All the facilities in the resort are good. The space is great and the beach is amazing. We booked all inclusive. We have arrived late in the evening and there was nothing for me and my family to eat. The fridge in the room is topped up with water only if you are lucky, most of the days they don’t even bother. The food is lacking in quantity and in quality. There is no entertainment available. The room is tidy but is not cleaned. Only a few of the staff are nice and polite, most of the staff does not seem happy to be here. Not enough lighting in the evening. There was a lot of pressure for us to leave the room at 11 o clock and our flight is only at 21:30. Not good enough to be rated as is.

Not a 5 star hotel. Most staff friendly. Long queue for reception always. Food very poor- like warm all the time. Good choices but uncooked vegetables. Would have been handy for the meat items to be labelled. Excellent dessert choices. Pools beautiful. Stunning beach. Overall good stay but food really let it down.

Worst Radisson Blu we ever used. Looks lovely, inside lots of problems. Damaged property and items in room, not properly cleaned. 'All inclusive' but food recycled until it is stale and still served to you. Try and get more than 1 bottle of water from them and they act as if you are bleeding them dry. Watered down drinks from the bars. Complain at them and they will try and bring/force some juice on you (we declined to accept and they left it there anyway) as restitution then hold it against you when you remain unhappy with their provision. The beach is an artificial cove made of concrete blocks that is not visible on their website. The most telling thing was the young people there working for the summer all were over the moon to leave and never return. Quite isolated as well on the island so difficult to enjoy alternatives, which they seem to be content to exploit as above. We were so happy to leave, really unpleasant holiday experience overall for what should have been a special time for us. Really expensive for such misery too.

Excellent hotel with very good value for money. It is located in a very good location as well as next to a beach that you go on foot. The amenities are absolutely satisfactory in the rooms. Also everything is spotless with the cleaner coming in every day and the towels being changed frequently. The air conditioning was very satisfactory and the bathroom had hot water. Good and helpful reception, as well as all staff.

First this hotel is wonderful, the food is spectacular and there is quantity and quality yes sometimes it can a bit repetitive. Yes there are not many staff but remember people there was Covid. The manger was extremely nice. Now let it make it clear the one star reviews you find here are just ridiculous these people complain about the problems that aren’t important. There was even a man that came down his room and screamed at the reception for not having a bottle of water in the middle of the night. The only problem I say are the guest. Yes I did say that, the guest are extremely rude to staff and they are overwhelmed. Someone told a waitress to F off because her drink wouldn’t come in five minutes. It is wonderful experience and the view is brilliant. It is definitely a five star

Clean and tidy venue, attentive and kind staff, good food at the restaurant of this incredible resort. Great hotel for a relaxing holiday, my luxurious, elegant room was well appointed, very clean, with nice decorated inside. One of the best stay we had during our holiday. Excellent customer service and fast check in/out. Zero distance walk to the beach! I would definitely recommend it to everyone without hesitate!

Reasonable for the price paid. Buffet food OK, drinks by the pool included and not too busy. Lovely location. 6 night stay allowed us 3 vouchers for a la carte restaurants. Downsides are poor WiFi, pools not heated so very cold even on hotter days. Definitely not 5 star, more like 3.

Location way out room and views okay but haven’t had a decent meal since leaving airport . Buffet food cold or hard obviously warmed up from day before.unable to get booked into any decent restaurant so living on crisps from shop . All inclusive is a joke a lot of money for nothing decent in return. 4days in on holiday and without a proper meal . Staff miserable make you feel uncomfortable to get even a drink .Worst holiday I have ever been on would never recommend this place to anyone ever . Such a shame to have had such a horrible experience after working so hard to having a lovely holiday which hasn’t been the case here

Upon our arrive we where welcomed and our luggage immediately taken and where taken to our room. Service at the resort was exceptional, the people where friendly and very helpful. We stayed mostly at the Payo Bar and we enjoyed our cocktails by the pool. The food was really good, with our favourite Italian restaurant was amazing. Really can’t fault the hotel, we had a amazing holiday and will be visiting again.

I really don’t know what all the fuss and negative reviews are about. We had a wonderful stay, the staff were so friendly, our room was amazing (superior sea view), it was cleaned daily and mini bar was topped up with fresh bottles of water and drink. The maid always left a little treat for us on our bed such as a flower display or left a vase of fresh flowers on the table. The food was great, so much choice. Lots of different pools and lounge areas to chill in throughout the day, we chose a different location each day to mix things up. We absolutely loved it. Super relaxing and beautiful resort. The only sad thing was that the all inclusive drinks ended at 11pm but there’s ways around that. Highly recommend!!

Very good experience for my first time here at the Radisson Blue resort in Crete. Very clean and great staff who are willing to help, especially the manager Adonis. Beautiful room with a private pool, at a very good price. Especially like the lounging areas and bar by the beach. Really good choice of restaurants my favourites being the Greek Ariadni and BBQ on the rocks. Highly recommend anyone to come pay a visit and you won’t be disappointed.

Lovely time had with the family! Beautiful resort, however it needs a lot of TLC. I know a lot of people had problems with their stay but we were very fortunate. Our room was what we expected and beds were very comfortable, However not a 5* hotel. Alot of improvements are needed. Food was very poor and the place is under staffed. The shop on site is rubbish, hardly anything in it and not another shop for miles. I've scored a 4* as our flights were cancelled and they accommodated us another night, so extremely thankful for that.

Wow is the best word to use and describe how our experience was! Absolutely in love with everything about this place: the staff is super friendly, the food is delish, there are multiple places around the resort where you could eat, of course you will have to book a table before but that’s easy done! Now let’s get to the villas: I have never seen so much beauty in one place, each villa is so unique and has a different design that I had to take photos to keep for my inspiration for when we’ll decide to decorate our home. Absolutely recommend it and hope you guys add this to your list to visit as you’ll love it!

Beautiful location but nothing here in this area at all. Room was amazing. Sea view. Nice and quiet. Staff were polite and friendly except the ladies on reception who didn’t want to help or smile sadly. The hotel is not 5 star. More a 3 star. Needs a lot of money spent to make it 5 star. The main problem here is the food. It’s COLD! So not that great. Don’t book this hotel ! Far better parts of Crete to go to.

The hotel is very nice , beautiful pools everywhere . The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are so helpful and accomodating. Although the hotel is quite far you can easily get a bus down to a little town or rent a car that they deliver to the hotel. George in charge of food and beverages is amazing he was very helpful

A beautiful hotel in such a great location! We spent 5 days here and the staff were just outstanding at all times. The rooms are gorgeous, i’ve never seen detailing like it. The whole vibe is so relaxing. A special thank you to Mr.Adonis for sorting us out. Definitely coming back! It’s perfect x

Beautiful place with multiple pools. It is located right on the coast so besides the pools you can also swim in the Aegean Sea. Our room had our own pool which was nice. Several restaurants in the hotel offer various food choices. Great place for families with kids. It has everything for a great stay. The only problem I had was front desk service. They didn't seem as efficient as they should be.

As a Hilton Diamond and Hyatt Globalist I tend to trust in brand name properties- therefore we chose a Radisson Blu resort for our stay in Crete. This was advertised by Secret Escapes as a 5* upscale property and the associated pictures looked promising. We opted for a Island-Suite with Whirlpool & Ocean view, all-inclusive. For a 3 night stay the hotel rate was close to €500 a night. As it was our 10th wedding anniversary, we went ahead with the booking and informed the hotel accordingly (I am Gold with Radisson, however understand this was a 3rd party booking) Once at the hotel, the check-in was quick, friendly yet nothing special. The room looked okay at first, however after spending some time you noticed the wear and tear and lack of love, especially in the outdoor area. Definitely not worthy of 5* - the jacuzzi was not clean, the upholstery spotty and dirty and the deck on the balcony needed a desperate repair - screws showing and potential safety hazard. The all-inclusive drinks at the bars are watered down, no real juice or alcohol- just artificially sweet. The buffet is mediocre at best. After not finding our welcome gift (bottle of wine) as declared in the booking, we asked the front desk about it the next day. It was promised and housekeeping delivered it after servicing the room. Last stay at Stella Luxury resort we were presented with a Moet Ice Imperial which retails around 50 Euro, for our stay in a Grand Island Overwater bungalow for 4 days at a rate of EUR 290/night. Radisson presented us with a red wine bottle which retails for € 2,99 - that speaks for itself and sums up the value of appreciation towards us as a guest. An internal survey asked us of our stay experience which I truthfully answered. See the answer (enclosed picture) we received from management the same day and come to your own verdict ..

Really poor customer service, we booked a two room villa but only offered two separate rooms with no recompense; every where you go you are asked to provide a voucher (that you haven’t been given) or be charged - despite being on an all inclusive rate, and the food in the buffet is mediocre at best. The place is very pretty and most staff very pleasant but the overall impression is really disappointing. First time at a Raddison Blu and won’t book again.

My stay at the Radisson Blu Crete could be described as pure bliss. Situated along the coast of Crete, Radisson Blu offers tranquil views, exemplary dining experiences, and attentive staff that aims for you to have the best possible experience. The resort is so grande, and it includes possibly everything you could ask for when aiming for a relaxing, stress-free vacation. There are bars, restaurants, shopping, and, of course, the beautiful oceanfront views. The room that my friends and I stayed in was comfortable and the design reflected the local culture and architecture. They even included a bottle of local wine - which is sure to start any vacation off on the right foot! Overall, the staff and management at Radisson Blu Crete have created a lovely resort with the right environment to have a fun, relaxing time!

Please please please don’t waste your money or time on this hotel. It really is as bad as the bad reviews say it is. Everything from the hygiene, food, staff, false advertising etc was shocking. Every guest while we were there were complaining. Reception was full every day with people wanting to talk to the manager. The customer service was shocking. It was always the guests fault and you were accused of lying. The food was cold and often ran out. The grounds were dirty as were the floors and tables in the main restaurant. We saw staff shouting at guests in the Buffet. It was the worst holiday we have ever experienced and we are in the middle of taking this further now that we are back with the photos and evidence we have (we did try while we were out there with no response from management).

Awesome place with extremely attentive staff and were always willing to help, fast reception services and clean whole venue. Very luxurious suites and rooms and also has a lot of nice restaurants with delicious food for a gourmet experience. Fairly good location with private beach. Pools near by the beach and the spa was incredible. The professionalism, promptness, politeness, and willingness of the staff is what earned the 5 star rating from me.

I absolutely loved my stay at Radisson Blu in Crete. The resort is incredible from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave - I couldn't believe how big it was and how many different experiences they have there. It is such a private area too in Milatos, with it's own private beach and beautiful restaurants featuring all types of cuisine. The room itself was also really spacious and relaxing, and the sound of the fountain really helped me fall to sleep every night. I'm such a water person so it was nice to be right on the beach and enjoy the sunrise and sunsets during my stay. The staff were so pleasant and helpful and really added to my experience at Radisson
