Wonderful place!! It’s an oasis about one hour from Lisbon! It’s the best place for children, with lots of pools and all of the them are heated and warm! Very good restaurant well served breakfast. The courtesy from the staff is something to never forget! So kind and friendly! It’s also five minutes from Nazare beach and centre by car! The bungalows are totally equipped, you have everything for a great vacation with family or just a couple.

We were so disappointed with the place. It is located right next to a Main Street. We stayed at a glamping type of room. We couldn’t sleep all night. Next day we tried to talk to the reception and they were not flexible at all. We called booking so they could help us and they were trying to call the property and sending emails. But nobody was answering the phone or responding to the emails. Booking approved our change to an inferior bungalow but where the sound of the street was not so evident. The reception after an entire morning gave as a key to the bungalow. However even booking approved the change of room and price the charged us the full amount for the more expensive room where we didn’t stayed the second morning. It was very hard to communicate with the property and even in the reception. They are not comprehensive at all and it seems there are no interest in the satisfaction and wellbeing of the clients. After all this trouble and stress we had an horrible weekend. Trying to go to the pool on the morning before check out it is impossible. The pools open at 10 am. Overall it was a very stressful and terrible stay. I even feel sad about it.

I stayed in a T1 bungalow with my dog. As a place that calls itself pet friendly I think it leaves a lot to be desired. Dogs are only allowed in your apartment and in the outdoor areas. The hotel isn't cheap and they still charge a 6€ fee per day per pet. Adding to the overpriced aspect the cleaning leaves much to be desired. I stayed for two nights and didn't get my room cleaned. Which for the price should be included. If you're traveling without kids I do not recommended the resort. It's too kid friendly. The T1 bungalows are very close to the common areas so you get to hear screaming children all day. Children running around the gym and 'relaxation' pool. This pool is adults only from 8.30 to 10.30 and from 19 to 20. In short, the times no one wants to go there. And still, the morning I woke up early and went there I had 5 minutes of quiet before children arrived, and there was no staff to control them. Speaking of staff the reception staff is quite unfriendly. I got side eye from the lady who did my check in for being alone. I'm sure as a young adult I'm not their target audience but it was uncalled for. They required my dog's vaccination card. I wonder if they request the kids' as well. I had a request that was met with a poor excuse as to why they couldn't accommodate it. In a place that wants to be luxurious making your client happy should be priority number one. But not here.

The concrete camping pitches were right between a noisy road and the campsite maintenance area. We asked to be moved to the nicer pitches further back but we could only be moved if we would pay extra. Reception staff were not friendly or helpful. We wished we have stayed at the other site now that's at the top of the hill and cheaper

Sorry Ohai, you are just not there yet. Bungalows are good. Swimming pool and funzone is very nice for the kids. Really nothing to complain to that. But there are a few things that could be improved to meet expectations with the price. The most important thing is more clear and honoust communication on mobility. When a customer has chosen not to come by car transportation / mobility is difficult and leads to stressful situations. There are not many taxi's here. Taxi's can be arranged, but booking in advance is impossible and waiting times are very likely. Then biking is promoted on the website, but it's not communicated that getting to Nazare or the Enstrada is not that safe as you have to bike with your kids next to a 70km/h road. If you would improve transportation, then you would starting to meet expectations. Regards

Nice Resort. Unfortunately the Staff was having Party all day (kind of Teambuilding I guess). Very loud music the first night. The restaurant wasn’t even open without any information. No supermarket, no laundry possibilities. No public transport at the end of March to the city. I would not recommend this camping. Far too expansive for their service.

Ohai Nazare is a wonderful family holiday resort. We stayed for 3 weeks and had a wonderful time. The accommodation is all perfectly clean, the swimming pools are great, and the restaurant is very good. The animation for Children is outstanding. Andre works tirelessly everyday to make it great fun and special for all the children. He really made our holiday wonderful. We brought our pet dog (Vizsla) and he was also made very welcome accommodating him at the restaurant. He loved his daily walks in the first across the road or around the resort on the outside of the fence. Great spaces to explore. A couple of things could make the resort better: some more activities for adults (volleyball, padel, football) and an on-site store for basic food items. Overall though we loved our stay here and will definitely return.

My Voucher was not redeemable because of administrative "issues" and even after speaking to the boss was not a solution. Unfortunetly they do not seem to value customer satisfaction, which is a shame - my 1 year old son didnt get to see the ohai park. Disappointing!

We were so excited about the rating and the facilities advertised when we decided for Ohai... but I don't recommend. note: We were with our autocaravan. Facilities are average and showers lower quality than other "not glamping" places we stayed. The staff at the reception : more interested in talking among themselves and not one , honestly not one single smile or welcoming gesture. Maybe it was a bad day for them? I made sure I didnt go back to the reception. Relieved to leave.

Tourist Trap!! If you need a camping in Portugal, dont come here. Cold welcome, not representative of portuguese people (warm people). First, the bungalows are really stuck to each others, not a lot of Space. Second, a lot of defaults of conformity in the bungalow (clogged shower, mold in the room, door problems). Third, waste of Time to Ask for a commercial gesture (22€ for all the problems and the Time wasting of vacations). Fourth, reclamation Book is not at the disposition without asking for it. Dont be fooled by the pictures, the pools are really dirty and the restaurant is really not good. They need your money not your comfort !

Our kids loved the place and that's what mattered the most to us. We stayed at a comfy bungalow in one of the quietest corners of the property. If anything can be improved, there could be a little more space between bungalows. They even allowed for charging electric vehicles for free 🤩. Staff was nice and efficient. We only had mixed feelings about the meals but we understand it's not easy to please everyone. Definitely recommend.

A great place to stay near nazare. Would recommend esmeraldas restaurant a short walk away for amazing food. The bungalows were great, we slept well it was quiet. A lovely breakfast and lots to keep the kids amused. The unique container pool and the padel courts a real highlight. 30min walk down to nazare itself. The staff really make this place everyone was wonderful and made us welcome nothing was too much trouble. We loved it!!!

Nice place, we stayed here with our campervan on one of the 10 ‘premium’ camper spots and enjoyed it. We had a nice view over the forest and the Atlantic in the background. You can better skip the budget spots, these are located in an ugly corner and are next to the main road. The facilities are clean and the heated swimming pool with slides was highly appreciated by our small kids. It was relatively expensive, compared to other camper spots we have visited. It is sad for us campers. that most camping places are replaced by mobile homes.

Great experience! The staff is really nice, attentive and flexible. The facilities are better than what we expected, there were many activities for kids and grown ups. Areas of improvement I would say the condition of the glamping tent. To highlight the animation team who was proactive and quite creative. We look forward to come back!

Good resort for kids, with activities, indoor and outdoor pools. Food a bit pricey especially with fussy eaters, breakfast good but the same everyday. Apartments are a bit old, will try bungalows next time.

Great site, good facilities and nice sites. Staff helpful. Place has indoor pool which is great in winter, not many campsites have this. For summer great water slides and very nice, big and modern playground

I made a booking for the wrong date in error, the mistake was realised moments after confirming the booking and the hotel was contacted immediately. They did not have availability for the correct date but still kept 50% of the booking cost - despite repeated contact from myself and booking.com they have now stopped replying to all messages. I would have looked to rebook on our next visit to the area however will not book at an unethical, morally corrupt establishment.

Amazing place for children - good waterslides, awesome container pools, there is also a heated pool, everything is pretty clean and safe. There were not towels near the pools. I really liked the glamping - my daughter was delighted with the double decker tent with all equipment and air conditioner. The glamping is located in the forest overlooking the ocean - the view and the air are amazing. At least a bottle of water and a couple of coffee capsules were missing (there is a coffee machine in the glamping). The staff at the reception is very friendly, they help with everything, but the restaurant staff is completely unfriendly, unfortunately. Breakfast and dinner - a buffet, the food is delicious, varied. The downside is check-in at 16, and check-out at 11 - the time of a possible stay does not match to the price. But the place for kids is really great

Overall the facilities (pools, padel Court, playground for kids...) are great and the place is really nice and quiet. However if you are a camper, with tent, you may suffer a little bit trying to set up your tent. The staff is also very helpful and friendly

Lots of activities for the kids which was great. Staff was very supportive. You could see the resort was very busy but I never had the feeling it was crowded. The animation at night was very entertaining and my daughters have love it. The only negative points the quality of the toilet paper... Lol and there are very few options for vegetarians... The food wasn't labeled which required us in every meal to ask the staff if it was vegetarian.... We will be coming

I have been to Portugal many times for holiday and so far this place was the top best place i experienced. We visited on beginning of April for 1 week and the weather was full sun at 25c. Waking up in the mornings for the best clean air which the bungalows are far from the main road of any bad polluted air. Professional and friendly staff from reception desk to kids animation services was just too good. Kids activities are from 10am which kept my kids busy and they have enjoyed so much and especially the disco hour at 9pm was very well organised. There is plenty of things to do with kids all day even the games room with playstation, pool table and book reading room. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are very clean. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner was amazing. Our bungalow was clean and had everything from big fridge to all cooking needs. Showers were clean with hot water at all times and great air conditioning with hot/cold. Car parking is parked right next to your bungalow areas which made easy access. It is 2 hour drive from Porto and only 90 mins to Lisbon. I drove from Porto to the resort and the roads are very safe and easy driving. I mean there is so much nice things to say and i hardly find any bad things to say about this place to be honest. I can definitely recommend this resort centre to anyone who wants to have a great time especially with families. Keep up the good work to all at Ohai Nazare.

Overall pretty family and pet friendly. We've stayed at the 4/5 people premium bungalows and although it doesn't feel very premium it is definitely adequate for a family of 2 adults and 3 kids. The highlight for the kids is really the mini water park near the main pool. The secondary set of pools which are built on recycled containers are very very cool but unfortunately not kid friendly. That set of pools is really just suitable for grown ups. For our dog it's cool that he was allowed in the bungalow and most open spaces but he wasn't allowed anywhere near the pool, playground or other places where the kids would play and hangout which was a bit of a bummer. As a final note we had the takeaway dinner from the restaurant every day and all the meals were great and had a good selection for both kids and grown ups. And the service and help we had from miss Fátima was just fabulous.

Nice location, especially if you book a bungalow facing the forest and ocean. Loud main road if you are near that, though. Strange policies like coffee maker in your room with no pods included, “adults only” warm pool that’s full of kids, late check-in and early check-out. If you intend to play padel bring your own balls - the balls they gave were squishy and old. Staff were friendly, the kids animator André was great. Very sweet and energetic guy. Fun place for kids. Would be more fun in the summer. Value for money not that great in my opinion, but Nazare is expensive as it seems to attract a lot of tourists.

👍 Great little campsite good size pitches. We were here in march so no restaurant or pool open. Staff friendly and helpful.
