Rating the Restaurant and not the hotel! Food was deliverer very slowly. Tapas and drinks were fine, but main dishes were delivered very late, partly cold and bad quality for the expensive price. Meat and fish overcooked. Also choking hazard (a piece of glass) on one of our plates. Would not recommend.

Adega Oceano Hotel is absolutely brilliant and easily affordable. It may be classified as a 2* but feels more like a 4*. Location: 10 min walk from Nazare bus station/ticket office. Just opposite Nazare beach and walking distance to the Fort of São Miguel Arcanjo. Nazare is a lovely town with colourful buildings. The hotel boasts views of Nazare beach and the surrounding town area. Bedroom: A small room with two single beds, a balcony, TV, and a fridge, although it wasn't working. No kettle for hot drinks. Bathroom: Decent sized bathroom with unlockable glass door. The toilet sits a little high above the ground. The shower cubicle is big and has a well-pressured hand-held and overhead shower with hot water. Some parts are a bit rusty but not excessively. The basin's faucet is a bit far from the body so stooping over may be required. Breakfast & Dinner: At 45€, the included standard breakfast is a bargain. The pastel de nata was very tasty. Dinner was one of the best I've had in Portugal. Tried the tenderloin, vegetable chilli, grilled salmon, and cod with cheese. All were really tasty and well cooked. Prices are standard, but the shellfish items appear to be rather expensive. Service: Staff are absolutely smashing. We arrived late for both breakfast and dinner, but found staff to be very friendly and pleasant. Food was served hot and was perfectly cooked.

The staff were very nice. The chamber maid used her head, we arranged our bed the way we wanted it, she left it and did the rest. The room was small but more than adequate. We would stay here again

I’ve just leaved my luggages here for a couple hours, visited Nazarè and came back to take my stuff. Everything is gone smoothly and prices for luggages were ok

Hotel side of things was perfect. 28 pounds for a room for the night. It was clean, modern, a really nice room. I expected a lot less for the price! Food in restaurant was good but the service was laughable. Our main server was brilliant, everyone else seemed to lean on him. Reminded me of faulty towers 🤣 breakfast wasn't good but can't complain for 28 quid.

MAINTENANCE IN THIS PLACE IS A MUST!!! RESTAURANT ALWAYS FULL, SLIDING DOORS FOR BALCONIES LOCKS DON'T WORK, WE CHANGED 3 TIMES ROOM, EXTREMELY NOISE ALL NIGHT, DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD PLACE TO REST, FROM 3 DIFFERENT HOTELS IN NAZARÉ, THIS WAS A EXTREMELY POOR CHOICE.

Good food. The desired waiter would listen carefuly the customer's order. ( a few mistakes in the order, the restaurant wasn't full or crowded. Unfortunately the waiters were not that good.

Stayed here for 4 nights in a double room. Rooms are small but nice, very clean and serviced daily. Breakfast was included, juice, coffee, pastries, scrambled eggs, yoghurt fruit. Good value for the price and excellent location.

It was a good hotel, the room was good, except for the shower, it didn't work, so we had to managed to have a shower with the hand shower. The service, was good, the breakfast was sufficient, not continental one. The people at the bar was very nice and helpful. The location was excellent, in front of the beach. And finally, the hotel have two balconies where you can see the sunset, delicious!!! It Is ok for what your pay, having in mind that we are at summer season!

+ Very good location almost on the wonderful beach. Modern rooms. Clean. Reasonable price. Included breakfest, not reach, but better than nothing. Elevator. - Room for 3 is really small. For 1 night it could be, but not for long time living. Strange design for bathroom with glass walls and cracks between walls and floor/roof. When person uses WC or bath, his/her silhouette is visible. Espessialy at night. Declarated ocean view in reality looks a little bit different (see photo) Car parking was really problem for us. We spent about half an hour driving around the hotel for finding place to parking. May be it was because we visited this place in 29-th of Dec, but...

One of the bests services ever. Staff is extremely helpful, solution oriented, nice and friendly. We are Impressed!

New renovated room and good location directly to the beach. The room was very small and you could here your neighbour all night long. Also the woman at the reception did not pay attention to who is going in and out. Furthermore she did not care when we told her, that the room's hairdryer is not working. Would not totally recommend it again. Breakfast was disappointing too.

We visited the restaurant on June 8th 2019.<br/>The idea was having a beer while enjoying the sea shore sights. <br/>The fish we ordered was of low quality and it was also cooked several hours before.<br/>We ordered 4 beers and the waiter charged 58€. The price would have been less than 25€ at any Spanish beach tourist area and with better quality for sure.<br/>I promised my self I'll never <br/>Portuguese people seem enjoy making fun of tourists.

The room was fine, the staff was nice. The breakfast was OK as well, but not very good. The location of the hotel is perfect and therefore the cost for the room is really OK.

Stayed for one night in the new building (about 2 or 3 month old). Simple, clean and cozy room. Equipped with AC, although not strictly necessary because the room was fresh enough. Maybe a bit overpriced, but you also pay the location which is excellent. Good breakfast too.

Great location, overlooking the beach and lighthouse! Good rooms, nice and clean. Friendly staff and a free breakfast.
