One of the better Wimpys. Good size portions.

Neat and tidy establishment. A good place to stop for breakfast between stops from Gqeberah and East London.

My favorite breakfast spot in town. Always greeted with a smile by the friendly staff. Adhering to covid regulations and sanitizer available on table. Clean restrooms despite the water restrictions in town. Love my ice tea and rooibos tea and occasional wimpy coffee. Sad to see they no longer serve the fruit salad, should get more vegetarian options on the menu. Food always tastes great and never waits long for food. Thank you for always maki9it a great experience. See you again soon.

We had a delightful family reunion at the Wimpy. The manager, Mr Du Plessis and the waiters gave us a warm, friendly reception and excellent service. The food are very well prepared and tasty!

Unfortunately I can't rate their food as yet, I was there twice only for ice cream and it was very nice l. Their resturant seemed clean though.

Very friendly staff and the food is excellent. Their prices are slightly high on certain items, taking into account other restaurants in the area with the same menu items in the same quality bracket. Their staff makes up for it in a big way, going out of their way for clients, and even going as far to stop and have a chat with my 18 month old to make him feel just as welcome in the restaurant.

It was typical Wimpy fare and vibes. Xolelwa(hope I remember her name correctly) served us. She was really nice and did a great job.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quick turnaround from when we ordered to when we received our food. Our waitress was friendly. The food was well prepared

This Wimpy was so very clean! The toilets were also exceptionally clean ( well done!). Food was very much what you would expect to find at a Wimpy. The service was also great. If I passed that way again...thats where I would stop to refuel and grab a bite.

Great food, I did not have to wait even 15 minutes, I wanted some time to decide, when I was ready so was the waitress, even after paying I could still sit for a while and gather my thoughts

Thanks to the lady who served me and my fiance great service. We only had a problem of eating with a dog in the premises, we had to for the sake of the service we got from the lady. Otherwise I'm not happy with that only.

Had Wimpy breakfast on Sunday as a treat. It was wonderful entering a clean Wimpy with friendly staff. Our waitress was attentive and order was correct. The food was fresh and delicious. Thank you to everyone at Wimpy Port Alfred for making our special treat all that more special and enjoyable

The one guy there at Port Alfred Wimpy deserves a raise. We hadn't seen him in a year and he still remembered us plus asked where the other child was. Details taken were noted quickly and service was very fast and great. Sorry my friend for not taking note of your name even though you take note of our little family. Sadly not the greatest cup of cappuccino Ive ever tasted. I had to ask for a cup of coffee rather as the cappuccino I ordered was very bitter and undrinkable.

Experienced bad customer service. It may be human mistake. But a bad one. Bought wing platter with chips for +189 . Only to discover at home that only wings were packed. No way of going back to the shop because of time constraints and distance thereof. On phoning the shop. There was no response. May be because of covid 1o regulations. So disappointed.
