It was terrible. I found a deep fried dragon fly in my food. I called the waiter who apologised in a whisper and then he vanished for over an hour till I followed him and told him that my meal should not be billed. I told him that I expected him or someone, didn't really matter who, to have come to apologise for the surprise protein in my food. 5 mins later, his food and beverage manager, Terry, came. To cut the long story short, Terry was so rude and demanded that I pay for the food. He was so unprofessional, unreasonable and just stupid. It is so sad that such a nice place is being ruined by the bad personnel. If you should know, I refused to pay for the meal and my friends and I will never go back there again. No one deserves to eat dragon flies if they don't eat them, worse of all, pay for them. Their food is contaminated and you will throw up like I did if you go there for a meal. TAKE HEED!!!!

Price is reasonable vis a vis the service given and acomodation standard, staff are super friendly

I have just had my meal at the Urban Hotel Ndola and i must say it was exceptional..out of this world and the portions were just perfect. I would recommend this place anytime anyday for a meal. The staff David Kambing'a and Mwape mulenga were attentive and pleasant. I will certainly drop by soon.

Lovely place enjoyed my stay there everything was excellent the rooms and the meals were awesome.

My pepper steak was chewy and abit dry as well as my vegetable side. Glad the waiter brought me additional pepper sauce later.

Very beautiful place. Excellent food, nice rooms and very attentive staff. I had a few small issues like the power cord im my room not working, and the TV being a bit fuzzy, but that doesn't diminish how nice this place is. Super close to the airport too.

The rooms are clean, the bed I slept on was of very good quality.....1 star goes to the hotel, and the remaining 3 stars to the professional staff that attended to me and my wife, you guys make T.U.H very special. Very recommendable!

Staff are friendly. Rooms are nice. It has become pricey. Please ensure that the room rates are in line with annual inflation rates/potentially give long standing customers a discount/set up a loyalty programme.

Amazing place friendly people, and very good experience

How someone can rate this hotel more than 3 stars is a mystery to me. Either they haven't been at many hotels before, or this is the standard to expect in Ndola. The floor was hideous and was just bare concrete😱 A carpet would make these rooms so much better. The bathroom had a shower corner with a clogged drain, and you had to have the shower on the lowest possible pressure to avoid standing in a lot of water. The dinner we had was actually very good, so that's a bonus.

Great atmosphere, surrounded by the golf course. Service was a little off... Seemed like it was on auto pilot

Dead roaches, very poor hygiene standards, service is just there. The pool is never clean. For a place that you wod expect quality service and modern design because of the traffic there, they don't even have conference facilities. Avoid if you can

Very obnoxious receptionist who was quick to “call the manager” about hotel policies. Overall manager was professional and courteous in handling the issue. Rooms could do with either tiles or floor mats. Ambience is good.

The place is beautiful and workers are so hospitable.

What a leka stay so friendly staff

Great place to stay if you find yourself in Ndola, good food and a peaceful environment, my go to place when i am in Ndola.

Best thing about the hotel is that it was in close proximity to where I needed to be. Staff were friendly and attentive. Had to wait a while to enter my room when I arrived, their system was down. This also meant that their wifi was down which was a real disappointment. It came back later the evening but was intermittent and slow. The room was okay, bed was comfortable, however I had no remote for the television and no kettle even though their was provision for coffee and tea! I had to request hot water every evening. The 2nd night, I looked inside the pot and there was something floating inside!! The steak i ordered was chewy and sinewy and just not good at all. Overall my stay was okay and 2 stars is probably fair, but I'm sure that many would have given it 1!

The place has a serene feel to it. Very very professional and available staff. They helped me plan and organize a romantic birthday dinner in a private room. If you’re particular about cleanliness and decency, it’s definitely the plan for you. Kudos to the manager and staff 😊

To be honest, the rooms are very basic. I've seen better rooms at half the price. However, it's clean and the hotel surroundings have a great ambience.

2nd Visit to the Hotel, service standard is maintained. Very cold because of Golf courses and greenery, pleasant weather to calm and enjoy the peace. Food is good, small but good swimming pool, can enjoy in sunny day...
