decent enough breakfast, rooms good. Staff are professional and helpful. A few points that could be improved: the music is a bit too loud, and is always playing, which isn't particularly relaxing especially when you're poolside in the day; the house wines are not great compared to the good options in other Naxxar restaurants.

We are so glad we picked this place for our first two nights in Malta. The hotel is very polished, clean and comfortable ( the rooms are completely soundproof and the mattresses are really good quality). We really enjoyed chilling in the courtyard full of greenery and flowers and the beautiful outdoor pool - and of course the cute spa with its sauna, ice room, indoor pool..The food is delicious ( I had a fantastic pistachio penne) and the service by all staff was exceptional. Plenty of towels, toiletries and mineral water were provided and reception responded niceñy and promptly to our requests. We really felt like we were in an intimate and cozy getaway - the hotel feels very new and stylish and importantly very quiet also. I would definitely come back here and encourage anyone that’s hesitant to book. I am a picky person but this place was absolutely perfect. It feels like they managed to pack a lot of goodness in not so many square meters , in this case the word boutique is absolutely adequate.

I generally travel on my own and it’s difficult to find a hotel you can feel safe and comfort to be own your own. This hotel made me feel so safe and comfortable. The staff where very nice and always checked up on me. While at the bar I was never bored to uncomfortable by being alone as the bartender was very chatty. The owner was friendly and welcoming …. Took the time to ask how things were going and when the place was busy he would step in and help his staff. One of the best hotels I was have ever stayed at. !!!!!!!!!

The hotel and spa are amazing . Very relaxing stay with excellent staff. The gardens are beautiful and the outside pool is perfect. The food is excellent and the chef made me a special vegan dish from his grandmas recipe. My room was well furnished , cleaned daily and the bathrooms were spacious and toiletries provided . I could not fault it in any way and can’t wait to return .. thanks to Michael and his wonderful staff 😄

I recently stayed at the hotel for a number of weeks and cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is ideal for exploring the island - good access to the beaches in South and North, as well as cultural sites (e.g. Mdina, Mostar, Valetta). The hotel itself is a gem - tucked away in the old town - great sun terrace and pool. And superb food, complemented with friendly and professional staff throughout the hotel.

Outstanding hotel from start to finish. Very reasonably priced considering the facilities. Great room with extremely comfortable bed, nice view over the swimming pool and top notch air con, which was much appreciated at midday with temperatures reaching 38 degrees. Good shower and toiletries provided. Outdoor swimming pool was quite small, but perfect for a dip and indoor pool was also available if you wanted a swim. Excellent spa facilities, we booked 2 massages during our stay for a very reasonable price and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Walking distance to coffee shops and breakfast places, but you would need a car or an Uber to travel to tourist destinations. Perfect if you are looking for a couple of days to simply relax and sit by the pool, would definitely recommend
