Never seen such uncultured people with such a bad service and attitude,who don't value a customer like the ones that knocked off at 21h00 Revamp/ training is needed, business is operated on norms, something that is not acceptable in that space/ shop. All clients deserves equal service, without race/ colour. That shift deserves a strategy of good management, and be splitted also be mixed before damage is done, to the passerby in that town.

The food has never been bad or below par . It’s always similar to any KFC you would go to however, the management of the facility is pathetic as well as the service . They are always out of buns which is ironic because kfc serves burgers . They never have Krushers for sale as the machines break often or they are unavailable. The area around the KFC is poorly maintained and looks absolutely disgusting. They are always out of cups and other food items and expect the customer to pay extra for the bottle which is unethical . Seeing as it’s not the customers fault that stock control by management is poorly done . The staff often close early and the drive through is blocked with a trolly which probably gets stolen sometimes . I’m so confused why the KFC head office has not been involved seeing all these previous comments clearly complaining it’s currently 14/06/2023 and the standard of the kfc is still pathetic . Please wake up KFC and start taking pride in your business . South Africa is becoming more and more a joke each year . You have incompetent employees who just want money but have no passion for their job . The manager that works there clearly does not know what they are doing .

You always have to wait since they cook their chicken when there are clients. That results in their chicken not being well done. 😒

When 10 cars must wait on 3 cars orders upon a shut serving window, your orders wrong too then you get told to pay more upon your zingerburger & chips order without cooldrink. Lady tells me cost is R44. 90 but I don't get chips in my bag, I so now I must drive all the way back from my home just to find out where's my chips, to further be told it's R18. 90 so I go fetch my wallet in van, return to pay then it's now R19.90,telling me KFC Port Alfred staff don't know there proper prices. Also don't listen to great either and get cheaky to like raging bull from out kitchen to confront a customer. I kept my cool and calm even thanked them all and God blessed them. Oh by the way while serving hatch was closed for over 40minutes you lost 4 customers in cars. Please jack up your ladies or loose customers. I sure won't return again even if you offered me a free meal I don't want it. God bless us all.

Staff member Thandi is absolutely rude and arrogant. She needs to be taught how to treat customers. All of the other staff were very polite, but Thandi has a chip on her shoulder.

When will I realise that the KFC of today is not the KFC I grew up with? Yesterday's food was pathetic. The portions are small and tasteless. The Little pieces of chicken were tough. Expect to be harassed by vagrants. One even came into KFC, scavenging in the bins, and eating food rests in front of us and the staff.

I was first told that I cannot order chicken pieces that I want but after a while they agreed.....so after that it was good. Second time round I did not have any problems. KFC...living up to their name...you get what you expect to get.

One of the worst KFC's ever. Food was sloppy, staff are not bothered about service and they never have working delivery service. Manager should be fired. They will NOT be seeing me again.

I was at kfc port alfred on Saturday if not mistaken.i order at the kiosk and.i wait for a looooong time when i eventually went i passed on my ticket to the lady incharge of giving out parcels...she sarcastically asked me if i was asking her...she demanded a please can i have u check my order but i did not mind i aid yes please.Already there is a child that is uncontrollably crying in a corner bcz she was sidelined and not given her order ..she is alone with no parents and the mighty and powerful lady.incharge of icing us our food ignored her. She.old.me.my order was out a while back and i asked why i never saw it reflecting bcz i as checking all.along..she said the reason dud it we is bcz u ere busy on your phone and sarcastically laughed.i old her she as talking nonsense and i offered her o he crying child which as ignored and she did it carr.That gal behaves like she.is in er fathers shop and unfortunately i will not be forced to beg or my own food which i paid for.The gal is lot bully and should understand that when e o o kfc we are not going there for character training or to teached about morals

VERY BAD SERVICE! Ordered via telephone, had been confirmed, staff said delivery in 20-60 min. Waited 2 HOURS. When I call back and ask, the staff didn’t even want to answer me, she was silent for A LONG TIME. Then she told me that she would call me back, waited for other 15 min, called back and the delivery telephone is closed. HORRIBLE!!! Disrespectful and bad service

After being on the road for 9 hours, then to stop at this establishment because they are a 24 hour branch, to be told sorry we have no garnish, no buns. Is the staff so lazy that they can't make burgers at night?
