I recently left my card in the pay machine after purchasing goods, walked to my car just to be hauled in by one of the cashiers running after me with my card in hand. Refused to take a tip, said it was company policy. Now thats what i call integrity and service beyond the call. Well done. I hope the store celebrates her.

Very very small store but always fully stocked. Friendly staff. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Lots of meats. Not a big variety on the breads and muffins. Also quite a lot of clothing for women.

Wow! Everything I needed for myself and my 20 something and teen to buy suitable underwear. Great range of styles and sizes for a small store. High quality food for people with celiac. Thanks for the gluten free essentials and fun treats too.

Shop is slightly limited compared to other Woolworths, however the location overviewing the Ocean and other little shops and places to 'pause' with some coffee, breakfast or pizza, sets this Woolies apart. 😊

Selection of fresh fruit and veg is very limited and only available in the smallest quantity at a higher price. The free range eggs I bought were bad. Overall aesthetics are great. No bakery or rotisserie chickens 😥.

Although the store is small, the clothing range is decent. The food section does not cater much to my vegan diet. Besides the vegan yoghurt and ice cream, there isn't much else I can purchase. In my experience, the staff can be a touch cold and not very unhelpful. Not the best clothing or food shopping experiences, but you will be able to buy the basics and I appreciate the hand sanitizer and trolley wipes that have always been available whenever we visit the store.

There is a dire need for staff training in This store. Some, not all, the cashiers at the till do not know how to relate to customers (rudeness and impatience). I have had personal experience twice. Needs attention

Small Woolworths in Port Alfred. Mostly food, but with a small clothes section as well. Got some nice shorts at about the standard WW price...not cheap, not too bad either. Staff seemed ok. Everything was fine. No idea why Google is asking me to review it, but there you go.

Ww Rosehill is a nice shop. However it seems they don't cater clothing for larger sizes. Such a pity.

When buying one item from the clothing and bedding department, customers are expected to queue behind trollies filled with groceries. Minimum space for customers and trollies in designated areas.

It was fine. I was surprised to find they still use plastic grocery bags at this store. I was also surprised when a staff member passed all the other different looking patrons to find out if I knew what I was looking for.
