Far from, well, everything, but they can give you a free motorbike rental. Then the whole city opens up. Don't worry if you're new to driving motorbikes or scooters, as the massive highways are always desolate. Rooms are huge. Really huge. Bathrooms too. Arrived at 3am, slept, biked around all day, then bussed south that night. Worth touring the empty shell of a city.

Stayed here for 2 nights in May 2017 knowing full well that Naypyidaw would not be your conventional destination, let alone city. Only chose this place because I found an online blog review saying they’ll rent motorbikes to you for free (which was true). Motorbikes are a necessity as it is at least 10 km from the nearest business that isn’t a hotel, and another 5 km to one of Naypyitaw’s shopping centers. This place also provided a free, albeit Burmese-style (carb heavy and oily) breakfast. Staff didn’t speak much English, but were friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t much to write home about, but had strong AC (a must in the hot month of May). It appeared as we were two of a total of 10 guests at the entire place (which has probably 100 rooms or more). I loved this place on the eery, dystopian feel alone.

This hotel is one the good condition hotels in Naypyidaw. The price is quite fair for locals(I'm not sure how they charge foreigners). The room was clean and has very good wifi, includes breakfast. The bad thing is that it's quite far from the city center. There is nothing around. No taxis available. The location is the only thing making this hotel underrated.

Room was cheap and clean. Hotel staff went out of their way to provide our group of 6 with free motorbikes. Gave us a free breakfast and helped us wherever they could. Great base from which to explore the Naypyitaw.

They have a building with elevator that costs a little more than the building without an elevator. There's KTV and massage available. About 20,000 for two people; 2 single beds including breakfast, (no elevator).
