This experience was a disaster. Location is horrible. Had to navigate horrible muddy roads and through ponds to get there. Waited over 1 hour for our dinner to be cooked. Internet didn't work. Television only had 3 channels. Maid turned our hot water heater off and did not tell us so we had cold showers in the morning. The manager tried to help and things got better the last couple of days. The facility is very nice but we had more than our share of issues during our stay.

Som rooms have difficult parking arrangement. The access Road is not the best but a small car can still make it. On of our guests saide the room had dirty linnen. But it was not my experience. They also have a good stocked bar and an on-site restaurant. The rates wer also reasonable compared to the jacaranda mall. The food was good. They had 2 type of rooms zmk 1000 room with a queen bed and a zmk1200 room with a king bed. The bath rooms didn't have extract fans so the room becomes dump if the door is not closed and the bath room remains wet till next morning. The TV had DSTV but no movie chanells ony aljazeera and some unclear channels. Each room has tea making facilities but only 1 tea packet and 1 nescafe decaf. Entrance to the room is not properly done. The location has ongoing construction. Entrance to the office /reception fish Pond was not cleaned and had ded fish and smelling water. On pointing out they started cleaning it very quickly. Overall a good decent place to spent a nigh in Ndola.

The staff is very friendly and ready to accommodate you. Made alot of request and not once did they complain. The rooms are clean and air-conditioned, place the atmosphere outside is inviting with beautiful flowers and plants, it's a home away from home.

As of 8th August some parts are Still under Construction/Development but so far it's good. Reception is very good.

What a beautiful Resort in Ndola (Zambia) & the most friendliest staff ever... they are still busy expanding (building a ConferenceRoom, Gym & 10 more rooms)& can wait to see it when complete...

Beautiful quiet place. The rooms are exquisite and the atmosphere serene.

The resort is great place to stay. However, it is still in development and may lack a few amenities. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to someone

Perfect place for family events

Had an excellent. I was here in March as well. Is situated in a peaceful residential area and the resort itself is beautiful I got great service from Abraham, Rachel, Rifford(the chef) Definitely recommended it to anyone

Beautiful place and lovely service

Wonderful service, can't express that enough! Staff were very helpful. Place is beautiful and will be even more so after their expansion. The road is not the greatest (not paved/tar) but the venue is secure and rooms are very comfortable, quite spacious. Would 10/10 recommend. Rachel was a sweetheart throughout my family's stay, thank you. Management has done great with this spot.
