Both the restaurant and guest rooms have a clean feeling, and the staff also responds well. The shower room is not very convenient, but hot water comes out. My image is that many hotels in this town have defective shower rooms.

I have stayed here a few times, and found the stay very good. This time, amidst the pandemic on 30th August 2020 I had a wonderful experience. So much care taken for our safety... The courtesy... Friendly, helpful staff...

One of the only five star hotels which are worth of giving. They offer not only staying rooms, but also offices, conference rooms, ball rooms and all. Food is also amazing. I tried Sea bass there and I was stunned by the taste.

The hotel is very nice. Service is very kind, rooms are specious and comfortable, with all necessary emenities. The restaurant has a variety of dishes to serve, the menu is not extensive, but I think it ediquete for most of the guesses who might be visiting for a few days.They should consider more vegetarian options though. The only serious issue is for attractions in the area around, this is mostly a city for business people. It would have been nice if the hotel would have some additional services added, to pass the time while there.

Best service and quality hotel with star clss facility. Most importantly Swimming pool is clean. Gym is super is equipped with modern machines and service of an instructor is also available. You can obtain expert service from them

Literally the best hotel in Nay Pyi Taw. You will always be taken care. They will take note of your preferences. Although the rooms are not very spacious, I choose this every time I'm in Nay Pyi Taw. They never disappoint me, always satisfied with their rooms/room service or staff. The only hotel in Nay Pyi Taw I recommend to family and friends.

The swimming pool was nice. Also the location is fabulous. Peaceful and quiet. The food could have been better though.

Great Place to stay with families and friends!

Fully functional fitness center beside pool. All equipments are life fitness and good for decent workout. It open 6am to 11pm which great and would be better to just left the access possible 24 hours. Room is big with all essential toiletries inside. Nice tea bags. Soft tall bed with dreamy painting. Food was just ok and should be improved. Coffee shop next to reception is ok and could be improve the quality of coffee too. Food and coffee to next hotel is 10 times much better. Staffs are nice and hotel is busy with lots of meetings and conferences going on.

Amazingly friendly staff. Their tuesday Tapas is pretty delicious too. I had my birthday here as well as visited on some other occasions. The bar manager was super friendly and even comp'd my wife a few drinks!

Good hotel for long stays. Neatly maintained, friendly service right from reception to cleaning. Food is excellent with the feeling of homely food. Rooms are spacious and value for money. Gymnasium and Swimming pool are also available. It's a huge hotel which has taken more than 5mins bicycle ride.
