Room is very small. Service is bad and late. No hot water in the bathroom. There are mosquitoes and insects. Food is not so good compared to price .We have to buy mineral water bottles,there is no option other than that. Overall it is a bad experience.

The room was filled with fungus smell.I had to keep windows open all night because of the smell. Warm water available on request for a short time. Also room A/C are off and I have to request to turn it on. Intercom not working.

It's a fine 2-star property. Easily reachable and has open parking in the front courtyard. The room size is decent, the washroom is okay. Room service is also okay.

Not the best location for Chandigarh. There is drastic difference from where CHD ends and Nayagav begins. Next to a wine shop. Hot water is limited time period only. They say from 4am but no hot water till 5am. The beds and towels were not properly washed. Had stains in them. Overall not worth the cost. We stayed there as it was near to PGI. But you will be better off staying near sector 17 at the same cost, but better connectivity and better rooms and service.

The facilities are perfect, rooms are neat and tidy, 24*7 services are available. The staff is cooperative and the prices are also genuine. It’s a perfect choice and on a personal level, i’ll suggest this hotel.

This place is well nearby all main visiting places. Staff is also good ans responsive. If you are looking for budget hotels n stay, this can be your choice.

Not the cleanest of hotels I’ve visited but its ok if you’re on a tight budget. The good part is they provide hot water from 4 am, but there’s no room heater during winters. The size of the room is also very small compared to pictures.

I would rather give zero star. After looking into these reviews we booked this hotel and suffered to the core. Problem 1. Bathroom tap didn't function properly. After asking them they made some temporary fix. Problem 2. Food was not good and I got sick (vomiting and diarrhoea) due to this. Problem 3. Cleanliness. I asked for a blanket and they provided a dirtiest one in this world. When reported the same they provided another same as first. Problem 4. Bathroom water exit didn't work properly. After bathing the water came into room. Problem 5. Maintenance and service. After reporting all these they don't even care and blamed us back instead of correcting their mistakes. I would not recommend. Please don't waste your time and money.

Hotel staff is good and supportive. Initially we did not like the room, after escalating the issue they changed the room for us which is way better Than pervious one.

The hotel was way beyond my expectations. My suggestion to people kindly don't judge hotel from outside. Once you enter the room you will have a different view. The services are really very good. One of the cleanest hotel. Rooms and bathroom neat and tidy. Centralised hot water. Special feature - awesome Mountain view. Has a common terrace and balcony for mountain view. I will really make a visit again as this is a value for money hotel, however there was a delay of Uber and Ola services. So just book them well in advance. The staff can provide you their own paid transport services in case of urgency. Still I give 5 rating to this hotel because all other things supercedes minor transport issue.

Cleanliness and hygiene is the major concern. It was very poor and there was smell in room and washroom. Spider, stains and flies were also common. Food taste was ok but cleanliness of the utensils was again bad. Would not recommend for a family stay. Pics uploaded on sites are totally different from the reality.

It is situated at a good place, bus facility is available very near to this place which we can board for sector 43, sector 17. Local food shops are there. Room was clean. I would request an owner to at least give 1 complimentary drinking water bottle for the people who stays in the hotel. This hotel has its own kitchen. If you want to eat inside the hotel, there is a lot of variety related to veg & non-veg food. However the food is bit expensive than outside..

The best part is, that it is at the starting of a pathetic village, hence no clutter at all, in teaching and getting out of there.. The rooms are at a nominal cost for what they have to offer. Checkout time is 12 PM. The area in front of it is empty and even tourist buses(mini) can be parked there without any problems, that too for free.

Totally unhygienic place they served us tea in a mouldy plate i have picture of mouldy tray on which we were served tea. bathroom cleaning was pathetic after requesting to clean properly it was still not done properly. Even bucket provided was moulded and when we asked for replacement cleaning guy just disappeared

The hotel was excellent for us. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is located very close to dhabas, a chemist and a grocery store. The hotel staff allowed us to use the refrigerator to store dairy products we bought. We had a window but it didn't have an insect screen installed so we didn't open it all the time. The shower was good but there was hot water only in the morning and not in the evening. The price was quite fair.

Stay was good. Hotel staff is very supportive and its a safe place as i went alone with my daughter. They even booked a cab for me when i could not book it. Food is also very good.

You must visit this hotel if you want to experience how worst can be the service at a hotel. If you want to ask for even the basic things like towel, shampoo and glasses. They say you get hot water from 07:30 am till evening but the thing is the hot water supply is so scrace that you get proper hot water only if you bath early till 8am else later than that you will get only normal water. Then you will have to call the reception and they will send you a bucket of hot water. There was this strange rule at this hotel that the kitchen closes at 10:15 pm and the hotel staff will not be available after that time. If you reach there or checkout after 10:15 pm then you need to carry your luggage yourself. The A.C.s are broken in almost all the rooms. Though they work but will work on a fix temperature. The fan switch works in opposite way. You will find only one plug socket in the room on one side of the bed so you will have to charge your phones and earpods one by one. However the interesting thing is that they provide you 2 plug sockets in the bathroom. Now I don't know the logic behind it but I think the architect or the designer or the main person of this property might be the one who would be spending hours in the bathroom rather then in the room. I don't know the reason but this is just a guess. This was my experience there during my 2 day stay there. Hope this helps.

very very bad experience. i have left my mobile phone charger at room by mistake. In the same day i contact hotel mobile and reguest for mobile charger in safe custody. But next morning they say not found any charge in the room. So please take care of you valuable things in hotel because after your check our room no any item you will found. so please take care your valuable items in this HOTEL.

We choose this hotel as it was decently priced and location was good It is at a chaotic street but still quiet. Rooms were decent and clean. Bathroom was average. AC was working fine. Few lights werent working. We had breakfast and dinner which was good as well. Overall the stay was comfortable.

Very well maintained rooms. We chose family room and it was pretty big and can easily accomodate 4-5 people easily. Very clean and hygienic and good prices.

The behaviour and dealings of the manager Bishalji and bituji are very nice and also the dealings of the room attendant are very good.Hope my next visit to Chandigarh must be at The Hotel Pride.
