Not a 4 star hotel, 2 1/2 maybe. Beds are hard with no padding. The shower had mold all in the grout and hair above toilet. AC didn't work or we couldn't figure it out because no markings. Buttons on elevator didn't work well. Had the worst night sleep, neck is killing me. The walls were paper thin, could hear everyone flushing toilets. Kids running around the halls. Only positives is the parking is free and the view was pretty good.

We have stayed here twice now. Once for 2 nights, and again a month later for 5 nights. The rooms were clean, the buffet breakfast has a good selection and the staff were friendly. However, the room walls are ridiculously thin, something we didn't notice on our first visit because of how quiet the hotel was. On our second stay we could here *everything* next door, from them moving luggage around, plugging things in, singing in the shower and even their snoring throughout the night. I've never stayed in a hotel room with walls so thin, The layout of the hotel is great for giving every room a fantastic view but it also means if there are kids running around screaming in reception (which is fine) or if reception is just generally busy/loud... You can hear it in your room three floors up. The security feature on the door (which I don't remember being active on our first visit) is set to beep whenever a door is open, or if someone tries your door - great - but when a door is left open it beeps constantly until it's closed; Something that happened a lot early morning, I assume as people were checking out. The distance from town wasn't a big deal for us, we had a car but also didn't mind the 30 minute walk. Overall our stay was Ok, we'd come back but we definitely wouldn't pay summer prices to stay in this hotel.

Very friendly staff. Well organized to manage Covid-19 restrictions. It's a good family hotel, the kids club was great, having a very dynamic monitor leading this activity for children on the hotel. The indoor swimming pool I must admit is small, but because the hotel organize pretty well the timetables that each room clients could use the swimming it was a funny activity for us (not for swimming but for having fun with our daughter). The dinner wasn't cheap but was a great experience with good quality food and diversity. Same applies to breakfast, was diverse and with good quality.

Great place! Well located via car but not sure how it would be like for public transport. The breakfast food was really nice and the staff friendly. The pressure of the shower was super. If you would like to use the swimming pool just remember to bring a swimming cap.

The hotel is tired and dated. It needs an upgrade badly. Walls are so paper thin where I could hear next door trying to plug something to the socket! The beach is about 20 mins walk but definitely undoable and unsafe for young family as foot paths are not always present.

The hotel unfortunately only deserves the 4-star rating it represents itself with for the location and the view, service was nearly non existent, after check-in we ordered food at the Pool bar it took almost 45 minutes for a burger and a salad to arrive, the burger arrived cold..., it looked like at the reception as well as at the pool bar there was only minimal staffing. The property seemed run down, outdoor furniture was dirty, the rooms were in similar condition, very unfortunate since this seemed like a property with great potential. In the morning at the breakfast buffet also minimum staffing (1 person), scrambled Eggs were at the buffet in a dish but cold, giving the impression these were Eggs from the day before. Many of the food items at the buffet were either marked only in Portuguese or not marked at all, clearly not what you would expect to find in a 4-star hotel at a location which has travelers from all over the world on a daily basis.

Amazing service, staff, cleanliness, and views to die for! The only thing I didn't think was great were the beds. It seems to be a European thing to have hard beds. But the terrace to each room is large, the breakfast is phenomenal and the staff treat you as if you're in a 5 star hotel.

It's a The hotel was 3 star, when it was built. Big renovation would be expected. The location and the view is amazing. Rooms are aged. The indoor pool is akward. Moldy, and slightly dirty everything, the wallpaper is hanging from the wall. They are expecting swiming cap :))). You have to buy it for 3eur. I visited 5 hotels in Portugal this week. 3-5 star hotels with indoor pool. It was not requested in any of them. The room was cold.the AC was not working. We told at the receptionist, she aaid okay she will send somebody... Nobody came. One of the shelves was falling down above in the room. The bartender is cheating. We asked a Aperol Spitz. She put a little Aperol, no any prosecco and put 7up on top. When we asked what this sweet non alcoholic drink is. She said, yes she put 7up. When I complained about the sweet and the missing Prosecco, she said, okay she will do a good Aperol... She asked for the payment.... Good in bad that when I complained when we checked out, they cancelled my barinvoice so I did not have to pay. But it was a shame. The billiard table is old and dirty. Every second window is not transparent because of the foggy air in between the 2 windows, so.even the view is beautiful, you can't see it. The breakfast was okay. But the fruit juices are not squeezed, what I would expect and what I got in the other hotels.

This hotel is serviceable if you're visiting Nazare and have a car. There is a parking lot on site, which you may not fi d in other hotels in town. It overlooks the harbor, but I think it would be a challenge to walk to it. The breakfast is basic, eggs, bacon, and something g else hot the two days I had it. There was only an instant coffee machine, which is still coffee, but you will find d better in some of the pastry shops in town. The room was clean, but they seemed to only give you one glass bottle of water for your stay. My room had no markings on the thermostat, so I wasn't sure how to set the temperature. I turned it off and opened the door to the balcony to cool off at night. I expect to be in Nazare again, and I'd be willing to stay there next time.

The only small point should be to have fresh orange juice. I guess with all orange we can find in Portugal, i don't think it is a good idea to have concentrated orange juice. Need just to have orange basket and juicer in order client made by themselves their fresh orange juice. I think it is feasible without any cost

We had a great stay in the hotel. The staff were very friendly, both at reception and in the restaurant. The room was clean and we had a lovely view of the ocean. The only thing to improve is the indoor pool which needs renovating. The location of the hotel means great views but is effectively some way out of town.

really lovely hotel nestled in the hills of nazare overlooking the harbour and beach, views are stunning and access to both beaches is easy, access to supermarkets are easy. The Breakfast was great (cant fault it) The Dinner was excellent Bar was nice and drinks were great. the indoor pool area could use some tidying BUT we went out of season so maybe this would be better kept in season. Hotel rooms (we had a ground floor suite) were ample and clean, access. Overall a very relaxing experience and a place i will be visiting again and again no doubt. superb!

Booked a room for 4 people, was later told that the room can only accommodate 2 people and forced to book an extra room.

The hotel has a breathtaking view on Nazaré. Family friendly, has indoor and outdoor pools and a small Minigolf. Nice breakfast buffet.

Nice room and a slight ocean view, made even better from the patio. The breakfast spread was great with a ton of options. About a 25 min walk to the beach, but all downhill. Been got a Bolt car from downtown back up after dinner for under €5.

Good service. Clean. The room with the Seaview worth it. The location is not ideal if you don't have a car. Breakfast: great choice. Breakfast is in the rooftop bar, has an amazing view.

The rooms were very nice, specially the ones with seaview. The general conditions of the hotel are very good. The breakfast is good but could have a bit more variety. The lunch (buffet in our case) was a a very good surprise above our expectations. The bed and pillow were also one of the most comfortable that I've experienced in an hotel.

Only a viewing to the interior pool and lounge. It seems to be good. Didn't see the bedrooms. Price around €130 per day in September.
