Overnight business stay at Kempinski Naypyidaw which wasn't as luxurious as it's brand entailed. Service was OK. Staff was polite and attentive. Restaurant served decent food and the lounge was decently stocked albeit it's small size relative to the huge estate the hotel sits on. Had an appalling Spa experience. I had decided on 2hr Burmese massage but the masseuse kept pushing me to take the 1hr oil and 1hr Burmese instead which I relented. She wasn't equipped with basic massage skills and the experience was tormenting. Room was fully lit throughout and only when I asked her if I could play my own music did she turn on some spa music . Her suggestion was also pricier than the original massage I wanted. Felt ripped off for that 2hr spent. A globally renown brand, but unfortunately, this Kempinski just didn't live up to the high standards.

Both my partner & I got severe food poisoning eating in the a la carte dining room. The positive - the staff were very good organising medical care. The negatives - food poisoning at a 5-star hotel is not expected; and they still billed us for the offending meal!!

Stayed here cuopled of times. Nice decoration. They have a nice/ small coffe-bar corner and nice restaurant. But you need to pass the restaurant to reach the pool which is the only part that i didnt like. Quiet and nice place.

Price to performance ratio is absolutely amazing. Rooms, bed, shower and all. You can experience the most royal feelings by staying there. Also you should try beef burger. I attached a photo of the one I tried and it was custom made by the hotel's chef, for me it tastes like an absolute treasure.

Wonderful location. Cozy atmosphere. Elegant design! Many famous people like Barak Obama also visited this hotel. Good food and room service! A place to enjoy the natural beauty!

Beautiful hotel with a cosy bar in the lobby to hang around and chill with live music. Definitely try the King Prawns at the restaurant.

Once, I was on two day three night trip to Nay Pyi Taw because of my parents’ business. When I was in Nay Pyi Taw, I stayed at Hotel Kempinski and since then, Kempinski become one of my favorite hotels that I have ever been because it has good facilities and it didn’t cost too much for a night. It only cost 200,000 to 400,000 per night and the price will change depending on the room you choose. Since I arrived to hotel, all the workers welcomed us with a big smile, welcome juice and friendly expression. Also, when I got there, they have a connecting room, so our family doesn’t have to stay in separate room. The room inside has modern designs and I even felt like I was in Bangkok. Hotel has a gym, spa, and gigantic swimming pool and some of the rooms even have a swimming pool, gym and bullet prove mirror in it. For the breakfast, it served buffet and it contain every type of food and you can also order what type of egg you want to eat. The hotel has wide area that you can even cycle around the hotel by bike. Last but not least, it has excellent Wi-Fi and the connection was so good that I don’t even want to get out of the room. You might think that the price is expensive but comparing to the facilities and good they gave, it is truly worth it.

The hotel I like the most is Kempinski hotel in Naypyidaw which has very comfortable accommodation for me and my family like spending my whole holiday at this hotel without visiting other places because of many good things which are very good internet service, breakfast and swimming pool which is very nice for adults who can’t swim. Every parents can be swim together with their children without difficulties. All the hoteliers from this hotel are very kind and generous therefore I felt staying at home . The thing I like the most in this hotel is my room which has very comfortable and good quality bed room accessories and shower accessories. If you have to choose and stay a hotel in Nay Pyi Taw , you should go and join this hotel because of above the reasons. This December is second time for me to stay at Kempinski hotel . My feeling and recommendation never changed for this hotel that the hotel I like the most is Kempinski hotel still now. I will go and stay for my relaxing my next holiday.
